I scheduled an estimate and a cleaning in November and they cxld the estimate twice and never called me back to reschedule the 3rd time and the cleaning they came and cancelled due to not allowing enough time to finish it, they rescheduled it last minute. Last night I called for emergency service - and they have no tech available. Today, I called to get added on for a delivery and they could not accommodate that until Monday. It's going to be below zero and snowing all weekend. At that point, I cancelled my account. I don't see a reason to have one if they can't do anything for me as a customer when I need it. I'm not sure how they service customers in Southern Maine; as I live in Lewiston. However, it's clear to me they don't really want to service up here and should just stop offering it.
