When we picked up the finished sofa last week, it was more beautiful than I'd imagined. They replaced the three old cushions with one solid cushion at our request. They made sofa arm covers as we asked. Their customer service is also top notch. Although it took a very, very long time due to a delay in getting the fabric (COVID related supply-chain issues), once Lake Grove Upholstery received the white faux leather we ordered, they immediately went to work to turn our sofa around quickly, knowing we'd been without it for more than three months.
