The receptionist explained that there were no phlebotomists available because they were all out to lunch. My information was processed quickly and thoroughly. I'm not sure how to spell the name of the kind staff member that helped me though her name is pronounced 'Yesey". I'm sure I got that all wrong, spelling wise. She was very professional, friendly, thorough and most importantly, kind and compassionate. There was a bit of a wait time and my current physical state prohibits me from sitting for extended periods of time.
