Words that have never been uttered until now, "I found a great piano mover in Middle Tennessee!" Wow, so impressed with the team Santa brought to my home to move my U3. They were nice, courteous, clean, thoughtful, timely, efficient and mostly, they did a great job. I am extremely happy with the move, even after they had to navigate it up a 16 stair townhome. Cannot recommend them enough. You will not be sorry if you use them. Promise. read more

These guys ABSOLUTELY are the best!! They saved my piano. I needed to move my piano from one room to another - and they were extremely prompt - but quickly discovered a broken pin on one of the legs - that had it been moved - would probably resulted in the leg coming off and the piano being destroyed. They came out the next day with a new pin and moved the piano without a hitch. Couldn't be more happy with the amazing service from Beto & Sano and the business leadership from Austin. read more

While it gives me no pleasure to leave a negative review on any business, as I am a former small business owner. the technician from seale key works came to my house, said he needed to come back to do the repair and then told a bald-faced, damaging lie to his company and accused me falsely of something that absolutely did not happen. When I was finally informed of this situation, I confronted the owner and I asked for an apology from the technition. I got an apology from the owner but not one from the technician who told the LIE. it's now been a month since I attempted to have my piano tuned. my guess is that this technician felt my job was too much of a challenge and instead of just admitting he didn't want to do the work, he made up a lie to get out of doing it. I am a pro musician of many decades and I've never experienced such a ridiculous situation. Because of this false accusation, seale cancelled my follow up appointment but did not notify me, thereby nearly costing me a 7 hour drive for nothing as I was out of town and returning just for this tuning. I will not be doing business with this company in the future. read more

They took great care moving our 40 year old piano to storage. They checked it over for marks before they moved it.

Jake was outstanding! He knew what he was doing. He has good skill and good ear for tuning pianos.

We have used this company four times and they're always punctual and entirely professional.

These guys are fantastic. When I had a burst pipe recently they picked up my baby grand using the utmost care, stored it at a very reasonable rate and then returned it using the same level of care. At every level from making the appointment to final delivery of the piano every one was polite and courteous. I hope to never have to move my piano again but if I do I will definitely use Seale Keyworks read more

Recently, while 'trying' to move our beautiful piano from one side of the room to the other (BTW never attempt this!) one of the legs broke off! :-0! We immediately called Seale Piano. Austin & Will instantly became our super heroes! They responded & communicated ASAP & we're at our house in less than 48 hours. The day of, within the few hours they perfectly fixed what i thought was impossible beautifully. (And I finally exhale) PLUS their price was beyond reasonable! (@ times when your somewhat desperate, & others might take advantage $$ of the situation) Though out the MANY years of dealing with Seale, they've been consistently professional & a joy to deal with. Austin & Will along with the entire team at Seale has been & will forever be our ONLY 'go to'. Their wisdom + knowledge with 'all things pianos' from tuning, moving & now our 'super hero rescue squad!!! THANK YOU SEALE, WILL & AUSTIN you are true rock stars in our book! read more

We have been using Seale Keyworks for years at our school for piano tuning and for moving one of our baby grand pianos for a show. They are so easy to work with and do a fantastic job. They even did a small repair that we did not realize we needed before moving it once to make sure it did not break further. So glad they pay attention to the details! read more

This place is off the charts! This is THE place to go for piano services. They really know their stuff and are respected within the industry. Heads up, they aren't always available during hours. You should always call to make an appointment. Even then, you can expect to be kept waiting unless you are a top performer. It's very high quality here. read more

I called Seale Keyworks to tune my 1929 Mason Hamlin grand piano and was thrilled with the service that I received. I originally contacted an individual from Craigslist to tune it and lets just say that did not turn out so well so this time I got a recommendation from a session musician that I work with it. He said to call Seale. The cost was very reasonable. Larry the technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. It was nice to work with a professional company. I would strongly recommend. read more
