I went in today to get my Lab work done. But when I checked Ms. Kimberly informs me that I needed the paperwork. But my doctor did not give me one. But I'm so grateful to Ms Kimberly she took the time and help me go through my emails and she had it email to the office. Staff very lazy and told me they weren't able to take my drug screening because it was 5 minutes after 11 this was the only time I was able to go and they made it very inconvenient. All sitting in the office just Conversating looking really comfortable when they need to do their job. read more

My experience at Labcorp was very good. They were fast, professional and detailed. I would recommend them highly.

Unprofessional staff in the Tinley Park, IL office. They didn't collect enough blood sample for a full panel blood test. The results came back with the followed message: "LabCorp was unable to collect sufficient specimen to perform the following test(s), and is providing the patient with re-collection instructions". As per result report, they were supposed to send me instructions for re collection, I never got instructions, I never got an email, text or phone call, no apologies. I set up a new appointment, took time off again just to be turn down. They refused to do re take or to even acknowledge the problem. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I arrived, i hardly received a welcoming greeting. The lady at the desk asked me to sign in at the kiosk. There was a man in front of me who seemed to be having some difficulty with the kiosk. He walked up to the desk and had motioned the woman for help. She asked if he needed help as he was walking back to the kiosk. The lady said under her breath "Can you use your words?". I am not sure if the man heard or not but that was rude. The man ended up saying "excuse me" to another person waiting. When he spoke, it was clear he had some type of speech impediment. What a welcoming environment this lady was creating! It was such an unnecessary comment, especially given she doesnt know all of this man's circumstances. Not to mention, she was rude all together. No customer service skills. I've been coming to this location for years and I've never had a bad experience. The kiosk check in is quick. They do take my debit card info in case insurance doesn't pay but I've never been charged for anything. The staff I have encountered all these years have always been nice and cheerful. Upon walking in, no one was at the front desk to greet nor assist me. I proceeded to check in at the self check-in, after waiting for maybe 4 minutes a young lady walks out calls my name in a unwelcoming tone and literally used the same tone and demeanor throughout my entire time there. Once in the back I'm told to take all of my things and store them in a box and while doing so I notice she's on FaceTime the ENTIRE time while discussing and verifying my confidential information. As I'm asking questions concerning the process I'm told with much attitude that all I needed to do was exactly what she's telling me to do..I wasn't too familiar with the process so I was concerned how every worked. I didn't feel as if I was asking a dumb question but she very much so made me feel as if I was. Overall not the best experience and I probably will never visit the location again although it is very convenient. P.s. It doesn't cost to be nice or to have patience with people. read more

I wish there was a negative star to express my experience. the staff was very very rude. I gave them my lab order sheet, after a short and extra curt review of the paperwork I was assured that all the ordered tests were going to be completed during my visit after a relatively extensive wait, just before the needle prick I was informed that half of the test were not going to be done because they did not have the right tubes. I asked which were not going to be done and the remark was so rude that I grabbed my papers and left. I would rather pay extra to have blood work done in a more pleasant and courteous setting than go back to that place. I guess they make enough money and have enough clients that my business is not necessary. Never again!!!! read more

Much improvement since my last visit a few years ago! The nasty, stained carpeting has been replaced by a nice, clean floor! Tiffany was not only delightful, she was absolutely professional! Where most have trouble finding my vein, she went right in and took care of business. I will definitely return. read more

Woman was late arriving to open and when she walked in The door she was very rude and said the people that were there before her had to wait until 9am when the website says it opens a 8am.very nasty and not professional at all,told everyone they had to wait in the hallway,didn't say good morning when she walked in late.she needs to be super sizing orders at McDonald's ,it appears to be the normal here because all of the reviews are horrible !! Had an 8 am appt was out by 8:17am. I had Kiesha who drew my blood. She was very friendly and got me on the first try!

Just the worst. There were 20 people waiting for drug tests when I got there but I took the day off to get my bloodwork so I waited. They couldn't find my vein to draw blood so they just kept digging and I almost passed out. Then they lost my results for three and a half weeks. Luckily my insurance changed so I can go to Quest instead from now on. read more

The hours online said it was open today at 8am (12/9/15). I arrived at 8am and the receptionist said that I was not allowed in the building until 9am so I left and returned at 8:50am. There were 4 or 5 people in front of me. When I asked her about this, she rudely said that they arrived before me. I said no they did not and I came at 8am and she told me to leave. I wanted to know why she did not tell them to leave. I also asked her why she changed all of the times on the sign in chart to 9am. She rudely said that this is still part of my interview and she can note my demeanor to the company and told me to sit down. I called my interviewing company's HR department and they said that there is no way she can report anything I say. Therefore, she was lying. She was supposed to take a hair and urine test. However, she only took a urine sample. Now I have to go back there or another facility. read more

My Aunt and I went to this place and walked right back out. Bad customer service and not friendly at all. How do they stay in business?

Horrible, I made an appointment over a month in advance for 9:00 am. When I arrived the waiting room was full. I didn't get called until 10:30! I'm not sure why they have appointments! To top it off a lady came in with her 8 year old at 9:20 saying she had an appointment at 9:00 she made last night and waited 45 minutes on hold, her daughter had to go to gymnastics and had to be done ASAP. They took her within 10 minutes! I was so mad, I went up to the counter and told her I had an appointment too and was here first. She told me she had an 8 year old and they had gymnastics, well I had a two year old with me. She said they only had a few people and then I would be called. That was an hour later. I would NEVER go to this lab again! read more

I had to get a pre-employment drug screen. I clicked on the circle for pre-employment drug screen and selected the 4:00 PM appointment time. When I got there I was informed the drug screen machine shuts down at 4:00 PM so no drug screen can be performed. If you schedule this test at another facility make sure they do the tests when you have the last appointment for the pre-employment drug screen because none of the facilities that specifically indicate drug screen time indicate you have to make the appointment prior to the end of the drug screen time and their system allows you to make an appointment even though you checked you were going for drug screen. Fortunately I had another 24 hours to get this test done. read more

I took two different drug tests here, one being a retest. Both times, they were a little busy, but got the people through quickly. I didn't see the staff here being rude or unprofessional to anyone, though I did witness a few people being very, very rude to the staff. I wouldn't give the place 5 stars, but it was not a bad experience coming here in the least and I liked the people working there just fine. The rudest receptionist I've ever encountered. When asking her an important question (we needed the results directly to us for a nursing program), she kept interrupting with "I've got this" and other sarcastic nasties. Rude! Never again. If your insurance allows Qwest Diagnpstics, I highly recommend the Mokena location for the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the employees there. read more

I was told I needed to make an appointment to get a drug test pre-employment. So I did, for 10:30am. Got there, drank 3 cups of water, anxious that I wouldn't be able to pee. I have a very shy bladder but made sure to pee over 2 hours prior, and drank lots of water. Before going into the bathroom I asked if I could have more water and the woman cut me off saying I had to give a sample first. So I tried and a couple minutes later with no luck, she demanded I come out saying "YOUR TIME IS UP, YOU NEED TO GET OUT". So I did, at which point she demanded to know if I had drank water before coming, which was a yes, and whether I used the bathroom before coming. "yes, but it was over 2 hours ago" "WELL YOU SHOULDVE JUST HELD IT" "that would've been over 10 hours of holding it" "WELL YOU SHOULDVE COME EARLIER" "I couldn't, this was the earliest appointment today" "YOU DONT NEED AN APPOINTMENT" "well I was told I needed one" "WELL IM TELLING YOU YOU DONT" "I'm just saying that I was given misinformation" "oh...
