Walked in with lab work referral's from my DR. I needed prep supplies for the tests being run . I went to the front reception desk where 2 ladies were sitting . One looked at me without getting up and said yes? I explained I need prep supplies for tests and she looked at me like I had 3 eyes then made a face . Thank god the other woman stepped in to help . No sure why some people get into the "care" line of work if they aren't going to care about the patients !?!?!? Going back to Quest !!! read more

I use this location quite frequently and I like that I never have a long wait to have my blood drawn. I have never had a bad experience with any of the lab techs. They have all been very pleasant, helpful and best of all they can always find my vein. I never have to be stuck two or three times which means a lot to me. This location has a great group of employees. I have used other labs other than Labcorp, but I did not get the friendly service and I was tired of having to be stuck more than one time with bruising at the site that lasted a few days. read more

The worst!! This has to be the most unprofessional lab ever!! The technician ruined my shirt! I didn't even know it until I was standing in line in the store a few minutes later and the cashier asked if I was ok. Blood was oozing through my shirt! I went back in to let them know there was an issue and the young technician said "I asked if you were on blood thinners" and I replied, "And I told you I was not"! She said "that's strange - we don't have any band-aides but use some peroxide when you get home@...WHAT?? The other tech let me use the sink in an attempt to wash it out. It didn't come out and now I have to go home and change before going into work!!! read more

THE GOOD It was clean and semi-new, and there weren't boogers on the wall like the other LC's. The kiosk was helpful...I guess. THE BAD The kiosk was smudgy and nasty af, and they didn't seem to clean it; even during high-time flu season. (Think - how many fingers probably touched that thing after wiping their a** and flushing - which is then like wiping a** exponentials), sans sanitizer for the clients. The wait was still f****ed up. You'd think with technology aiding them, they would speed s**t along. ...instead they were so slow - I swear they culturing bacteria themselves as we waited. WTF THE UGLY I had been waiting for 45 mins (no lie, no exaggeration) with 3 people including myself (but don't let the lack of crowds fool you - you will still grow grey hairs in that waiting room). After the entire 45 mins, the waiting room was cleared out. They called the lady who had checked in LONG after I had. I explained the issue, and clearly the kiosk must have malfunctioned...or something. The woman who had "helped" me - named April - was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I "had to check in on the kiosk [which I already had done and explained] and that if my name isn't on the kiosk then I never checked in...and that I would have to wait until she was finished with the lady who was behind me, and check in on the kiosk again, and IF my name shows up this time then she would take me back." The lady who she called AFTER I had checked in and waited for 45 mins even argued with her and told her she was wrong, but April remained entirely unprofessional.
