We met with Holly in August while in the area for a visit, did a walk thru with her regarding what we would like done before we moved in. We left a key with Holly to the house, she kept in constant contact with us, even stopping by a couple of times to check on our vacant house, Holly always contacted me before she did this. About a week before we arrived Holly did the deep cleaning. It was so nice after being on the road for a week, sleeping in our travel trailer to walk into the clean, fresh smelling house.
