I came for a free TMS consult. I'm very familiar with this treatment. I had researched it last…read moreyear, but was quoted a high co-pay, so I looked elsewhere, and knew with time, the price would drop and be more affordable. Ashley greeted me on time, and was super nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Another woman (I wasn't told her name) asked if she could join us, and I said it was okay. She was very nice, intelligent, and professional. Looked like a million bucks (perhaps a sales rep?) too. Most, most, and more most unfortunately, the rep who originally responded to my call, gave me misinformation about my financial obligation. I was excited about being a patient here too; I was misquoted big time. The rep told me that with my insurance (a well known one), I'd have 100% coverage with NO co-pays. Worth taking a few hours off of work for a free consultation to learn more! Instead of the $0 co-pay that I was quoted, my actual cost (I wasn't told this until the end of my consult) would be $35 / sx co-pay. Sooo, 36 sessions are what is recommended for the best outcomes. I believe there are two interim follow-up visits too. CHA CHING! I'm a single parent of two eating machines, with costly high school needs, and I don't splurge on myself too much. I was consoled with "don't let the price be a concern." REALLY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how you slice it and work with me on the payments (a suggestion of "$100 a week" was made!), a minimum of $1,260 was coming out of this girl's pocket. I still believe in this service, found the personnel here to be nice, and office, clean, but won't be a patient here for this high cost. Check with your insurance company yourself before you get your hopes up too high!

I had hoped that he knew I was there but they had him sedated . Overall, the people were great as I came into the main lobby , two peops a really sweet young blond and an def gentleman who gave me directions and passes. The place looks like it's clean , real important as I heard probs at this location but I did not experience it. The floor shined like glass , the ICU unit is on 2nd floor for critical care & Specializes in stroke care. I hate hospitals because it brings back sad memories 4 me. The last time. Was here and I almost forgot was my ex reminded me I had been taken there when I was at college like a naive 18 yr old , l took cold meds and fell down a flight of stairs. Do not recommend d moreoing that !!! I was lucky no broken bones just bruises . But it seems so long ago& now I am feeling very old But overall the only prob is my navigation wasn't working in my car & do it took longer to get there. 4 any1 who knows turnersville , Sewell area it's an that has built up so much & I HV poor direction skills . But after a couple wrong turns found it, . It looks nothing like I remembered. It has been renovated and looks so humugous! . When I got to ICU the staff were so nice as they saw hoe upset I was. Thanx to Jennifer , the secretary who was comforting and the doctors , such as Dr. Wilsie , who tried to update me on, Michael's condition as well as Reggie and Dana his nurse. U could very easily get lost , it's so big But stayed sev hours and I am emotionally drained and upset. It's an impressive ICU there are many rooms and the staff was very responsive to any question I had. There was also a priest, Father Ernest who prayed & anointed him . I was very appreciative. So overall It is impressive & part of Jefferson Med Center r those that live near ok r by the hospital. Okay I did it. I am signing off , sorry no pics but it was not good day 4me. Fondly Danalia

However, the office manager/check-in contact left a rather bad impression with me. Maybe it was a bad day for her; nevertheless, she could have been a little more polite. I always go back to Dr. A and here is why: he is in this for the long haul. He listens to me and spends time with me and most importantly, I get the results I want. ONE time I didn't and after I connected with him on it, he made it right. We're all spending money we don't have on aesthetics, so go to someone honest. I've asked other Drs. how they mix their botox & they blew me off. Dr. A explained it to me, and of all of them, for whatever reason his lasts the best on me. It IS true that results vary on people but his lasts longer than 3 months for me which is one big reason I return. He's updated his staff and office because he listens. A very sincere medical practicioner who has a great knack for this- compares with any cosmetic surgeon I've gone to & overpaid for. Another thing he does which none of the others did- he documents amount of product you get on which parts of your face! I know exactly how much botox I got on my forehead on which date which is incredibly practical because we look back on those to tweak on future visits. Bottom line, you will get results there for less and he is authentic enough to try to correct anything you are unhappy with.

I am currently sitting in the office writing this review. I absolutely dread coming here. My appointment always takes about two hours to finish. Example.......today's appointment time is 1:45pm. Then he will put his recording g device on and dictate his office visit note. Depending on the visit he might MIGHT do an actual exam. Then when you leave 2-3 hours later--it is a given that you have to call back because he forgot to call in one of my needed prescriptions. Just awful!!!
