I was so happy when I found Dr P who did an ablation in lumbar region of my back. I was so totally unhappy when I went for a follow up got Vince and was treated like I was some kind of loser. I will never go there again. If you want help with your pain AND to be treated with respect this is not the place. I'd give Dr P 5 stars but the rest of that practice gets no stars. read more

I came for a free TMS consult. I'm very familiar with this treatment. I had researched it last year, but was quoted a high co-pay, so I looked elsewhere, and knew with time, the price would drop and be more affordable. Ashley greeted me on time, and was super nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Another woman (I wasn't told her name) asked if she could join us, and I said it was okay. She was very nice, intelligent, and professional. Looked like a million bucks (perhaps a sales rep?) too. Most, most, and more most unfortunately, the rep who originally responded to my call, gave me misinformation about my financial obligation. I was excited about being a patient here too; I was misquoted big time. The rep told me that with my insurance (a well known one), I'd have 100% coverage with NO co-pays. Worth taking a few hours off of work for a free consultation to learn more! Instead of the $0 co-pay that I was quoted, my actual cost (I wasn't told this until the end of my consult) would be $35 / sx co-pay. Sooo, 36 sessions are what is recommended for the best outcomes. I believe there are two interim follow-up visits too. CHA CHING! I'm a single parent of two eating machines, with costly high school needs, and I don't splurge on myself too much. I was consoled with "don't let the price be a concern." REALLY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how you slice it and work with me on the payments (a suggestion of "$100 a week" was made!), a minimum of $1,260 was coming out of this girl's pocket. I still believe in this service, found the personnel here to be nice, and office, clean, but won't be a patient here for this high cost. Check with your insurance company yourself before you get your hopes up too high! read more

Dr lee is amazing. But going to the Sewell office. Addison the nurse practitioner is awful. She doesn't remember anything about you. And if you're on pain meds if you ask any questions she gives you attitude and treats you like you're an annoyance. The Vineland office is way better. read more

The black doctors and nurse practitioners are very nasty to other black women. I wouldn't recommend anyone to your Vineland office no bedside manners. The lady I saw on Tuesday just very blunt and rude the only one I like is Amy Wilson the rest of them are nasty with snobby attitudes! They deserve one star or none! read more

I was a patient of Dr. Park for a long timemand he was the Best doctor I Ever had! I was terminated as a patient Back in 2018 by a doctor I Never seen before. Just horrible. Playing God. Wrote the worst termination letter. She doesn't know me at all. still to this day I cannot get any doctor to treat me. Now I understand why people do dope!! On top of that when I got my records..someone else's name was on the drug test. And I had alcohol In my system..I DONT DRINK! I've been told the labs mix up tests..makes sense to me. If Dr. Park would take me back I'd jump at it. read more

To all the people in South Jersey in Pennsylvania do not go to Relievus Pain Management an Egg Harbor Township New Jersey The reason why I was going to Relievus for eight years and they take a specimen from you and if your pain medication they give you is not in your specimen they will discharge you I tried yesterday to get back on their service and Dr Prezza Kowski said no and I'm on medical marijuana and he will not renew my script so I have no script from my medical marijuana to three months that absolutely positively is not right so please to all the people in South Jersey in Pennsylvania do not go to Relievus and do not cause she got your present Caskey for any reason I have to find other pain management Dr. now read more

The Sewell office is great! The front desk staff is so pleasant and professional! They are always there to help when I need it!

........ Awful experience inadequate service from staff and medical nurses. The room was full of patients very uncomfortable. They offer a pager after waiting for 35mins that was great until I stepped outside the door for 7 minutes and the pager went off, immediately step back in and was told she would be right with me... Waited while the receptionist waited on two more ppl & then was told I missed my turn??? I stated why did you give me the pager if you were not going to honor it. Now had to wait for the individual who they allowed to take my turn to finish. So. I waited inside the front area so this would not happen, again. Finally, taken to the back and the nurse practitioner couldn't keep her masks on claims the fibers Itch... SMH‼‼‼ read more

Love the Sewell office, the staff is great!

I had almost the same situation as the review posted on Yelp dated 8.3.19, except my situation went to a much higher level, and I am still trying to get my issue solved. And I also agree that Dr Park is the best, but ever since he and his partners were bought out by Relievus things have gotten worse. For example, I was seen by one of the docs 7 days ago and still do not have my script filled. I called the Marlton office 4 times and finally talked with the medication manager who said the reason my script wasn't filed was because my insurance company was reviewing my account even though the pharmacy did not say this was the case and my insurance company never contacted me either. It sounded like a cya excuse when I first heard it and it turns out 5his was not the case. When I talked with this manager three days ago I asked her to call me when this was straightened out but never heard back from her. I had to go to my doctors office in person today to find out what was going on. At this point I have requested a copy of my medical file and have talked with another pain doc that has a much smaller practice and I am sure I will not have this kind of problem. I will update this review with my new docs name if he doesn't have issue with me giving out his name. Anybody that is on pain medication that has to wait a full week to get their script filled would have some major problems if they didn't have some extra medication saved up for just this kind of a problem. Luckily I have not had that issue yet, but I also do not have my script filled yet and have no faith whatsoever that my pharmacy has my script ready even though they are saying it is waiting for me to pick up. It has been a long time since I have had to deal with such systemic incompetence, for over a week, and by employyes that have a clear distain (appears to be the Marlton office, not Sewell where I go to get treated) for their patients. Somebody should tell them that the reason they are employed is because of their patients. You would think they should know that before they are even hired, but apparently they do not.
