The staff were nice and friendly, and the employee who helped me was knowledgable and very fast and efficient. ***They have signs posted inside, but come prepared to have provide two (2) forms of I.D. when converting back more than $1,000 USD. I found this place on yelp- they are known for having the best exchange rates in LA. I'm going to Spain and needed over $3000 in Euros. I called and they told me I would need 2 ID's for transactions over $2k so I told them I'd come the next day. When I came in, I was helped right away. The customer service was extremely professional. I asked for smaller bills if possible and was easily accommodated. They even reminded me that I could get $3 off if I checked in on yelp. They emailed my receipt to me and gave me a hardcopy receipt.
