She did my blood draw (literally) in less than a minute. She was so calm and knew exactly how to keep me talking and get my mind completely off what was happening! All we wanted to know is what the charges were for and why we were suddenly being charged for something that we were never charged for before. It's almost impossible to talk to a person. We tried online. We tried over the phone. The prompts either give you a programed response that has nothing to do with our question or when we actually got a live person from (apparently) a billing agency who had no idea what we were talking about. We have spent all day and 15 phone calls and we're unable to resolve anything.

The line waiting for one person to take lab work is unbelievable. Looks like she's not only taking the collection but also in the lab processing it for pickup in between customers who are waiting.
