In spite of repeated assurances of a "quality job", Mr. Nguyen: - neglected to repair the frame and springs - used substandard upholstery foam ( uncomfortable and odiferous) - failed to accurately measure the sofa cushions - ignored calls requesting correction of errors I am once again looking for a competent upholsterer to complete the job and correct Mr. Nguyen's errors.
