We met with Holly in August while in the area for a visit, did a walk thru with her regarding what we would like done before we moved in. We left a key with Holly to the house, she kept in constant contact with us, even stopping by a couple of times to check on our vacant house, Holly always contacted me before she did this. About a week before we arrived Holly did the deep cleaning. It was so nice after being on the road for a week, sleeping in our travel trailer to walk into the clean, fresh smelling house. Holly did a fantastic job at a very responsible price. Holly has also recommended other folks to do other jobs around the house for us. It's difficult enough arranging services from across the country, it was nice to have someone like Holly here to help us.

I have a regular weekly…read morecleaner who I love but was really wanting to get the things that commonly build up like baseboards and light fixtures, ceiling fans, and wall smudges and such from my toddlers.. things that my routine cleaner doesn't get to weekly and with my busy schedule nor do I.. She did clean my oven which looks great but 8 out of the 10hours she spent in my home was spent on 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.. the rest of the upstairs we agreed upon having deep cleaned was left looking relatively untouched. Having spent that much time on the areas she did, I was shocked to be able to wipe a hefty amount of dust from multiple areas missed in the bathrooms and bedrooms..I paid the agreed amount but I feel I paid 3 times the amount I normally pay for 20% of the cleaning my routine cleaner does- Definitely not a deep clean. When I addressed this honestly with Ashley she went on to imply that my house was just that dirty-that it took that long on such a small section of the house and that she was shocked that I have a weekly cleaner... all that to say, I'm sad I did not get the deep clean I had hoped to get before the holidays and do not recommend booking a deep clean...

The first service they did, I came back from work and just said to myself "Yea, I am hooked." I mean they really made lemonade out of lemons-- I requested some extra services, like baseboard cleaning and oven cleaning, sweeping out the garage, and some organizing etc. on the first service, and they really made my place into a better place. I work full time and just don't have the time to do major cleaning tasks like cleaning 2000+ sq feet of hard floors, and two full bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms on three levels (with 3 cats). I work full time on-site/in-office all week, and the last thing I feel like doing is MORE work all weekend or on weeknights after I get home trying to keep my place relatively clean (and not even doing that great of a job). I was always one of those people-- I sort of resisted having house cleaning bc I thought it made me snobby. However, just try it once, and you won't have that attitude any more. It literally increase my happiness and sense of wellbeing coming home to a clean house.

I contracted Rocket Maids to do a deep clean for a move in. I was told they would clean everything…read moreincluding drawers, cabinets, floors, windows, etc.... This service was supposed to be completed on 11/17. When setting up the service I told them the previous owner left the house "filthy" and needs a lot of cleaning. Rocket maid said they could complete this job for $365...with a discount! On cleaning day one maid shows up alone to do the job that mote likely needed 3-4 people. I called the owner and left a voice mail about my concern and telling him I absolutely need the work completed today and she will not be able to compete this alone. He told me he was short staff and we will just have to see when she gets done. I also asked him to call me when the maid needs me to move the fridge and oven. The owner said they don't clean behind the stove and fridge. I was confused because this is still part of the floor and cabinet they said they would clean. The owner continued to tell me that it was outside his "scope of work". Doesn't sound like much of a maid service if they cannot clean the floor where the oven was. I also asked the owner if he would compensate me for the inconvenience which he refused....I explained to him that he is wasting my time and now I have to reschedule other services in the hone because he could not complete his job. This is just bad business Long story short, the job did not get completed and my freezer drawer is now broken as well. Do NOT use Rocket Maids....you are better off calling someone else.
