I just would like to warn people that this location is actually closed. I had an appointment that took weeks to get and I checked in online, in my car, per their email recommendation I even had an email confirming that I was checked in and to wait in my car. After 40 minutes, I decided to go inside the building and discovered a small piece of paper hiding on a door with 6 other signs regarding the COVID rules, that says this location is temporarily closed with no information of how long the closure is going on for. There were lots of people confused because all the other signs on the door were in English and Spanish but the "closed" sign was only in English, so many people did not understand what was going on. I hope that LabCorp can at least let those with future appointments know ahead of time of the closure and please make your signage accessible to all. read more

Terrible customer service and front desk etiquette. Basic human respect is not provided at this place. My first visit was as a walk in. I asked for the wait time and was told 2 hours and was then advised to schedule an appointment next time.... the front desk person was rude when giving me a response, she basically brushed me off. Since I had to return to work, I canceled my walk in and scheduled an appointment at a different location because I didn't like the service. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15 am the next day at the Grove location. I arrived at the grove location at 7:30 to find out that they closed and directed me back to Upland..... I DID NOT GET A CALL ASKING ME TO RESCHEDULE OR INFORMING ME ABOUT THE CHANGE.... My lab work is urgent so I went back to this place, checked in and connected with the front desk again to get more info on wait time (different person from the day before). Bare in mind, all appointments from Grove were redirected to this site. There were pregnant women, elderly, children, people with canes waiting in a congested hallway outside of the main office space without optional seating space. I asked for a wait time because 1. I was on the clock and had to give my boss an estimated time of return 2. There were a lot of people in the hallway. I'd rather wait in the car if it's going to be a long wait period. The front desk rookie basically called me a liar, raised her voice, and continuously negated the fact that I didn't get a call. She kept saying that he had call all patients with appointments. I offered her to go through my call records and voicemails if she wanted proof. There was no reason for me to lie... Because of her tone, I must admit I finally spoke up and asked her to 1. Lower her voice. 2. Stop being rude and disrespectful 3. She's demonstrating extremely poor customer service. There's only so much a person can take before enough is enough. A more senior person had to step in and assist. She recognized my appointment at the Grove and assured me that I'd be taken in sooner than a walk in. Look, at the end of the day, no patient enjoys getting their blood drawn. Show them some respect if you want respect back. Golden rule applies to all things. I'd encourage management to remind their teams about the importance of kindness and respect despite being in high pressure situations. For future visitors, proceed with caution and demand respect if people are rude to you. At the end of the day, you are a paying customer and people should provide you with good service. read more

I understand things are crazy because of covid but this place is just ridiculous. You can schedule appointments online at this location and it SAYS it's open but it's closed. Also, when you call the location it says the operator is assisting other customers and to hold or to eventually leave a voicemail. What a terrible service. read more

Everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist to the phlebotomists made my visit very pleasant. Everyone was helpful. It's a small crowded area, not a lot of space to have seats. Everyone was too close together. Bring headphones, a good book, keep your phone charged just in case you are in there for long running test like I was. I think that things could definitely be kept up a little better like the medical supplies and maybe have an automatic air freshener in there just to keep things running smoothly. read more

Had a great experience here today. I got there right at 1 o'clock. They are closed from 12 to 1 o'clock for lunch. I checked in at the kiosk. I was called back for my lab paperwork, less than five minutes later they called me back so they can draw my blood. The girl that drew my blood was extremely nice. But I'm not sure if she was new or not because she couldn't get blood flowing correctly so she had to try my other arm other than that I would say I had a great experience but overall everything was good. When I left I did notice that a lot of people were in the waiting room. So I'm glad I got there early. read more

Awful rude misinformed people up at the front desk, especially that blond girl with the straggly hair, she needs to be replaced. She seems to get off of being purposely rude to people. This facility opens at 8:00 am. **They do not take walk-in pre-employment drug testing patients until 9:00 am, however.** When you register to have the drug testing done through your employer site, it does not mention this fact anywhere. Even when I Googled this LabCorp facility it said nothing about not accepting drug testing patients until 9:00 am. Showed up at 7:45 am and had to wait until 9:15 am to be seen because the lab technicians are busy doing other tests. I requested to be seen earlier multiple times to the receptionist because I had been holding the need to use the restroom for about an hour but was told that I had to continue waiting or use the restroom and stay until I had consumed enough water to have to go again. I understand facilities such as this have policies and but to be so inflexible and disregard people's needs is incredibly rude and sent a clear message that this place doesn't care about patients at all. It's strictly a by-the-book or go elsewhere kind of place. The entire experience was uncomfortable, ridiculous, and unnecessary had they offered a tiny bit of effort and flexibility on their part to a patient who really needed to get the test over with. I spoke to the supervisor about how messed up this policy is for people trying to get a pre-employment urinalysis screening. Others there for the same testing also complained about this stupid policy. It's almost like they enjoy seeing patients squirm in the waiting room while they needlessly have to wait to take their drug tests. I was due for a glucose tolerance test went in today and my over experience was a 4 out of 5. I didn't have an appointment but came at 8:15 there was a small wait to check in. They drew my blood at 8:27, I drank the sugar drink orange flavored thank goodness, then was asked to wait either in my car or inside, to come back five mins before the hour, second blood draw @ 9:29, last blood draw 10:33. I only gave them 4 stars because I walked in to check in the third time at 10:20 & two other ppl same test got taken back before me made me miss the hour mark not by much but they should take ppl in as they check back in mind y'all they were there late to check in. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating. This labcorp location is no better than any other in the area. The experience I had at this location actually made me change my insurance so I would never have to deal with another labcorp office again. I would suggest if it's possible to stay away from any labcorp office, quest diagnostic is a much better choice. If your insurance only uses labcorp like mine I am sorry you will have to deal with this disappointment, and frustration when you go in for something as simple as blood work. read more

I came here Wednesday 24, of July. Half hour before closing approx. 3:30 to get bloodwork done and the phlebotomist was very rude, careless and aggressively shoved the entire needle in at once leaving no part of the needle visible and shook the needle up and down in attempt to remove the blood . I was in excruciating pain and never in my life with all my experience with blood draws have I ever been in so much pain. The removal of needle was horrible pain. My arm has not stop hurting and now almost week later I have a popping discomfort and a burning sensation running down my arm even now I can't hold my arm straight going on 6 days and has not gone away. I am so worried when will this go away. At Urgent Care this moment having it diagnosed because my symptoms are not visible at the surface but only internal arm burning pain and discomfort of the right arm. read more

I went there to have blood work done, including a fasting glucose test, the Plebothomist, Yolanda was not only very rude, but rough even though I have the easiest veins to locate. She hurt me so bad twice while drawing blood and since I wasn't looking I thought she had stuck me with a second niddle, when asked her what happened she didn't have an answer for me, I brought her up to the receptionist and the other woman sitting next to her, showed them the mark on my arm, and told them what happened, the receptionist thought it was an allergic reaction, which did not make any sense to me, the other woman was very rude did not want to talk to the Plebothomist, and was very dismissive of my concern. Since I had to spend several hours there to have blood drawn 2 more times, I asked for a different person and talked to the other Plebothomists there, told them what had happened, showed them the mark on my arm, they seemed utterly confused and did not have an answer for me. I brought up my complaint to the manager, who assured me would address the issue with their staff. I still don't know what happened, why the mark and the unnecessary roughness. I would never go back to that location, I rather go and sit in the over crowed waiting rooms at the Rancho locations. read more

On Wednesday October 7, 2020 i made a routine lab appointment for my husband "Eugene DeYoung" for October 16, 2020 - 1st available time was 2:00pm Confirmation # 254862798. He arrived 15 minutes early. There was a sign on the door saying they closed at 1pm. He continued waiting in the hallway with a long line behind him. By 2:15pm everyone decided to try the labcorp on Grove. After waiting another 2 hours there... with NO appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous! I even received a reminder email of the appointment on 10/14/20. I tried calling the office. NO answer... even though their website says they ARE open. With all the technology we have.... this is NOT ok. If we were given the heads up via email.... with a change and/or cancellation to the appointment. Our time is valuable too.... obviously, the office has very poor management. read more

I just left this LabCorp on San Bernardino in Upland. The waiting area is very clean, nice chairs and carpeting. The staff is kind, courteous and patient. The wait (w/out an appt.) was approx. 15 minutes. I highly recommend this facility. BTW, I was also here earlier in the year, same great experience. Was really upset when I went in there today. I asked them if they would make an appointment for me. The girl sitting on the left was so rude she said no I would need to go online . I explained to her that I've lost a lot of my vision , she asked me if I had a computer. I told her no I've never been online and I don't have anyone to help. She said I'm not any different than anyone else. There were three people talking behind the counter, don't understand why someone could not have helped me. In a lab you get a lot of people that are not feeling well. I would rate you guys a zero in your customer service skills. Please be kinder to people and hire people that care about their patient's. Never have I had a problem here. Always helpful and nice and make sure I know what's being done at all times. They always answer all my questions. The hours work great except around the holidays. They get the faxes quickly and only 1 time out of 3 do I have a long wait. Not to bad especially the location of this office read more
