Warning: Scam Company - Counterfeit & Defective Products! I ordered two college sweatshirts from LadyBoutiqueBD in September 2025, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The sweatshirts were defective, counterfeit, and extremely poor quality -- the seams were coming apart, the fabric was cheap and discolored, and there were no tags or branding of any kind. When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and kept offering small partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) instead of fixing the problem. To get a "full refund," they demanded I ship the items back to China at my own expense -- something they never disclosed before purchase. Shipping there would cost more than the original order and there's no way to track or prove delivery. Their return policy is vague, misleading, and intentionally deceptive. It doesn't mention returns must go to China, nor does it explain who decides if an item is defective. The language they use ("partially responsible") is deliberately unclear to avoid refunding customers. I later confirmed with representatives from Auburn University and the University of Mississippi that this company is not authorized to produce or sell apparel with their logos. That means they are selling unauthorized and counterfeit merchandise. Despite clear evidence -- photos, emails, and confirmation from trademark owners -- the company refused to cooperate or follow its own policy that states disputes would be handled through PayPal. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company to recover my money. Do NOT buy anything from LadyBoutiqueBD. I LOVE THIS STORE! I took a day trip by myself yesterday to Boulder City and visited this store for the first time. I don't think I've ever been in it before. Right away the wonderful woman was so sweet. I bought a beautiful dress to wear with my cowboy boots. I just loved her and the dresses. I will definitely visit her again on my next BC trip I do one-two times a year. I could have talked to her all day and wish I could have purchased more but I will be back. Ordered on August 30...on Sept 28 I reached out to inquire on the status. They claimed that they could not ship to the address that I put because it was a PO Box. I sent them my physical address. No one bothered to reach out about it prior. I looked back at my original order and I indeed had my phy address plus my po box so there should never have been a problem in the first place. Today is October 13 and I still have not received my $80 order. I will be reporting them. Do not order from these scammers!!! read more

The owner was rude and pushy. My daughter was looking for a specific white dress and we saw one in the window. When we came in to look at it, she stated that it was $140 so we wouldn't buy it because it was too much. Then she kept pushing us to buy her cheap SHEIN dresses that she was charging $60-$80 for each. When I showed my daughter a few that she may like, she then commented that my daughter was too built and it wouldn't fit her. At that point, I was beyond annoyed and wanted to leave. She then asked if we wanted any of the ones she showed us and I said no but we'll keeping browsing. Then she said, well I'm not in the busy for browsing and I'm in the business of selling. Well let me clarify how you can do business better. Try not being rude to your customers, try not to insult them claiming they are poor and can't afford your cheap clothing, try not to fat shame them or make any comments about their shape because we aren't all tiny and petite like you and work on fixing your face, a smile can take you far. I hope your shop succeeds especially during these troubled times because at this rate you'll be lucky to make rent next month. Give the poor girl who works for you a raise because I have so much respect for her having a boss like you. Her face wasn't in shock as I was leaving your shop so I'm sure she sees this often. I was very disappointed in the lack of service my friend and I received at this establishment. Right when we walked in, the atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming, and the store clerk began looking us up and down and giving us mean-spirited looks. Not a minute after we had entered the store, she began interrogating us about the reason behind our masks, saying things like 'are you sick?' and 'there's no disease in here, there's no corona.' We immediately left the store following her rude behavior. However, she soon got on the phone with someone and was talking very loudly about "prostitutes" in her store. Very classy. My friend and I felt harassed and unsafe in this shop, and were treated with nothing but pure disrespect by the clerk. Clearly, she has no clue that her actions have consequences, looking at other reviews. Please steer clear of this store if you do not wish to be harassed. read more

This boutique is one of many nestled in Boulder City, but one of the few that focuses on new clothing rather than vintage and consignment. Service from the owner is friendly and attentive, but the clothing isn't really my style- seems geared toward older women but still fashionable. I did like the fun accessories, though. What was a turn off about this place was the many warning signs about shoplifting. I get that they have a problem, but have your sign at the door and use cameras. I was entering the shop and found the woman working there having a loud conversation on the phone, very rudely. She said that a way to annoy Democrats is to display American flags. I exclaimed "Wow," and backed away from her loud tone, wondering why she was demeaning a whole group of people. The shop clerk followed me outside and chased me down the street, yelling that I shouldn't "eavesdrop" on the "private conversation" she was having in front of God and everyone, and that she's proud to be American. I said I was also proud to be American, and didn't understand why she was coming after me. She screamed at me, "You are a piece of crap" and called me a "dummy." I was so embarrassed. Visited this place today, happily will never go again, Entered quite excited as I love looking round pretty shops, my sister commented that maybe it was a thrift store, the owner, returned this comment with, only by donation. We walked into another room, the clothes were very nice, but a little blinged up for me. The next moment the 'lady' owner suddenly came in and said told us to leave, she said I don,t like your attitude, which was strange as I had said nothing, she became abusive, loud, using obscenities and was obviously making assumptions about people she didn't know. I was shocked, everyday I work in an Urgent care that cares for people with love ,compassion and without prejudice. This lady was so unkind and rude. There are shoplifting signs everywhere. I walked in with my mother in law, was there for about 2 mins when the woman of the shop told us if we had questions to just ask. About 30 seconds later she kicked us out and said she had to go to the bank. So rude that she literally shooed us out! We walked to another shop and after 5 mins we circled back around to her shop and saw her eating outside! I can't imagine her making any money at that expensive place anyway.
