I can't say enough about Joe. He was extremely nice and was able to walk me through everything he did and planned on doing. He was patient and even showed me how to do some repairs myself. He came out and replaced all my sprinkler heads and then came back another day and fixed a leak. His prices are comparable or better than other companies and his work is standalone. His quote was the best I received and he was able to install the new valves the next day. Came quickly to give us an estimate. We scheduled Joe for two days later at 7am. Meanwhile, we called him and asked few questions about the project and requested few tweaks. The morning of the appointment, around 8am, Joe was no where to be found. We called him to make sure he is coming. He states that he did not like us questioning his proposal/estimate and he decided to do a no show. All I can say is WOW. This is very childish and unprofessional. I arranged for Joe of Labyrinth sprinkler services to come out and hopefully put a end to the dispute between myself and my neighbor regarding a leak. The ground is constantly damp almost mud on both sides of the property fence. The leak has caused damage to my property and I'm sure it has also damaged his. Some months earlier my neighbor sent over his landscaper/sprinkler system guy to do the same thing. His guy left my house to inform my neighbor that the leak is coming from his side of the fence, now the neighbor has a new landscaping the other guy is nowhere to be found. Joe checked my system and reported "no leaks" later checked out my neighbors system and reported that his system is in disrepair and needs to be completely replaced, lots of leaks. I was hoping Joe would get the job but after a week and the same old leak I decided to text my neighbor asking him to please turn off the water to his system at least until he is able to get it replaced so not to cause anymore damage to our properties. His response was, " ITS NOT MY LEAK ITS YOURS LEAK." So I told him that you are forcing my to sue you and that I am done talking. No bad words, no threat of physical harm. About an hour later the police knock on my door, he called the them on me. They were annoyed to be called out for such a trivial reason, they advised me to sue him. So I asked Joe to please write me a report so he would not have to appear in court and I will gladly pay him for his time. Joe tell me he doesn't want to get involved and stops returning my text. So I text him one more time asking him at least give me a bid on building some kind of barrier that can stop the water from causing anymore damage to my property, no response. I guess I'm from a different generation then both my neighbor and Joe. If something of mine was harming someone else's person or property it would bug the crap out of me until I can get it fixed or stopped. If I could help stop someone from doing harm to someone's person or property I would gladly do so. read more

Dishonest & Non responsive...did not complete work. I agree with Norman who also wrote a review. I called 'the owner" Joe to repair a leaking sprinkler system. He came by to give me an estimate within days. Once I gave him $ in cash he started the job but was not on time & slow to get the job finished. I was very specific about getting better coverage in specific areas where grass was not growing & not getting water and he added that to the quote. Once job was complete he wanted the remainder of the balance and I pointed the specific areas of concern that were still not getting coverage. He immediately became upset. He changed a few heads and promised that it was fixed, so I paid him. He said he would be back in 10 days (never showed up) and that his work is guaranteed for 2 years. We founds out the next day he clipped the landscape lights and tried to repair it but did not know what he was doing. Our lighting guy came out to fix it and Joe will not respond to emails (no longer valid) or text messages. He is not licensed in AZ. Now I will file a complaint with the state and go to court. AVOID USING THIS GUY!!! read more
