I came in near closing time and Sarah and the rest of the team were very kind and professional in taking me in and getting me stitched up. I very much appreciate them taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend read more

how have I been here for 40 minutes to get a drug test for work, and they haven't even touched the two people ahead of me. It's like no one works here. read more

I will only go here for basic illness. DO NOT GET LAB WORK DONE HERE! My insurance is in network, yet they sent my labs to an out of network lab called Healthtrack and I got stuck with a big bill. When I spoke to the AFC office manager (who was really nice!) she referred me to someone at the lab. Both were very helpful and sincerely apologized, but couldn't fix it. At end of the day I don't have hundreds of dollars to pay for their mistake. I called my insurance company and they won't make an exception. Healthtracks offered me a payment plan... do better AFC. read more

Eh, I personally would not return if in the area in the future. Go to Patient First in Sicklerville instead, they are gems. I visited due to ongoing dizziness and lightheadedness that occurred every time I stood up or even sat up. Being that my dad had just passed, they told me it was stress, but that I could go to the hospital for bloodwork if I felt like doing that. It just felt like a waste of money for a no-effort answer. A few weeks later, I landed at Patient First and they kept me for two hours doing every test under the sun and actually found what's likely happening. read more

They are trying to bill me for over a year after service. They say it's the insurance fault. My insurance said they didn't bill them correctly so it was on them. They lied to me about it. When asked about it they were rude and refused to give name on who I talked to. For a mistake they made they wouldn't accept responsibility for. This area has to many urgent cares that are better to deal with this. Not to mention 95% them are better then afc. This was a once and done visit for me. Perhaps you should read the reviews before going. Stay away fro this place. read more

I'm upset that my wife went there for my daughter's X-ray, they told her the tech was out today and told her to wash twp. She went to leave and they said to stay and get checked out anyway. She did, within seconds she was told to go to ER. They charged me $150 to literally stop my wife from leaving, only to 30 min later call her from the lobby and say go to the ER! Insane, when she first told me about it, I thought she was joking. Nope, serious as can be. There are plenty of urgent care facilities in South Jersey, I'd recommend one that isn't OPENLY in it for money. I get it, it's a business, but cmon!!! She tried to leave!!! She ended up wasting an hour and a half of her time, due to you telling her to stay, only to be told to go to where she was going to go anyway!!!!! Meanwhile, my daughter was crying in pain! Thanks for the $150 GPS directions to Jefferson Hospital, 4 miles away. SMH read more

Professionalism at its greatest- I am from out of the area and needing services with an injury my son sustained that required help. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we discharged, it was a fast and efficient process with was very helpful staff. Jewels in particular- her name sticks out to us & she was super sweet & handled our situation with ease. Five stars to this organization and their team! read more

If I could enter a half star that's what this facility would receive before I came here and waited hour. I called my primary insurance and told them I couldn't find the card and had just rush my mom by ambulance to the hospital. I was told by the representative they could look it up if I had state id. I arrived to the facility left rib or flank fever extreme body aches sore throat. I explained that I had already waited 24 hours to long because I have an extremely poor immune system. I told have any organs that help me fight colds no spleen no gallbladder a two inch Stomach and still know service I can go from a doctor appointment to Intensive Care in less than this time. They didn't care I even showed them on my phone how to get insurance information with their state id which I know because I'm disabled from the Medical and Dental fields. No help at all guessthe ER is next read more

My husband and I went to get tested for Covid today as we were exposed to a positive person. We were waited on right after we arrived, filled out our paperwork, and were taken back to be seen in twenty minutes or less. Our vitals were taken and then the test were administered. Then we met with a physician to discuss any symptoms we had and when we would receive the results. Quick and painless. Every person we came in contact with was a delight to deal with. Highly recommend. read more

A staff member was very rude, I was searching for help on what I could do because of some obstacles. And the price for someone who doesn't have insurance is completely insane, I thought these places are here to help. Not recommending here read more

i went here the other day sick out of my mind i was throwing up all over the place and straight up js going through it. we showed up and checked in and we where there for over two hours before somone was even taken out of the office to go get checked out. if your so urgent then take care of the sick people you have in your lobby, instead of having a jerk circle in the back of the building. i never ended up getting in i left and just went to walmart to try and see if i could get medicine to help. still have no idea what is wrong with me and still currently throwing up and straight up going through it. yall need to get more workers or something cause this is not okay to just have sick people who need help just sitting there for hours i never even once saw a doctor. yall are going to get shut down one day because of this. have a nice night/day assholes read more

I called AFC this morning. My son tested positive 10 days ago for covid. He was having issues with mucus and thought maybe he needed a X-ray and antibiotics. The girl on the phone was sweet and I asked if I bring him in or keep him in the car. She told me bring him in so I did. When we walked in I explained who he was and that he already tested positive and a lady sitting behind the girls said he couldn't be there and then told me how I should be home quarantining which is all we been doing. So they turned us away for being honest. I could have and probably should have lied and said he's showing symptoms since they do test for covid there. Maybe my 17 yr old son wouldn't have been treated as if he had the plague. As for the 2 girls working the front, they were awesome. Sad I've never wrote a review ever but just could not believe how this woman treated us. read more

Great Staff! Amazing Service! I was taken back very quickly and received my results within 24 hours. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone! read more

Extremely unhappy with my experience at AFC Urgent Care in Williamstown. I was very sick at work, so I left in hopes to quickly see a doctor. I was quickly taken to the room, but then waited over an hour and a half to be seen! There were 2 people in front me. Once the doctor came in to see me he was very polite but did not give me any useful information on what my possible diagnosis was and/or how to cure my sickness. I left unhappy and with a prescription for Mucinex, which is an over the counter drug that my insurance obviously denied. I would recommend trying somewhere else in this area. read more

Amazing urgent care ! It was so nice for them to have an xray on site when in need instead of sitting at the hospital . Love all the providers and the entire staff cares about you . read more

We were told wait to see doctor would be 1.5 hours, and they took our money. After 2.5+ hour wait we were taken back and crammed into closet sized room for another 40 minutes, this is NOT urgent care! Was then treated extremely rudely and dismissive by nurse, while she then blocked the doorway in a threatening manner, not letting us leave. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I can only imagine how many lawsuits this urgent care has had brought on them. Do not expect to be treated with any respect or concern here, we left in worse shape then when we got there, but went right down the street to Virtua, where we received exceptional care within 30 minutes, and never felt threatened, frustrated, or uncomfortable once! Consider yourselves warned! read more

The first thing I noticed walking in is how clean the facility is. The doctor and staff was very knowledgeable and caring, I was literally in and out and feeling better in no time! Thanks AFC! read more

The place is really nice and the staff was very friendly. The doctor took the time to talk with my son. I waited 3 hours to see the doctor which was frustrating. It seems the wait is a little ridiculous for an urgent care with only 4 people in front of us. Overall it was a good experience just wish it was faster. read more
