All wait times are atrocious, which is why I hate Emergency departments, but I am satisfied with…read morethe treatment my family and I received. On Tuesday night, I had to rush my toddler in to get stitches. From pre-registration all the way to discharge, everything ran smoothly. I want to show Aaron (RN) & Madison W. (PA) some praise because wow! The way they handled my screaming toddler during treatment was amazing. Their patience blew me away! Also, Madison has some mean sewing skills. The needle she used was almost too small for me to see. My baby felt better instantly thanks to them!

Hospital room within the emergency center was filthy dusty dirty. Stains on the floor, hair on the bed. (Etc) Nurse that saw my 3 year old daughter jammed the rhinestone in further after telling me she could get it out with no problem at all. Doctor on call didn't initially believe there was anything in her ear until I showed him the picture of what it looked like before the "nurse" jammed it so far in it could no longer be seen. Tried to contest the bill for emergency room services since no service was provided and my daughter ended up needing surgery to remove the rhinestone. Hospital management reviewed the case and deemed the night a success and the nurse provided commensurate care to my daughter. Absolute joke of a hospital. Spend an extra 20 minutes in the car and go to Boston.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son's labs did NOT get sent to his doctor, again. I called…read moreand left two messages for the lab to call me back, they didn't bother to call me back. So I stopped in to inquire why the labs didn't get sent. They offered NO explanations and said that I had to have my son come in with me with his ID before they could release any information. I understand HIPPA and everything, but they would not even tell me if the labs ever got sent to the doctor. They told me NOTHING and the woman that I dealt with seemed to really get off on her little power trip...how sad. I them asked if they could just send the labs results out again to the doctor: Denied! They said the doctor has to call the "results" line to get the results. So I asked for that number so I could give it to his doctor: Denied! I swear these little b*tches get off on making things as difficult as possible for their customers. This is not the first time I've experienced "attitude" from the women who work there. Terrible people. Terrible place. I will NOT be back to this office ever again. If you want to be treated like you're a piece of crap and that you're "bothering" them to DO THEIR JOB, this is the perfect place to go.

Yup, the five star rating says it all. But, to elaborate…read more. I was referred here by my ENT for further allergy testing as part of a lengthy process into fixing my sinus issues. While I'm not quite needle-phobic, I'm knee-quivering terrified of getting blood drawn due to a number of horrible experiences in the past. Since my veins are much smaller than average and difficult to locate, I've felt n' suffered everything from being jabbed all ice-pic like in the hands to black and blue bruises all over my arms. And sadly this has happened at clinics, doctors, hospitals and even in ambulances. Today I had to bite the bullet and finally get my testing done prior to yet another appointment next week. Tucked neatly away across the street from the Lincoln Mall, the process was amazingly quick and pain free. Reception called me up no longer than 2 minutes after sitting down for quick paper work. A few moments later, the same very friendly woman brought me to a back room, massaged my hand to expose a vein and WHAM, two viles of blood were drawn with zippo pain or bruising. I was so shocked in fact, I didn't even realize the needle was still in as she was doing it. So yeah, if I ever need blood testing done again, I'd prefer it were here!

I was there for a blood draw and syrum medication. I didn't even feel the needle going in. My mix was done in excellent time. Highly recommend.

Great, 1-day scheduling! Not great? Their need for oversharing. They want my SSN, AND a copy of my driver's license (a picture, not just the number). When I fill out a form in the doctor's office, I don't mind so much, because that probably gets digitized badly if at all, but this was an annoying on-line form (even if you go to their office you are going to be doing it on your phone--ugggh!) ...Now I get it, they are a place that is used to dealing with, well "Perps". (Drug testing, paternity testing, gosh knows what else.) People being forced to use this companies services by the courts, their employers, or their sports team. In other words, people who have no choice. Well, I'm not a perp, I do have a choice. I am a person who would rather pull his pants down (bending over backwards mind you) than to share this info with people I don't know. Quick--- would you give me your email, mobile number, home address, birthday, SSN, and image of your license if I met you on the street? No? What are you hiding? I won't do anything with it... I didn't think so-- start standing up for yourself, walk out like I did, eventually they will stop demanding pointless info the nurse does not even know why they are collecting. I found Costco will do a next-day appointment for a Moderna booster as well, and they don't require ANY SSN or driver's license. I'm sure Walmart, and all the other pharmacies don't either, because they don't treat their customers like perps.
