I have came to this location simply because it's literally 5 minutes from my house. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First time I came here they left me sitting at a station for an hour because they forgot about me. This is the second time I have come here and they now have lost my medical sheet/order form within the hour. The front staff also never acknowledges you. I stand in front of their desk and they ignore you and try to act as if they don't see you standing in front of them. This is the most disorganized lab Corp I've ever been to. It's so ridiculous. Definitely going to a different location next time. read more

I had the best experience with Brianna at the lab today. She was very kind and really good at blood draw - no bruising. Thank you Brianna!

Another company sent my labs here. I was supposed to have results in 7 days. I called and they took my info and said they would have it rushed. No results came in so my doctor called. They said they never received my sample. This company wasted my time for very sensitive results. They were dishonest with me about losing the sample. read more

Horrible! I had an appointment for 12:30 and they said they don't start appointments until 1:00pm! Then the walk in line and appointment line are the exact same line, don't make appointments if your gonna make people wait, it's ridiculous, staff is also rude, you can at least be nice about it and if it's a common issue then do something about it read more

I guess that Covid now gives everyone an excuse to be extremely rude. The paperwork I printed off their website stated working hours to be 8:00 am to 2:00. After waiting almost two hours in line I was told that they stop doing pre employment drug screens at 10:30 and the entire place closes for lunch. They asked me if I wanted to come back at 12:30. The lady in charge of the test was very nice but her great attitude couldn't overcome the rest of the staff's rudeness. the guy in charge of letting people in from the long line was yelling at people for not keeping their distance and then after the lunch break he opened the door with no mask. He came into close contact with many of the visitors and never put his mask on the entire time. sad way to run a business. read more

The staff was excellent, but there wasn't enough of them. Waited 95 minutes on tuesday to get blood drawn. Heard Monday was even worse. Hire more staff you pencil pushers or expect more customers to go to quest. read more

I Set up an apt . Arrived on time. Checked in through the link that was provided when I made the apt. Waited 5 mins and got a text that said that I was ready to be seen. I walked in and they called my name. I had paperwork and ID ready. She told me to the technician I had an apt. And they immediately attended me. I was in and out in 10 mins. Also I love that they sent email reminders about my apt. Staff was professional, friendly, and fast. When I arrived here yes it was packed. And I got to skip the lines because I had an apt. They made me priority. I will never come without an apt after seeing how many people were there before me and I got out first lol read more

Unprofessional and rude lady stuck me with the needle no warning it was my first time there I wasn't even explained that I was giving blood or what was going on. Didn't even apologize when I jumped and looked confused after I was stuck read more

I go to this LabCorp location because it's the only one by me that consistently has appointments available and I ALWAYS book an appointment because it's a crazy wait at most locations if you don't. The people at the desk always seem overwhelmed or not happy to be there although the Phlebotomists are ALWAYS super nice, friendly, gentle and know what they're doing. read more

I usually go elsewhere for my blood work but was sent here by my OBGYN. I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment and was allowed to wait in my car to be called. I forgot my paperwork , however I did have a picture of it and it was not accepted . This has never been an issue at my other flembologist and is usually in their system from my doctors office. The small building is crowded and has a careless feel, I will refuse future bloodwork here read more

By FARR the worse LabCorp EVER!!!! Customer Service sucks! the dude behind the counter has very poor customer service skills. They lack in communication. Sadly he's latino like myself. Wait time almost 2 hour wait. read more

Aside from them always somehow butchering my name and how to pronounce it properly; this is one of the better labcorp locations. Check in is usually pretty fast and I always come in as a walk in. Tried doing the appt online but it's either booked up the time is not available. You have a better chance getting in as a walk in. It never gets too crazy crowded and I love that they are open on Saturdays from 7-12. The earlier you arrive, the faster you're out. Being that I'm also in the medical field, cleanliness is definitely top priority on my list. Especially when it come to drawing blood or collecting specimens. Their bathrooms could use a little more scrub down and the organization of collecting urines probably shouldn't just be left out on a table for the world to see .... But as far as their phlebotomists go, they are all very friendly and gentle when it comes to drawing blood. read more

I've gone to this location about three times now. I've made an appointment each time and once I get there and check in after a few minutes they ask for my doctors orders. My orders are always sent online and any of the lab locations can access them. Never coming to this location. read more

I have never had an issue having blood drawn, but I went today and it hurt like hell. After, my arm wouldn't stop bleeding, and now it's bruised and the skin is raised. It still hurts. I don't know WHAT this lady did, but I don't think she knew what she was doing. She was nice, but I'd rather have someone competent. I don't care how nice they are. I have to go back, and I'm legit scared of getting her again. I don't know if I would recognize her because of mask wearing. I might just have to go to another location. read more

I walked in this morning without an appointment and the waiting area was almost full. I thought I was going to have to wait for a long time, but I didnt have a choice I had to get my blood work done. The check in process is easy. They have 4 tablets set up and you sign in there, they call you up to get your paperwork, and then you wait. For as many people there were there they moved surprisingly fast. When you come to these places you come across all kinds of people from all walks of life so to all these people waiting...please take everyone else I to consideration and listen to your music on your phone either outside or with ear phones. A lady had her music up so loud it was obnoxious. The funny part was that we all kept looking at her "like really lady?!" But she didnt catch the hint, nor did any of us tell her to turn it down due to being polite and minding our own p's and q's. This has nothing to do with the business I just wanted to rant a little! Haha! I was called back in less than 20 minutes. The phelobotimist was super nice and sweet. She took her time and was super gentle. She finished up father quickly, wished me good luck with what I'm going through, and I was on my way. All of the staff members I have encountered here are always super nice and never act like you're bugging them or being a bother. The one less star is because the bathroom wasnt as clean as it normally is...but it wasnt disgusting, just needed to be picked up a little. read more

Came in to take a drug screen. I had my daughter with me at the time. So after waiting to be seen and finally get called up, the old chubby bald dude with glasses said I can't be seen, that my daughter can't be with me. That's some BS so I took my daughter to daycare and came back now I'm here waiting again. Didn't even get seen faster even though I was here earlier and waited. Idk his name but he's the reason why I won't be returning. Lazy employee couldn't even help me find a solution or allow me to have some priority when I returned daughter less. read more

Staff is always professional. Not the kindest, but I really don't blame them. They work hard to get everyone seen in a timely manner. There is always a movie playing for entertainment and they offer plenty of seating. read more

This clinic needs more than 2 restrooms. Also they need to train their staff a bit of customer service. Thank you!

This place has the worst service!! I've called over 10x in different days and they NEVER answer their phone calls. Especially during Covid you'd figure it'll be better to call ahead of time but nope they don't answer. read more

Such an unprofessional place. The workers were sitting there eating "the male was eating" and just talking about there personal lives the whole time. All of the staff was rude and inconsiderate and they should really watch what they are saying about patients when we are all sitting right in front of them.. "just a thought" it most likely took so long because all of the workers were up front messing around instead of doing there job. Crazy to think this is suppose to be a doctor office, such a joke. read more

these employees are rude! can't even say who it is because when i called them, they would hang up on me. this happened 3 days in a row, and twice last week! i hope corporate see this! i had to cancel there and went to labcorp 6400 haven ave. rancho cucamonga inside walgreens. i give the labcorp on haven 10 stars! they were so professional and kind!!! all staff!!! read more

Their COVID-19 "send-a-txt-msg-when-ready" when you make an appointment doesn't work on weekends. Reception drones answers at you that "management and IT knows" but can't really help. Burned closet to half an hour after an appointment time walk-in into a packed lobby then had to wait anyways, since I was now essentially a late walk-in. Very frustrating. read more

This place always seems to be packed even in the early hours. I came here at 7:30am on a Saturday (they open 7:30am) and it was already super full. Many times, there are no seats available since it is so full. The wait is usually about 45 mins to 70 mins depending on the amount of people there. TIP: Remember your number and if you step out, be sure to check-in every so often. If you call you and you are not there, they will skip you and put you all the way to the bottom of the list (I don't blame them). read more

The employees are rude and treat patients like children and talk to you as if you were 10 years old. They engage in personal conversation and play around and don't care if patients can here them. They herd you in like cattle and treat you as such. Please try not make an appointment here unless you like to be treated like dirt. read more

Honestly first time and and everyone here is really freaking nice !!! If I ever need to get work done again I'm coming here ! Keep up the great work , it's so friendly and the women in the front are really nice . Also the workers who take your blood are great . 5 stars for Ryan 0 for the facility phlebotomists are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Especially Ryan, he doesn't ignore his patients and pays individual attention to them vs personnel at front desk they are always talking between themselves, there's no greeting nor knowledge to patients when they walk in, without looking at the person they just point at the pad and tell them to check in, some people look lost like they don't know what to do or how to do it and they don't offer any assistance, it's hard for patients to get their attention because they are too busy with their personal conversations and when they call patients to go to their desk to get additional information they talk so loud everybody in the lobby can hear makes the person feel intimidated this is the experience I have and observed on others every time I go to your facilities, and the atmosphere I perceived base on other people comments I heard while waiting at front lobby. I would like to see a profesional improvement at your facilities in the future, in the meantime I'm just going to try and avoid them as much as possible read more

Getting blood work is never fun further more no talking on your cell phone as I was waiting to be called in the back room get good and ready for a long wait my doctor calls me and the guys behind the desk is telling me to go out side or hang up how rude long day there and absolutely no talking on your cell phone uff my surgery was way easy this place is not good for some one that is not feeling well and don't have time for the long wait read more

I've been to this location numerous times for myself and had good experiences. Phlebotomy has never bothered me and I have large veins so, no issues there. Staff have always been polite and I'm usually in and out in a timely matter. However, today, I was very surprised and pleased with their service. The staff were very knowledgeable (as they should be) and saw that the amount of blood ordered to be taken from my daughter's body was over the limit. They immediately called the doctor office and had her tests split up. They knew exactly what tests were needed and what each test meant (there were a lot). The phlebotomist who took my daughter's blood got it on the first try--which is rare for pediatrics. My daughter is a year old and understandably has small veins that you cannot see. He was able to find a vein in less than a minute and immediately drew her blood on the first poke, without her crying the entire time. It was amazing. I'm so pleased. His name is Travis--in case you wanted to know. ;-) read more

I know, I know. Four stars for a place that collects bodily fluids? Yes, and here's why. I've been coming here for years for my blood work, and while the staff are (usually) friendly enough, the place has long been in need of a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Well, now they have that coat of paint, and overall the facility looks nicer than it has in the past. However, I wiped down a part of my seat to clean off the crayon that my two-year-old decided to color with, and the wipe was just filthy. I don't know when the chairs were last cleaned (if ever), but you should definitely keep this in mind when you go. read more

I'm a big baby when it comes to needles!! If you can have your blood drawn by Sonia Littlejohn, then request her if you can!! She was so comforting and assured me that it would be quick and painless. HORRIBLE!!! DON'T GO HERE! The only reason I picked this location is because their open on Saturdays. The staff is rude! I have a fear of needles and I let her know and she preceded to ignore me and just prick me, then gave me a urine cup and dipped without directions to the restroom. They even get mad if you say "hello" to them, just a glare and ignore u in return. read more

Closed because the a/c is out of order......I really hope that my new job understands this and they allow me to do my tests late and I don't lose out on an opportunity I've been working towards for months on end now.......funny how this is my second time coming here for my test too...I was turned down last time because drug testing is not done on Saturdays.
