I made an appointment for blood…read morework at 2:30, showed up about 15 minutes before my scheduled time and when the tech saw my lab order she appeared very annoyed and said she couldn't do them all in one day. Did not give me a specific reason why--she just stated it was an internal Quest issue. Fine--didn't make sense to me, but whatever. She gave me my lab order to bring back and I made another appointment and returned the following day. This time I had a different tech who spoke little English. I told her I was there the day before and some of the order was completed but she obviously didn't understand me because when I look at the pending results on the Quest app I can obviously see that she repeated everything the tech did the day before as well as the ones that weren't completed. So obviously the first tech was lying to me. But now I am worried I am going to get charged for this. I have tried calling but it Is impossible to get anyone on the phone.

The second tech was not much better but an improvement. I knew early on there was something wrong when the waiting room was practically empty at 8:15 am. I have been going there for nearly 20 years but never again. Do not go to that office in West Chester on Marshall Street. I do not recommend this office due to poor treatment and the incompetent personnel.

Typically understaffed and as things play out they seldom fail to disappoint. I feel bad for the couple of really good employees as the low energy people around them drag the average down massively. For all the negative comments I see I can attest they are not lying. There are a few good people but unless you know their schedule it is a gamble. LabCorp needs to do better, but they wont it is just another Corporation.... customer satisfaction is not the goal.

I went yesterday and I'm happy to say they saw me within 15 minutes, the front office and treating personnel were competent, friendly and efficient, and the space seemed clean enough.
