Employees are rude! You make an appointment and when you arrive you are told they are running an hour behind. ( appointment was for 8am) How do you run an hour behind when you open at 7am. The waiting room is a box with over 20 people standing there. Walk-ins should not be taken 1st over appointments. Asked for a dr note for my daughter for school, was told I had to wait until actually being seen. What should have been a 15 minute visit to get routine blood work was almost 2 hours. I've had blood taken hundreds of times in my life. My husband and I have both been to this location and have had the worst and most painful experience while blood was being taken, and afterwards, with swelling and bruising for days. I will never go back to the Evesham location. Labcorp - get better people!!!! read more

No light in the bathroom, I was told to use my cellphone light for urine sample. No paper towels to dry my hands. Urine specimen cup did not have my name on it. This place has totally gone down hill. I do not recommend going here. read more

In and out. I didn't have an appointment and I was able to check in digitally inside the waiting room. The person drawing my blood was friendly and it was painless. Believe me, I've had to do so many blood tests in my past so having the process go smoothly helps with my anxiety and easily bruised arm. read more

First I want to say , the person taking my blood was very kind and did her job well. That being said, the rest of my experience led me to say I will NEVER go there again. Typically I do not use this lab anyway. When I walked a a man was at the desk saying..."so two Doctors request the same test and you are insisting I have my blood drawn twice and pay for it twice all in the same appointment". The girls told him" yes because it is two different Doctors even though the labs are the same we have to draw and charge twice". The man, who claimed to be a doctor said "just take my blood once charge me once and send the results to both my doctors!" The girl said billing does not allow that. The man asked for his paperwork back and left. A few minutes later he returned with the papers the worker had handed him and said he wanted to speak to a manager as the girl had handed him another patients paperwork with all the patients information a ABSOLUTE HIPPA rule breaker!!!!! Excellent service at all locations( I've been to several) except the one on Evesham Road in Voorhes. At that one, the staff ignored me for an hour and a half. When they finally took me back at 11:30am, one phlebotomist was eating a sandwich and two others were having a conversation. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in any other location. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. It is easily located on Evesham road. I choose it because they do pediatric bloodwork. My appointment was for 1p; the check in was quick & easy. Please note they are only allowing 5 ppl in at a time. The lady at the front desk was nice and informative. The wait was short and my daughter was well taken care of w/ no issues. This place's customer service sucks. Everybody seems to have an attitude. Receptionist and lab tech don't appear like they want to be there.

Monday morning after a Holiday weekend I dropped off a specimen for my husband. All of the information was in the bag. I was told that I had to put his information in the computer. I was on my way to work a half hour away from this location. I do not have time to do all this, especially when my husbands information was already in the bag. The waiting room only had 1 person. I asked for assistance. She was very abrupt, nasty and not at all helpful. I have used Lab Corp for many years. I will not be returning to this office. I will be filing a complaint with the company. The most miserable women work here. I wish I could go back to Quest in Voorhees where the ladies were wonderful, but my insurance changed and I now have to use Labcorp. Maybe I just need to find a new location because I always have a bad experience at this one. I do not live locally, but stopped by this location after a doctor visit across the street. I signed in and got called up within 10 mins. So without an appt, I was pleased with that. But the front desk crew is far from pleasant. I don't even think I got a simple "hello" and the woman who took all of my info barely looked at me. I was told to sit in chair 1 which is this tiny little spot I could barely maneuver into. There was no where to hang my coat or bag, except a big dusty storage container so I just held everything. The woman who took my blood was nice enough though not exceptionally friendly. Luckily I was in and out quickly, which is why this place gets even 1 star :( read more

I downloaded this yelp app just to write a review on this place. That's how bad it was. The service is terrible. They are unprofessional and very standoff-ish. I had to get blood work done and it was THE most PAINFUL shot I've ever had to get. The needle was NOT sharp enough, and I could definitely tell! The lady who took my blood work carelessly jabbed the needle in my vain. The other worker was too busy chatting with her co-workers that I had to repeat myself 5 times. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend going to the Voorhees NJ LabCorp to anyone. read more

Worst experience at a lab ever today. Got there and there were two people waiting outside. One went into register. When she came out I looked in and the waiting room had one other person, it said max of five so I went in. I was told, in a very rude manor, SIR wait outside until we call you! Sure no problem. Waited 30 minutes and out storms the rude Labcorp employee. As she passes she says, "I have got to get out of here". Turns out she was going to buy lunch. When she returned she was no more pleasant. Waited some more. A man came out very upset. Tells us he got the at 9:45 AM and was just leaving. It was noon. So I left. read more

I went to Lab Corp in Voorhees on Evesham Rd. in early afternoon for blood work. I had trouble checking in with the automation-so followed the instructions on screen To please have a seat and someone will help you finish your check in. After 10 minutes of waiting I go to the window and tell the receptionist and she says try again. Meanwhile others have arrived after me and are now ahead of me in line. I was helped by another patient. Then a lady arrives who cannot speak English and after the receptionist was asked to help, she says they are too busy and short staffed. Again, the same lady helped her to check in. The lab person who drew my blood was fine after I actually got called back after a 45 minute wait. The person who checked my paperwork before blood was drawn was nice but I did not like your policy of not being allowed to forward my results to myself or my primary physician. Evidently only the ordering physician gets the results. I had just been to SJRadiology and they forward them to multiple people if asked. I will use Quest the next time I need bloodwork and will not recommend Lab Corp-- especially this office. The receptionist needs customer service training and you need to hire enough help! read more

Very quick however I believe 11 words were said to me while we were there. I brought my 12 yr old son there for blood work and he is feeling awful. The only good thing about it was we were in and out in 5 minutes. The employee did not seem the least bit friendly or empathetic that it was a child. I would not take my child here again. read more

I have never written a yelp review before, but after emailing Labcorp about my terrible experience I thought this was necessary to add on yelp. I work in the healthcare field and I was appalled at the way they treat their patients. I walked into this Labcorp location, and tried to get the attention of the woman at the desk. Finally I got tired of waiting at the desk and said "excuse me" to get the woman's attention. She stared at me like I was an inconvenience, I told her I had a question about the process and she rolled her eyes at me and rudely disregarded my question and refused to help me in any way. I have never been treated this badly by anyone. I walked out before even signing in and when to another Labcorp location. I will never return here again and hope that the woman I spoke with will some day be fired so patients won't be treated like I was. read more

Have been going there for years without issue. Went there last week for a simple blood draw and it was a nightmare. The techs there that day were horrible, Maybe they were new. The first one stuck both arms and never hit a vein. She called in another tech to take over and i thought i was getting the A team. Wrong. She stuck the needle in, hit a nerve, and sent me off the chair in pain. A week later my arm aches and tingles up and down the arm when I stretch it out or reach for something. Went to the Lab corp in Somers Point the next day and was in and out in 5 minutes with no issue. I recommend you think twice about going to the Voorhees location. I'll never go back. read more

I have been to other labcorp locations, other companies such as quest, to give blood and urine samples, but I'll tell ya, this location has some of the nastiest employees, I have ever met. Don't they pay these people enough? Why are these middle ages women ALL, OF THEM, so rude? I went last week for a simple blood test, went through the check in on portion, with a middle aged white lady, who was not to rude, everyone else is black, first white person I've seen at this location, and I've been there plenty of times. Anyway, the white lady says after paper work completed, to go take a seat...doesn't specify, just take a seat. So, I find a small area with a blood drawing chair, so, I put my paperwork to give to plebotomist, and I bottle of water I brought (my dr told me , drinking water before blood test, makes it easier to draw blood from veins), on the floor, right next to my chair. WELL, THIS UGLY, BLACK GIRL, ABOUT 40 YEARS OLD, walks over to where I'm sitting (I'm Caucasian by the way), (this was Wednesday 4/8 around 210pm), looks at me, with, "another white boy", look on her very ugly face. THEN, she gazes, and sees the paperwork and my water on the floor. OMG, she has a fit! "What is this on the floor "?? "Why is it on the floor "???? "Jesus C---she Is shaking her fat head, and mumbling about the paperwork being on the floor, Yada, Yada, like it's a small area, a computer on a small table, I just put the water and paper work out of the way so no one trips on it . She's shaking her head, mumbling incoherently....Now, I'm afraid, because she's gonna jab me with a needle in like 5 minutes ...why did you put the paperwork on the floor? Why did you put your bottle of water on the floor she is staring at me , hostilely, getting my arm prepped to jab...an evil look in her eyes....I felt like sliding out of that chair, and running like hell, out the front door!!!!!!! She managed to insert the needle, give it a few turns, to inflict maximum pain, a broad smile emerging whilst I grimaced! !! Get some happy people in this office. .giving blood is like going to the dentist in my book..Are these black ladies anti white? Aren't they supposed to put you at ease?? Pay them a little more.
