Prior to TLC, I've typically just called Stanley Steemer because I wasn't sure who else to call. Bad mistake! Not only is Stanley Steemer more expensive, but they didn't get out nearly as many stains as Doug did. Having a dog and small baby, I get a lot of spills. Doug really spends the extra time to get them out. He even worked on a stain in my bedroom as a courtesy - as that wasn't even one of the rooms that he was cleaning! We had Doug stretch and clean our homes' carpets. It was a big job, as we have a 4 bedroom home on two levels. He did a great job! He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable and professional. His quote was reasonable, though it is surprising to me how much this service costs! I had other bids that were considerably higher, I think because they utilized teams of 4 or 5 people. Doug does all the work by himself, which is not easy. Tlc carpet cleaning managed to make my carpets look great in just an hour and a half! I have 4 young kids, and the dirt stained carpet to prove it.
