When we arrived, one staff member came out and told the waiting room that any walk-ins should expect a 1.5 to 2 hour wait. About ten minutes later, another staff member came out, called my daughter Olivia's name, and asked for her prescription so she could enter it into the system. We gave it to her, and within two minutes she returned and said, "Olivia, you're going to be very disappointed, but we do not do this test after 9 AM." It was only 9:20. We arrived at 8:30. (Anticpating that we would have to wait.) I asked for clarification, and she repeated that they only perform the test from 8 AM to 9 AM. I explained that we had been there since 8:30, but she just repeated herself, turned around, and shut the door. Afterward, I looked up the test and confirmed it can be done later in the morning as long as the patient is fasting. I then called customer service to ask whether this was official policy or specific to this location. The representative avoided answering directly and instead tried to schedule another appointment--offering afternoon times, which only added to my confusion. Based on this experience, it seems like this may not be standard policy but rather a decision made at this location. There were only a few other walk-ins at the time, so the situation could have been handled much better. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, largely due to poor communication and lack of professionalism.

My friend told me the name of an amazing Lab Corp tech that would calm my anxiety so I wanted to make sure I was going to get my bloodwork done on the day this tech was working. I called on 11/26 and 12/2, left a message both times asking if they would please call me back, explaining I am very anxious about getting this done, I heard this tech was amazing, etc. NEVER got a call back. Come to find out I was calling the wrong Lab Corp, but even in calling the wrong office 155 Fries Mill Road could have called me to let me know that tech didn't work in their office. Very disappointing. Thanks for not caring about your potential patients.

She keeps patients motivated, provides ideal and specialized instructions, and watches your practices closely. I was able to rid myself of pain while increasing my mobility and lowering my risk of re-injury.
