Horrible stay away. Insurance companies need to thoroughly investigate this facility who utilizes…read moreseveral names. I had a difficult time in getting my records. It's been over a month and they are refusing to provide all records. Not to mention, the office notes are incorrect, they failed to examine my condition, they failed to provide options other than opioids - I told them on my initial visit, I didn't want pain meds. However, my four visits that were total waste time for me was only to gather urine samples. All they actually do is take your urine and prescribe opiates. They are nothing but a legal drug dealer. They have no interest in treat everyone individually for the pain that they are experiencing. The staff that's a whole Nother story. They're terrible and have no respect for the patients. I hope someone investigates these people /facility. I filed complaint thru my insurance company as well as consumer affairs for HIPpA violations as well as fraudulent billing and records -Thieves and scammers. They are not genuine doctors, but merely legalized drug dealers.

Every step of the process has been nothing but an aggravating pile of errors. They don't ever answer their phone or return messages or emails. The call center is pretty useless to help you with anything. My record had errors in it that nobody seemed even remotely interested in correcting. They made a billing error because they actively chose to ignore what I was telling them and it took over a month for them to look into it and get back to me, meanwhile my treatment was being delayed. I can't imagine these people appreciate what their patients are going through if they leave one hanging for that long while the patient is seeking pain management. If something were to go wrong with your treatment, you likely wouldn't be able to reach anyone here to do anything about it. I can't get away from these people fast enough.
