went in Saturday, June 7th around 5 pm and had the absolute worst shopping experience. I went in to…read morepick up an online order, get sized for a new bra and shop around. Not only was I not greeted but more like ignored by Lauren at the front counter. After she avoided looking up at me as I stand in front of her at the register, I went ahead and said hello and that I was there for an online order. She proceeded to let me know she'd get with me when she can that she had many things she already was doing. I let her know that's okay and began looking around. I could tell she was either having a bad day or overwhelmed (Although in the store there was maybe 3-4 people including the fitting area). Once I seen her head to the back I thought I'd be nice and head back there so she could do a measurement without having to walk to the counter and then back to the bra area. Not only did she rudely ask for my ID when I asked her to do the measurement while still holding the bag in the middle of the store she did not offer me a bag to put my online purchase in nor did she ask me to check it. Lauren conducted the measurement in the most demeaning way she had me hold the measurement tape to my bust and spin around and when I went "to fast" she yelled at me to stop. She then told me my measurements which seemed completely off because I recently lost a significant amount of weight and that was bigger then any bra size I've had since wearing a bra for 17 years . I asked her was she sure and seen her look up to make a face at her coworker at the register as if I shouldn't have questioned her. I went ahead and thanked her and did not purchase a bra there but instead went and got measured somewhere else which was 5 sizes smaller then what she told me and bought a bra on torrids website. If I shop with torrid ever again it will not be at this location, which is disappointing because It's the closest and I have shopped here for years at this location. I've had many encounters with Lauren, she is never welcoming or nice but today she was plain rude and disrespectful.

My mom and I actually grew up with Coach, and my brother in the law at the time, worked at Coach, so I have a forever fondness for the brand. I originally wanted a new tote bag to use as a diaper bag, but thought it was time to just have a purse for me, myself, and I (lol) And so, I found the purse! Airiona helped me pick between purses, and let me just wander around the store while wearing them. The vibes here was AMAZING! The energy was great here and lively. No one was pushy, they let me breathe and just look! The quality and style of Coach has improved a lot over the years, and it doesn't have a dated-feel to it anymore. I love the new direction, AND I love the styles that are popping up at the outlet. I ended up buying my birthday present here, and because I'm an Aries, I celebrate all month long lol.

I love the fact they asked if I needed help with anything once and left me to browse on my own instead of constantly asking me. My coach purses I've had for years and they still look new so they definitely stood the test of time, I'm feeling pretty hopeful that this backpack will do the same and the price wasn't bad either.

Hit or miss with the staff too. Some locations, the staff comes off as pretentious and makes me want to immediately leave. Unfortunately that was the treatment I got this past weekend from a woman. We joked and I said well hey you got a sale on a Tuesday so I'm not so crazy looking at the numbers.

After she had gotten everything together, I realized I had a coupon code, she happily took the time to make sure I got to use it.
