I have now had 2 bad experiences here. Firstly, the front desk lady with the accent is extremely rude, patronizing, and condescending and shouldn't be doing front desk work. She started ranting to me for a couple minutes straight as if I were a child about how I need to stop to read things before clicking like she does (I have ADHD but the robot tool they use for check in was confusing), and then when I took 10 seconds too long to take my papers and cards back, she ranted at me to not forget my stuff and that people do it all the time (but again, not her, she always is perfect). If she didn't talk at all and instead kept her thoughts to herself outside of work, she'd be much better. Secondly, both times I've gotten my blood drawn here the technicians have had issues and it's hurt more than when I get it done elsewhere. The first time the lady couldn't get my blood and moved the needle and fished around with it while it was inside me to get more blood and it was extremely painful. After that experience I only got my blood taken at Cooper, but my insurance changed so now I have to do Lab Corp. I didn't realize until too late this was the same place I had that prior experience, but decided to give it another chance. Yet again the tech couldn't get blood properly from me (this doesn't happen to me at Cooper), so she ended up poking me on two different arms to get blood properly--it was painful and left a bruise on each arm too. Do not recommend this place. They need to hire some different people and go through more training. read more

Do not recommend; nothing in the office works and the employees won't hesitate to complain to the patrons about this. Services can't be completed, employees are rude and barely explain how or why this is. I don't know why I expected better service, being that this is NJ and most everyone is rude. read more

I waited for an hour for a simple pee test for my new job. After waiting said hour I was then met with a nurse who couldn't speak proper English and she got very frustrated during the collection process because she didn't know how to do her job. Don't go here unless you absolutely must. read more

Arrived at 10:35 for my 10:45 appt. Wasn't called to the desk until 11:10. All because this location has ONE individual checking folks in and then They have to also draw the blood etc. So the individual checks 3-4 people in...then goes back to draw blood or get them supplies. Finally, at 11:25 having my blood drawn. read more

I spent an hour looking for this location to find out that it's a wellness center. No signs to tell you that LabCorp is even in the building. And trying to talk to someone is nearly impossible and the techs that answer the phones are not helpful at all read more

We waited forever to be seen and we're just being seen as they were closing, service is not good.

Fast and efficient. Workers were very sweet. Would definitely recommend over other locations.

Not a great experience honestly. The check in was easy, they worse masks given a lot of sick people come in. When I'm at the desk and she's putting in my info, I guess she couldn't see the doctors writing so she took a picture and sent it to a friend/coworker I assume to help her read it. That didn't feel very professional. Second, halfway through taking my blood I started feeling a little odd. Lightheaded, signs of I'm about to faint. I don't think she was ready for that reaction as she kept asking me if I was okay and wasn't prepared for me to faint. Eventually she finished and I was not feeling well and nauseous, my blood pressure must have been low and I needed blood flow to my brain and possibly needed to be hydrated. She gave me an ice pack and told me to put my head down, I passed out almost immediately. The problem is that she had turned her back while I passed out and didn't ask for assistance. She didn't see the signs of me about to faint and didn't have water ready and wasn't ready to hold me up. Thankfully the arm was down or I would've fallen to the floor. As soon as I regained some consciousness she went to help other people, checking on me every few minutes. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to go, but that's how it went. read more

I've visited this lab several times in the last few years. Every time I have made an appointment first. The facility is extremely clean, the staff welcoming and professional. For me, it's a hidden gem and I'm always afraid they're going to close it as it seems off the beaten path. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends for any laboratory needs. I would suggest that somehow they make it more visible on the internet. It takes a little searching on the general Labcorp site to find this location. read more

Save yourself the time and either go to Quest if at all possible or go to a different location. Every single time I make an appointment either for myself or my husband they take the people in before us. For example, I made an appointment for my husband on Monday at 8 am. There were 6 people in front of him waiting in line before they opened. Everyone checked in and they took everyone in the order they came in even though my husband had the first appointment. I am fortunate enough that my insurance allows me to go to either Quest or Labcorp. Labcorp will no longer get our business and they are losing a lot as I need to get regular bloodwork. I arrived on time for my appointment and checked in and waited until I was text to come in. After sitting for 30 minutes I asked if my name was missed. The horrible woman said I done did call you?! I explained she hadn't and that I checked in from the car. She argued with me until I finally just asked her to check me in so I could go to work. The entire time her mask was below her nose. I mentioned that in this health care environment she should be protecting sick people. She started yelling at me. It was awful. I waited over an hour before I was seen. Just awful!! read more

I found the employees here to be courteous and efficient. Was in and out in 15 minutes on a Friday morning without an appointment.

Rude and unfriendly, also incapable. Went last Friday to get my daughter's blood drawn. Rude lady was calling walk ins before appointments and when two people asked why she wasn't calling appointments, she started yelling that it was Friday and we would all have to wait. We left and came back on Monday. Same rude lady there, jabbed my daughter in a horrible way and now my daughter can't even straighten her arm. Taking to the doctor tomorrow. I should mention that my daughter has been getting frequent blood work done for years and never ever had a problem. Stay away. read more

I was redirected to lab carb from the advocare gynecologist to draw my blood for some reason as they don't have anyone available to do it . But the receptionist at 3pm acted so unfriendly and rude and Says at this time I need to do all these paper work and nothing clearly directed and it was so uneasy and unpleasant experience for me . I come home and see closing time as 4pm . At one point I lost my patience and said sorry for the simple act of expressing my anger . It's all unnecessary for anyone who go there for anything . Please be kind to each other , if not kind just act normal and don't make people feel so bad . I always stay patient anywhere but this place made me lose the control . read more

Worst lab in South Jersey. Got there as it opened, signed in and two hours later still was waiting to have one vial of blood drawn. They did have one inexperienced but pleasant phlebotomist who did try and stick me about an hour in and failed on both arms. I then waited another 40 minutes for the experienced tech who was busy with other tasks. I now have 2 bruised arms which made it harder for a REAL tech to draw my blood, finally, at Penn Medicine (which by the way took 15 minutes from check in to exit. One stick, no pain.).
