No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or shamed about their appearance while shopping. The merchandise also leaves a lot to be desired. Much of it feels cheaply made, with the kind of material and quality you'd expect from fast-fashion retailers, yet the prices are far too high for what you're getting. The value simply isn't there. The store also always seems unusually quiet, which makes the overall experience feel even less inviting. Between the customer service, the quality of the merchandise, and the inflated prices, I personally wouldn't recommend this business. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive quality products at fair prices. Neither expectation should be too much to ask.

Sometimes the sections are a little sparse, and I have a theory that people tend to donate to Goodwill or Savers over this store. I think people may not know this hidden gem exists, as it is in a shopping center rather than a stand-alone store with big name recognition. The prices are phenomenal, especially the books. I can load up on a ton of books for our Little Free Library and not spend too much. I recently visited and I'm not a fan of how the clothing has been re-arranged. They used to have men's, women's, and children's and now the kids clothing is divvied up into the men's and women's section. If you're a thrifter looking for a good deal, give this store a chance.
