She did my blood draw (literally) in less than a minute. She was so calm and knew exactly how to keep me talking and get my mind completely off what was happening! Not quite static not really a hum just a bizarre addition to a room where no one speaks. There is a bland water cooler with hot and cold water. It works because I enjoyed a cup of cold water. Did I mention the room is clean with 3 walls painted one color and the third a color matching the kitchen chairs. Did they find a sale where there were only a few gallons of paint left? You check in at a kiosk on an i-pad. The warehouse babysitting employee remains silent until she calls names into the plastic walled chamber. Verification of your personal information. The hum of a printer interrupts the television static as another human is processed through. A happy gentleman appears ... He possibly is the blood taker ... A smile to calm before the process begins. As I watch my daughter staring in the same direction as all the others I wonder ... What do any of us want from a business that takes our bodily fluids. Cleanliness ... Robotic but absolute efficiency with a touch of friendliness. We can't expect customer comforts because they know we will come not out of choice but because our insurance company or medical professional said we must. So, I need to look at that tv to see if I can translate the background noise into a message that the image wants to share. As for my rating ... 4 stars. I have…read morebeen to many other Labcorp facilities in the area and can personally say they have the least amount of staff and do the best work with what they have. Everyone here does excellent work and works as a team which you NEVER see. I come from Absecon , which has a Labcorp ( true nightmare ) just to visit this one because I know I'll be taken well care of. Most of the complaints I see here are " User Error " and that's really too bad. At one point I was coming every single week for blood work and I have never witnessed a staff member behave in any way but courteous. I am actually headed there right now for more blood work and analysis and know I will be seen fairly quickly and taken care of .. and thrilled I have a familiar spot I can count on ! PS: After another 5/5 visit .. I'm not affiliated with this place in any way, but I stay loyal because real teamwork and hustle shine through here , which I truly find rare now in 2025 so it truly sticks out when you see different attitudes and energy in the workplace. It honestly makes me want to drown out the noise of those 1-3-time reviewers who post only to complain about things that miss the bigger picture. I've been going to the Galloway Labcorp several times a year for 15 years. Today (7/23/25 at 10:30…read moream) was my first truly terrible experience. The lab techs got confused and I was called to one room (by the name Wanda), then called by a different tech to a different room by the name Ronda. The second tech (very short hair), proceeded to scold me when she realized I had been called to a different room first but still came to her when called. I tried to explain that I was confused by them and just came when called. She proceeded to tell me what I should have done and that other patients know what to do, all in a very rude tone. She continued to be confrontational until I asked her name (I believe she gave me a fake name anyway) and I told her she could start a patient's day off nicely or shitty and she decided to start my day shitty. She told me she'd pray for me and turned her back on me instead of putting a bandage on my bleeding arm. I won't be going back to that location again. I'd never let her near me.
