Marshel at Dream Massage did just that! I arrived early and it wasn't a problem. Yay! Marshel made small talk with me and led me back to the massage room. There weren't any other clients, so the place was super quiet (double yay!). We chatted about where I was having issues and she confirmed that she would spend the majority of her time on that problem. Several hot stones and 50 minutes later I walked out feeling like a brand new person. It took a few more hours of a warm compress and soaking bath, but the next day it was like I never had a problem. I attribute that all to the amazing talents of Marshel. Her strong hands and attention to detail during the massage made it one of the best I've ever had. During my first appointment, I received half a syringe of filler. About two weeks later, I noticed my smile had become noticeably crooked, so I scheduled a follow-up to have it adjusted. After that visit, my smile actually looked even more uneven. I returned again and saw a different injector. Before evaluating the results, she suggested my smile was naturally crooked. I had before-and-after photos showing that my smile had been symmetrical prior to the injections, and once I shared them, she agreed to inject the remaining half syringe in an attempt to correct the issue. I appreciate that the manager tried to make things right during my follow-up visits. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, I still wasn't happy with the final outcome and ultimately went to another med spa to have my lips corrected. Because of that experience, I don't see myself returning for injectable treatments. The one thing I do highly recommend is their Arnica Tinted Lip Gloss. She informed me that you have to set up your appointment with her through an app called StyleSeat ... It's basically a Yelp for hair, nails, waxing, eyelashes, and pretty much everything beautifying. I'm not sure if all the technicians here at HOB use this app for scheduling appointments? But the app itself even has lots of reviews and pictures too, plus Stacie gave me her Instagram to check out even more of her work, and I was sold lol.... She really has some talent! So everything is by appointment through the app only. And it's really easy to use. So my appointment date rolls around. Stacie informed me VIA text she was a little behind and if I could come 30.mins later, sure no problem. Arrived and sent her the text that I was there (since she informed me they keep the doors locked for safety reasons) and she lets me in...
