When I got home and called 1-800-Old Navy the customer service rep told me that I had just been approved that day!!! And I couldn't cancel the card yet!

When I went to Walmart Saturday at 6:30pm the hot food section was already closed (staffing issues) so I settled with a banana to satiate my hunger- sad though. Lovely bakery section with a nice selection of bread and pastries. Cool that they had a whole organic produce section. I wish the produce was a little higher quality as I had to dig more than usual to obtain my desired level of freshness. As usual with Walmart the prices are sensational and the selection is vast. Ps. They have chocolate filled marshmallows that were a hit with my camping companions

The store l is clean and any time I have had to use the facilities they have also been clean. It is a large store, and I have had some issues with product, but customer service has always been able to fix the issue. Everyone makes mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it without feeling they've done something on purpose. You will find that your kindness and respect will get you the help those employees wish to give you. If you have a problem, ask for the store manager and don't yell at the employee. The majority of their employees se are hardworking people that have to deal with multiple customer personality types, managers, and situations (including being yelled at for things they cannot control) that we might find difficult to handle. Consider for a moment that maybe the previous person they helped was not the nicest person in the world or life has thrown them a curve. Could you do any better? Alas, approximately 3 months later, the glasses fell apart at one of the welded seems. To be clear, this was not from misuse. In fact, I've worn the glasses fewer than 10 times in the 3 months that I've had them. It's clearly a defect. After Kasuri told me that there was nothing that they could do, I decided to contact the brand, Henrik Vibskov. The brand communicated to me that Kasuri could contact the brand or the supplier to have this resolved. I've been left to file a complaint with my credit card issuer, which is always a last resort after merchants refuse to standby the quality of the merchandise they sell. Kasuri, I'm disappointed at how poorly you have handled this transaction.
