Two families walked out. When I asked for a refund (nicely) I was told I'd have to wait (by female manager) until every order was made "she's gonna have to wait!" She yelled. My options were to wait for food or wait for refund while our order hadn't even been started. I left with four starving children and no refund, in an unpacked firehouse at 2 pm. Go ANYWHERE else. Literally. Now I'm stuck battling with Citibank in a dispute for a wasted $78. Rude. Rude. Rude.
