My family and I were in Boulder City for the afternoon and randomly just decided to walk in and check this store out I'm glad we did. It was a little more expensive than I expected though. The woman inside was very friendly, definitely working hard to sell a pair of sandals, but I wouldn't say she was pushy at all. We did end up getting a pair of sandals for my wife and she is pretty happy with them. It is a little strange though that there are signs all over that say "no pictures". It's just clothes and shoes, so the no pictures thing makes me wonder about some of the things mentioned in the myriad of bad reviews. But I have nothing bad to say. Had a great experience read more

Need attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work really stood out. Everything was done carefully and efficiently, and the results were fantastic. If you need to find a company that takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. I would definitely. use ProCare Home Services again! read more

Horrible customer service!!!!!! We went with my family browsing the items, the lady that works there was super rude and snapped at us for no reason. Will never go back again!!!! read more

This lady is extremely rude for no reason. If you look through the clothing rack she'll stand right next to you and move the hangers forcefully. As you're looking around the store she'll stare you down as if you don't belong in her store. Would 100% never come here again. To finish off the bad experience, she was telling us about her sandals and that she has a lot that are good quality. We weren't really interested so we were just like "yes you have a lot of nice sandals." Then she started yelling saying "sorry I have to tell you because it's my job to show you the stuff we have" in a sarcastic tone. I honestly think she was just racist. read more

Warning: Scam Company - Counterfeit & Defective Products! I ordered two college sweatshirts from LadyBoutiqueBD in September 2025, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The sweatshirts were defective, counterfeit, and extremely poor quality -- the seams were coming apart, the fabric was cheap and discolored, and there were no tags or branding of any kind. When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and kept offering small partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) instead of fixing the problem. To get a "full refund," they demanded I ship the items back to China at my own expense -- something they never disclosed before purchase. Shipping there would cost more than the original order and there's no way to track or prove delivery. Their return policy is vague, misleading, and intentionally deceptive. It doesn't mention returns must go to China, nor does it explain who decides if an item is defective. The language they use ("partially responsible") is deliberately unclear to avoid refunding customers. I later confirmed with representatives from Auburn University and the University of Mississippi that this company is not authorized to produce or sell apparel with their logos. That means they are selling unauthorized and counterfeit merchandise. Despite clear evidence -- photos, emails, and confirmation from trademark owners -- the company refused to cooperate or follow its own policy that states disputes would be handled through PayPal. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company to recover my money. Do NOT buy anything from LadyBoutiqueBD. They are dishonest, deceptive, and operate outside U.S. consumer protection laws. The clothing is garbage, and the company is a complete scam. read more

ladybird boutique, BD or any combination of this is an absolute scam site!!! I waited over three months for an item to arrive. It was poorly sewn, the cheapest flimsiest fabric. The pattern was completely crooked! When I laughed and complained, they said, I had to return it to China to receive a partial refund!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!! read more

I LOVE THIS STORE! I took a day trip by myself yesterday to Boulder City and visited this store for the first time. I don't think I've ever been in it before. Right away the wonderful woman was so sweet. I bought a beautiful dress to wear with my cowboy boots. I just loved her and the dresses. I will definitely visit her again on my next BC trip I do one-two times a year. I could have talked to her all day and wish I could have purchased more but I will be back. Thank you for the pineapple juice advice for my belly. I made it and used the pulp to make bread. You're an absolute wonderful kind person. Your aura is so bright. read more

I definitely wish I had read reviews. I paid for expedited shipping on October 9 and only until I actually reached out to them did they ship it. I still do not have it. I would never order from them again. read more

Do not buy from them. Took over a month to get a very cheap product. Finally got an address to return it, but they do not help with shipping and it cost over half of what I paid to return it. Very unsatisfied customer here. Save your money. read more

I wish I would've done my research before ordering from this website. Horrible experience, took forever to receive the Kansas City Chiefs shirt, and when it did arrive the colors red and orange and NOT yellow. When I requested a postage paid return label, they denied it and gave me the address to send it to......in China!! So I'll be donating it to a homeless shelter instead of spending $$$$$$ on shipping. Plus the shirt was grossly oversized, not a Women's size small. Do NOT order from this website! read more

Beware!! This company has false advertising. The clothes are low quality and look nothing like the picture. They are on the level of Temu clothing in both quality and sizing. Do not make an expensive mistake like I did. read more

Ordered on August 30...on Sept 28 I reached out to inquire on the status. They claimed that they could not ship to the address that I put because it was a PO Box. I sent them my physical address. No one bothered to reach out about it prior. I looked back at my original order and I indeed had my phy address plus my po box so there should never have been a problem in the first place. Today is October 13 and I still have not received my $80 order. I will be reporting them. Do not order from these scammers!!! read more

The Brazilian lady running this shop is amazing, very friendly, highly recommend this small place when in town

Quality of Boots were terrible! Received different boots than the picture! I wish to return but address is China.

The owner was rude and pushy. My daughter was looking for a specific white dress and we saw one in the window. When we came in to look at it, she stated that it was $140 so we wouldn't buy it because it was too much. Then she kept pushing us to buy her cheap SHEIN dresses that she was charging $60-$80 for each. When I showed my daughter a few that she may like, she then commented that my daughter was too built and it wouldn't fit her. At that point, I was beyond annoyed and wanted to leave. She then asked if we wanted any of the ones she showed us and I said no but we'll keeping browsing. Then she said, well I'm not in the busy for browsing and I'm in the business of selling. Well let me clarify how you can do business better. Try not being rude to your customers, try not to insult them claiming they are poor and can't afford your cheap clothing, try not to fat shame them or make any comments about their shape because we aren't all tiny and petite like you and work on fixing your face, a smile can take you far. I hope your shop succeeds especially during these troubled times because at this rate you'll be lucky to make rent next month. Give the poor girl who works for you a raise because I have so much respect for her having a boss like you. Her face wasn't in shock as I was leaving your shop so I'm sure she sees this often. Do better for Boulder City, it's an amazing town so stop bringing shame to it!!! read more

I was very disappointed in the lack of service my friend and I received at this establishment. Right when we walked in, the atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming, and the store clerk began looking us up and down and giving us mean-spirited looks. Not a minute after we had entered the store, she began interrogating us about the reason behind our masks, saying things like 'are you sick?' and 'there's no disease in here, there's no corona.' We immediately left the store following her rude behavior. However, she soon got on the phone with someone and was talking very loudly about "prostitutes" in her store. Very classy. My friend and I felt harassed and unsafe in this shop, and were treated with nothing but pure disrespect by the clerk. Clearly, she has no clue that her actions have consequences, looking at other reviews. Please steer clear of this store if you do not wish to be harassed. read more

Bad right from the start. I tried holding a door open for a woman who apparently was the owner. Instead of a thank you, I was yelled at for opening the door the wrong way. Ok, fine, I'll ignore that. I just want to get an animal hat for my kid. When I was looking at the hat, she started yelling at me again. At that point, I left, and she continued to glare.. and I do mean glare at me through the window. No common courtesy and no respect.. do not spend your hard earned money here. read more

This boutique is one of many nestled in Boulder City, but one of the few that focuses on new clothing rather than vintage and consignment. Service from the owner is friendly and attentive, but the clothing isn't really my style- seems geared toward older women but still fashionable. I did like the fun accessories, though. What was a turn off about this place was the many warning signs about shoplifting. I get that they have a problem, but have your sign at the door and use cameras. Framing the commandment about theft and placing multiple signs in each room is off-putting. read more

Too bad the lady who greeted us was such a harpy because the clothes were cute. I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was just having one of those days, but I can see from the other reviews, nope, that's just her way. Personally, I would never go back, but if you don't mind the harassment or if you catch her on a good day when she's not belittling or insulting you or other shoppers, you will find some great pieces. read more

I was entering the shop and found the woman working there having a loud conversation on the phone, very rudely. She said that a way to annoy Democrats is to display American flags. I exclaimed "Wow," and backed away from her loud tone, wondering why she was demeaning a whole group of people. The shop clerk followed me outside and chased me down the street, yelling that I shouldn't "eavesdrop" on the "private conversation" she was having in front of God and everyone, and that she's proud to be American. I said I was also proud to be American, and didn't understand why she was coming after me. She screamed at me, "You are a piece of crap" and called me a "dummy." I was so embarrassed. The clothes she had on display look dated and likely unflattering, but I have a whimsical fashion style and probably would have bought some stuff if not for the verbal abuse. read more

i would give 0 stars if i could. the moment we walked in we were harassed for trying to look for a price tag on a mannequin, she told us not to touch them in case it fell on us, so we wouldn't sure her. she then showed us a hidden back room. we tried looking at more price tags then she told us "this isn't a ross or tjmax" we then felt insulted and left. she then got upset with us for not buying anything when we had been in there for a whole 30 seconds. do not support this business, you can find the same quality clothes on shein or aliexpress read more

Visited this place today, happily will never go again, Entered quite excited as I love looking round pretty shops, my sister commented that maybe it was a thrift store, the owner, returned this comment with, only by donation. We walked into another room, the clothes were very nice, but a little blinged up for me. The next moment the 'lady' owner suddenly came in and said told us to leave, she said I don,t like your attitude, which was strange as I had said nothing, she became abusive, loud, using obscenities and was obviously making assumptions about people she didn't know. I was shocked, everyday I work in an Urgent care that cares for people with love ,compassion and without prejudice. This lady was so unkind and rude. There are shoplifting signs everywhere. I have never been treated with such disregard or discourtesy. It spoilt a very special day with people I love. Don't visit. Janet read more

great shop to find a trendy fun update to spark your wardrobe for the new season!

I walked in with my mother in law, was there for about 2 mins when the woman of the shop told us if we had questions to just ask. About 30 seconds later she kicked us out and said she had to go to the bank. So rude that she literally shooed us out!
