First time I have used quest and unfortunately left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I got there…read moreearly on Saturday and I was a "walk in." I got called back probably in 15 mins or so. Before I was called there was a man who was a phlebotomist who walked out to the lobby to call a man's name in the waiting room. The man never came so I guess was a no show. The phelebotomist threw his hands up and scuffed and walked back in where they take blood. I thought to myself well that was bizarre. Then about 30 seconds later I was called by the same person. I immediately met hostile behavior from him. He couldn't figure out my paper in which my husband had got all the information the week prior from someone who worked there so I made sure they had all the information to do the bloodwork. He kept saying "this isnt a order!" And was throwing the paper around. I said I had all the information that was asked for me on the paper that whomever worked there told me to get. He then started asking who said that. Never once trying to look up anything in the computer. Finally I again said I was told it was already in the computer that this was the only information I needed and my insurance had already approved it. He then snapped at me and said you dont have to get mad at me (something to that effect) I said I'm not getting mad at you, you're the one raising your voice at me since I walked in here. His excuse was that he was tired.. and i replied that you have no excuse to treat me the way youre treating me, I am the patient regardless if you are tired. The whole time he is throwing his arms around and my paper. Never took the time to perhaps ask someone for help.. nothing but throwing my paper around and making me feel VERY uncomfortable!!! A beautiful lady who works in the next cubicle came in by the name of LaKaren( I hope i am spelling her name right) and rescued me from a very hostile unprofessional situation. And as she took me to her cubicle he yelled "im done!" And slammed his desk as he darted out. She took my id, apologized for what was previously going on and looked my order up in the computer. Did my blood draw and I was out of there. She needs a rise, a bonus, something for pulling me out of that situation. (also a man had walked in before this really got started and said he had something all done.. the guy I was dealing with said "we have all these walk ins! In a upset manner" The other guy said in calm voice "well at 11am we close.") This type of behavior should never be tolerated. I will not be back if I have any control over it. Also, my husband went back to talk to a manager or to get their number so that we can have a chat and was met with the same hostile guy I delt with. When he realized my husband was there to talk to the manager about how he had treated me earlier he told my husband he could leave..... LaKaren was told him to go back to his cubicle and took my husband in to have a conversation. I will add that this man is not only hostile but also a liability to the WHOLE clinic.

The front door says they are open until 4pm, but they are NOT! If you show up after 3:30 they will…read moresimply turn you away. The tech that greeted us at the door was very rude, trying to tell us how it was going to take her an hour to process things, etc., etc. How on earth am I supposed to know their internal policies and procedures? Now my wife has to reschedule another doctor's appointment. We couldn't make an appointment because I have no idea when I was going to get off work, so we figured the sign on the front door displaying the hours was reliable. Now I have to try to take more time off work next week.

Came here for a blood draw at 7am. I had an appt. And didn't wait at all. Right after checking in I…read morewas brought back. You check in on a tablet. Nikki was very kind. She was also very good at phlebotomy! I'm a difficult stick - I don't know if there's truth in this statement but people have said my veins are rollers? They roll out of the way? and on occasion I've been sent home because at other locations, the phlebotomist couldn't find my vein or stuck me too many times unsuccessfully. Not here. Nikki got my vein on the first attempt! And she had butterflies in stock. Hooray! My experience here was very positive. Free parking, easy in/out, convenient location although it's oddly near a strip joint. Florida zoning for ya! It's in a strip mall immediately next to the Melting Pot restaurant. I booked a 7am appt. so it wouldn't interfere with my workday and so I wouldn't need to fast too long which brings us to another added plus. During scheduling there were plenty of appts. available - I had no shortage of appt. options. They told me they recently extended their hours and staffing so the efficiency I experienced (unlike other reviews) is perhaps bc of these improvements. I would/will def return here since blood labs are a fact of life. My husband also went recently later in the morning and he too had a very good experience, surprisingly so. They seem consistent! Hope I get Nikki again in the future.
