I've been here twice and both times I didn't have a long wait. First time I was a walk in and this last time I had an appt via the app. They have a good system here, efficient and I haven't had any issues with staff. They've been helpful and I'm glad I didn't let the negative feedback stop me from coming here. read more

Front desk staff is always too busy to have any interaction or make eye contact with you. I have been there multiple times because I live close but they never seemed like they like their jobs. Off-putting. Phlebotomist had spoke maybe 7 words to me the whole time (I would tell you her name but she never told me and didn't have any identification), didn't even apologize for missing the vein the first time. Maybe another Labcorp location does better... read more

The office is packed upon arrival but everything moves pretty fast. I did make an appointment online and checked in 10 minutes before, it was not a long wait to be seen. Which was nice because I went on my hour lunch break. You are able to just walk in as well which I did not know but very helpful if you need blood work done immediately. The office staff was kind and informative. The gentleman who drew my blood was very gentle and kind to help me not focus on all the vials I had to give. It was quick and easy. read more

Usually this place is good...allows for an appointment, very clean facilities, and professional people. I set up an appointment almost 2 months in advance onpy to find out the day of (as I arrived) that they are temporary closed. Why wasn't I given a call, text, email, or snail mail that this happened with options to reschedule. I was able to get a live person through Labcorp's 888 number and the only solution she had was a walk in (remember its Saturday) 20 miles away. read more

I have been here twice for bloodwork. I make my appointment online and check in when I get there. I can wait in my car or there less than 10 minutes. I try to do the earliest appointment. I do not do well with getting my blood drawn and typically get nauseous/light headed. Both times my provider has been very helpful and accommodating. I feel like they go above and beyond to ensure that I feel okay. I saw Selia today and she was amazing! I felt so comfortable. She was very precise and informative! read more

I've been here twice, once with an appointment and once without. I was in and out in 15 min both times for bloodwork. Went on a Thursday around 12:30 and was out by 12:45. The phlebotomists are quick and efficient. It also helps if you have a labcorp account with all your information to make check in and insurance information quicker read more

I've gone to a Dozen Labcorps in my life & never have I experienced such a sweet and professional team. Alyssa took her time with me and my insurance issues & Martha the tech was able to find my vein and engaged with me throughout the process bc I'm so afraid of needles. The care was amazing! I will never go to another location again! read more

In this place the employees are sitting watching videos while one has to wait more than 1 hour to be served... I arrived and registered on the tablet which told me they would call me at 1:15, it's 2:30 and I'm still waiting. read more

This Labcorp sucks! Even if the customer service line tells you they can see you at this office you will get turned away if you don't have an appointment. They do not care about your situation at all. There was literally no customers with "appointments" but they still will not see you. I recommend the office on Brockton in Riverside, Ca. Might be busy but they still will see you. read more

Came for a blood test on a Saturday morning. Be sure to place your order and schedule your appointment online prior to coming in. When you come in, you simply check-in at the front. Once they are ready for you, they will call your name. The entire process from start to finish was only 10 minutes. It was quick and simple. I am glad I was able to come in and out of the place fast. I did notice the lobby was starting to pack up. The staff should not allow that many people inside the waiting area. It was starting to become difficult to "social distance" read more

I'm only leaving a review because I looked at other reviews before I came here yesterday, and there were a lot of reviews that said they were poked roughly and sooo many bruise pics!!! I was like okay this is funny there are just some people that bruise easily, or it can't really be like that! So I made an appointment which is highly recommended by me!!!! Got in got done. No real complaints except the bathroom was a little dirty and hand to God smelled like that before I used it! soooo anyways I got home and ripped off that little tape deal and sure enough I got a bruise!!! It doesn't really hurt it's just ugly!! And the lady that did my blood draw was like pulling the neeedle in and out, so that was a little rough!! Anyway not bad but here's my bruise pick it's a good one!!! read more

It's nice that Business Manager Reagan R followed up on a review from 3 days ago. I doubt anything will be done to fix the issues with this location. It's Saturday 7/19/25, we checked in at 7:04 AM. It's currently 10:45 and still have not been called. Another patient raised his concerned and ask the receptionist if he can get a count of how many people are ahead of him. They could not give him an answer. It seems like they are calling people in out of order. There are currently people getting work done that have check in after us. Another lady next to us is crying because she hasn't eaten as instructed and she's been waiting for about 3 hours also ..... OUTSIDE. We are over hearing other patients that are familiar with this location making comments stating that if you bring up concern the receptionists, that they retaliate by pushing your service back and making you wait longer so they are holding back from brining up any concern in fear that they will get called last. These Receptionists are in serious need of customer service training. They come off extremely rude. They don't care about the patient. It's is now 10:52. Checked in at 7:04. Reagan R. Go stand out there on a Saturday morning yourself. Go. read more

The reception is nice and friendly. However this Labcorp strikes again. The Latina younger lady that helped me on Saturday was standoffish. I have very small veins and let her know that to please be careful. I asked she use a butterfly needle as the big thick needles don't work on me. She refused to use the arm I asked her to. She was arrogant and said she's been doing this for 17 years. Well let me tell you I hope she hasn't been this horrible the last 17 years drawing blood. She pricked me on my right arm digging around and threading the needles look for a vein with the thick needle. I told her to please stop it was hurting. Horrible care! Then she grabbed a butterfly needle and pricked me below my elbow and half way up from my wrist on my left arm. It hurt sooo bad. My vein got swollen and now I have a horrible pain and bruise. It's not complicated to draw from my veins if they just listen to what I ask. I have had my blood drawn dozens of times and this doesn't tend to happen but it is a trend here of horrible phlebotomists here sadly! It's the only labcorp that is somewhat close that does blood draws on Saturdays. read more

I visit this place multiple times a year for my blood tests. There are always a lot of people, so I schedule my appointments well in advance to avoid waiting. My experiences have been mostly positive, with the exception of minor bruising on a couple of occasions. read more

Guy at the front desk is not a good person. He was excited to tell me that they don't do employment screening between the times of 1030 - 1230, and I was 4 minutes late. There is no notice or pre warning that this is their policy, and he was super rude about the whole interaction. When I had to have someone cover my shift and lose money just to get there, having someone show zero empathy and be excited to send me away is the worst case scenario. Unfortunately nothing will be done about it, just felt I needed to give people a warning. read more

Peter is absolutely amazing. He has the patience and grace of a saint. He got our son through his first blood draw step by step, through all the tears. I was nervous due to the reviews but my experience was good. I set an appointment I sat in car waited about 15min then they text me to go in. This is the closest LABCORP to me, so I sadly have been to this location several times. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional & unorganized. The first time I came here the man at the front desk said that they didn't accept my insurance, I ended up leaving & calling my insurance- just to end up coming back having to explain to him he was wrong! I've come back several more times to get my blood taken & the upfront staff are just absolutely rude. This will be my last time coming to this location- I was sat in a lab chair for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take my blood. & the sanitation is HORRIBLE. Very unhappy with this place!! read more

AWFUL!! The lady at the front desk was very rude and talked to me as if I was stupid, and the technician drawing my blood moved the needle in my arm nearly popping my vein!!! Everyone was very unprofessional and do not care for their patients they just rush everyone! read more

Waste of time. Workers here are super lazy! No one is inside and they don't accept walk-ins.

Absolute worst location! They refused service because I was assigned to a different lab although I had insurance that their lab accepted. The man at the desk was very rude on the phone and was solely worried about getting paid. He didn't want to service me because a paper said my main lab was arrow head which is almost an hour away from where I live. I even had my doctors office call and confirm that my insurance was covered at their location but he refused to service me. Absolutely horrible customer service and I recommend everyone and anyone to just go to another location!! read more

In over twenty years of going to this company's various locations I can only say they succeed in getting worse not better. Near unintelligible personnel, contradictory and confusing or no instructions at all. And that's before getting in the door. With an appointment. Yes, I understand Covid, I work for the government. These people make us look efficient! read more

Phlebotomist Gina friendly, engaging and gentle with the needles. I was lucky enough to have Gina poked me again this time. The four stars are for Gina. Pearl front desk staff not friendly , cold , she cut me off in the middle of my conversation . Asked her to also send my lab reports to two different Dr's . In the middle of me explaining, she rudely snap says, who ever is listed that's who we send it to. I had to tell her . I am using one Dr. Form with all his info. The other Dr is also requesting for my results and to make sure to input his info the hand written fax # Pearl ignored me continue to type away staring at the computer. I had to ask Gina if she can add the other Dr fax # for my results . Gina was very helpful she looked up and cc as requested. read more

We arrived at this lab 3 minutes after 3:00pm and doors locked yet staff was inside. My husband knocked really hard till one lady/staff comes from the back and informs us that they were closed already and that since our specimen we were only dropping off is room temp to just come back tomorrow at 7am. The irritating part is seeing "A GROWN MAN" extremely unprofessional hiding underneath the check in desk apparently didn't want to be bothered and avoiding a patient who was only doing a drop off. Management team/Corporate needs to address this unprofessional behavior and inconsiderate ways. The staff here needs retraining and take a class on how to minimally share they are somewhat a caring staff. read more

This is the worst LabCorp I've ever been to in my entire life. Everyone at the front desk doesn't deserve to work there and they disrespected me and treated me like crap. I'm literally a woman in her early 20s and it's boiling outside.. basically 100 degrees. I had to take a Lyft to even get there and the doors were locked and it was 1:30pm. They're meant to be open until 3pm. They turned everyone away saying that they'll be redirected to the Fontana location or to come back tomorrow. On top of all of this I called the location at least 50 times in the past two days to see if they were open or taking walk ins to begin with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR EFFORT. They deserve to be shut down. Zero stars from me. read more

Inconvenient hours, drugs screen are 8-2 lab is open 8-5 but lunch is 11:30-12:30 and the hours aren't up to date so it makes its very confusing. This is my third time coming to get this damn drug test for work and that was already a big hassle. Now when I actually get inside the building the clerk didn't say hi or hello just barked at me "check in on the tablet". when I went back to ask him how long the wait would be he just told me to check in on tablet again. I'm not expecting exemplary customer service from people get paid to stab others with needles, but could you at least say hello and how can I help you? These people act so entitled and rude to patients. As a fellow clinician myself I would never talk to patients so abruptly and rudely. They're sick and don't need the attitude. I would not recommend this place at all, avoid it if you could read more

Would give 0 stars if I could this place is disgusting. Do not come here don't waste you time I'd rather drive a million miles away than come here ever again. This place shouldn't be open. So disorganized. The two people at the front desk are wasted space. Get it together LabCorp read more

Like others said, I would give it a zero if I could. Nasty rude staff. Their online system is apparently down, so even though they send you a text to check in and then send confirmation letting you know you're on the list and to wait in your car, they don't actually know you are there, then treat you like an idiot when you don't know their system is down. So, heads up, don't trust the message to wait in your car!! The guy was nicer, the female employee up front was very rude and dismissive. read more

This place is the worst. Everyone seems to be running around like a chicken with their head cut off. So unorganized. I went in on Feb 14th to have my labs done. I had 2 separate orders, I asked if both orders could be done at one visit. Travis told me that was not a problem. So the tech came in to draw my blood and she only has 1 order, I told her I was there for 2 different Dr's both with seperate request. She gets the other order and finishes my blood work. My Dr's office calls me on 3/9/2022 asking if I had done my lab work yet. I tell them, yes, back in Feb. They say they have no results from the lab. My Drs office calls Lab Corp to get my results and they said something happened with the lab and the results we inconclusive. When my Dr's office asked why they lab did not contact them to let them know the results were inconclusive, they were told it was not their job to contact my Dr's office, yet the results even if inconclusive were never sent over. My Dr oders another test and outs a STAT order. I go in and have my labs drawn on 3/11/2022 at 9:42 a.m. and was told that my Dt would have my results within 3-4 hours. I call my Dr's office and they still have not received any results after 3 hours, we wait a little longer and there are still no results posted almost 7 hours after my initial draw on a STAT test that was promised within 3-4 hours. Called customer service and they show nothing being sent out or any additional information besides my blood being drawn at 9:42 am. This location BLOWS! Go somewhere else. Especailly if yoy have a STAT order. They don't deliver and apparently it's not their job read more
