My primary care sends me to Labcorp every month and each time they do not bill my insurance correctly. Their excuse each time being that their system does not allow them to bill a secondary insurance. How could this be possible? Well, their are notes on the account and their billing department neglects to look at it each and every time. This is not providing good customer care when I have to spend hours on the phone trying to get my bill corrected. I will have my primary care send me elsewhere. read more

Overall terrible and very frustrating experience. I made the unfortunate assumption that making an appointment online would get me in and out in a timely manner. This place seems to be grossly understaffed. The process of getting checked in was disorganized at best. I didn't leave from my 9am appointment until 9:50 (this type of appointment usually takes 15-20 minutes). The phlebotomist was SHAKY and heavy handed, which made it especially painful and uncomfortable. Even worse, they were out of a necessary supply to complete my blood draw, so I have to make ANOTHER appointment and come back to finish what should've been the easiest, most routine procedure. Not gonna happen. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I'd put this appointment off because I'd figured it would be a long wait time. I decided to show on Tuesday around 10 am, and was shocked that there was only one individual waiting to be seen. I was called back shortly, and I would say the entire process took about 30 minutes. Will definitely visit this location again for future lab work. Have been waiting since 930 were told an hour wait for a drug screen. Now it is 1130 and she is saying 2 hours due to short staffing. Working in healthcare I understand staffing issues but 4 hours for a drug screen seems ridiculous. Staff then said their text system didn't work so have to stay in the room. Can't make an appointment online through august and can't call the number to make an appointment. Horrible customer service. Staff is rude beyond belief and a waste of time. read more

This place is a joke the lady at the front is so rude. Talks to people like we don't understand English. I purchased a male test which includes blood and urine test and lady told me I had to do the pee test and I said I'm ok I'll just do the blood. She told me I "had to do the pee test first" and when I said no. She told me to have a seat and then proceeded to call me back for the blood test 15 mins later. If your going to work for a place like this remember you work at the front desk for a company you are human just like everyone else. Lady was dark of complexion but didn't get her name. read more

I've gone to multiple LabCorp locations in the past and have always been satisfied with my visit until I came to this location. My appointment time was 2pm, I was taken back at 2:59pm, and was back in my car at 3:09pm. 1. I arrived on time and checked in, the girl at the front desk called me up and asked for my referral papers (or whatever they are called haha) and I told her I'd have them faxed over. I then waited an hour and still was not called back, so I got up to leave simply because I was sick of waiting and had never had to wait longer than maybe 10 minutes at other LabCorps. I didn't have anywhere to be, so really it was more annoying than it was an inconvenience, but still. As soon as I got to the door the receptionist waved me over--the reason I waited so long was because she forgot I was there and hadn't checked the fax machine. I waited an hour because she forgot I was there! She apologized and took me back immediately. Before I move on, I should clarify that the receptionist is the same girl who did my blood work. 2. As she was writing my name on the tubes/cup for testing she said my name and it wasn't my name (or even close to my name). I'm glad she was trying to make conversation with me because otherwise there likely would have been a huge mix up because of this. I might be wrong or biased, but I don't think it is hard to double check the name on a paper especially when you work in a medical facility and things like that can cause a lot of damage. 3. My visit was 100% covered by my doctor, as all of my LabCorp visits have been, but for some reason this is the only time I have received a bill from LabCorp and I was told by my doctor to forward them the bill, letting me know they hadn't received it at all. Something is telling me that the receptionist typed it in the computer wrong because I've never had this issue before and she seemed to be having a lot of trouble anyways. 4. I thought my troubles with this location were over. About a week after my visit I got an email from my doctor telling me they did not receive all of the tests back that they put on my referral paper. There were two pages faxed over, and they only received one page worth of results back. The girl did not run half of the tests I needed done (quite literally). Now I have to go back to get the second set of tests done, which is something that could have been completely avoided had the receptionist knew what she was doing (I don't wanna say she didn't know what she was doing...but come on...). I must note that I know she is only one employee and is not a direct reflection of the entire facility itself, but my next appointment will definitely be scheduled at a different LabCorp location specifically to avoid her. read more

Be sure to check the pricing that they are going to charge you. I expected to pay close to $300 for lab testing. About 3 weeks later I receive a bill for $1,680. I would recommend going anywhere but labcorp for these prices. Absolute rip off. read more

Don't do it. We scheduled appointments for Antibody tests. The sign on the door says "Only 10 people in the office at once." I opened the door, and looked around at the 20 or more people inside, and the 10 people standing in the hall, and thought... this is how I actually catch Covid, and we left. Gross. I had a great experience at this location. The person at the front desk was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were answered. Nothing but problems with this company beginning to end. My provider stopped using them. I can see why. Billing is terribly flawed along with on line payment system, then without acknowledging their problems, they threaten to throw the account into collections. How about sending a timely bill and a website that actually works when you make a payment on line. I came in at 915 for a 930 scheduled appointment and was told I would have to wait two hours; that they were running two hours behind. I left after getting the manager's name and number and called from the parking lot. He told me to go back in and that I would be seen right away. I did and I was. Carolyn was my phlebotomist and was lovely, and very professional and super friendly - she was the best part of this visit. Now I am the type of person who will call the manager and express my displeasure at the blatant disrespect of expecting folks to wait two hours for service but not everyone is and all of those people waiting there did not get the treatment I did because they did think to call the manager. so I got the service I was due but what about the many people still sitting there. Very disrespectful. and very unprofessional - I will be going to Sonora Labs from now on. But Carolyn is a treasure. read more

This location is definitely the slowest lapcorp I've been to & staff talks about previous experiences at front desk. Hispanic lady at front desk is very unprofessional . The whole kiosk experience is not personable. Appointment for 8am, so let's see how long this takes to get out of here. read more
