LabCorp makes the appointment easy (although they take walk-ins too); they don't require a prescription in advance, and they are very competent in drawing blood. They make the blood draw painless and offer the results online (got my most recent results on a Sunday and went for the blood draw on the Friday before).

This drive-in Covid testing site requires appointments, has…read moreonly 4 per hour and charges $25 on top of insurance. The website does not make it clear that insurance information must be input online several hours to a day before so they can get confirmation. I've never had that situation with any facility that accepts Medicare. They offered an option of paying $250 and putting in for reimbursement. If one pays $250 results come in 3 hours, but if you use insurance, results take 24 to 36 hours. This is just a way to pander to the summer elite/rich.

The place was easy to find (look for the "Eight" on the building) and there's plenty of free parking out front. I arrived around 1:55pm on a weekday (closes at 2:30pm though which I thought was very early) and there was only one person in front of me. Check in was quick and easy on their self service tablets (2 up front) or I think you can maybe check in with the person at the counter (there wasn't anyone there when I was doing my self check in though until later). You just need to have your drivers license and health insurance ID card(s) on hand because the self service machine will scan them for the information. I didn't wait more than 5-10 minutes before being called (since there was only one person in front of me) and the phlebotomist that drew my blood was very nice and quick. Granted I am an easy stick haha. The lab was very clean and I had a great experience here: the entire process from check in, payment, and blood draw itself was quick and easy! No complaints and would return if I needed any sort of bloodwork done in the future. Just be aware of their closing times.
