The office is severely understaffed. There's one woman checking in patients, doing paperwork, and drawing blood. Probably due to her being overworked, she collapsed my vein when taking my blood. I've had horrible bruising and arm pain due to this.

An absolute waste of time trying to come here. The machine that you are supposed to check in with because nobody is actually working at the front desk does not work. I had to figure out how to check in manually and then at the end it tells you to wait wherever you are comfortable because they will text you when they are ready for you. Since there were about 30 people waiting, including people standing all along the walls, I went back downstairs to my car to wait for a text. After 45 minutes I came back up just to check and since there's nobody working at the desk, I had to ring the doorbell. No one came, but after about 5 minutes the lady opened the door to call the next patient. She had no intention of helping in any way but I said I had checked in manually a long time ago and I wanted to confirm it worked because I haven't received any text. She got attitude and said she probably called me already and I would have to check in again and wait. Mind you, why would you catch attitude from me asking a very legitimate question after being instructed to wait for a text from the system? I'm the customer here, is there no customer service? Her excuse was that she's working alone which really isn't my problem and she wasn't bothering to send texts. But if you're working alone, wouldn't using the technology that is supposed to streamline operations make it easier on you and be more efficient? Isn't that the point of it? I went to check back in and then came to the conclusion that I don't want someone that dumb or with that much attitude sticking a needle in my arm. Finding out where I can get this done other than a LabCorp.

This is the closest location to where I live and after this past experiences I will never go back. I would have given 0 stars. They butchered my arms as they couldn't find veins and instead of bringing another doctor to try, she injected my other arm. Completely unprofessional, incompetent, bad bedside manor. I went back the next day bc I was horrified w the bruising, they did not apologize, only said to ice it. They could have recommended icing when she messed up. Also, they took my id, forgot to give it back and lost it. DO NOT go here.

Best blood draw ever. I'm on blood thinners and there is no bruising. Thanks for making something usually unpleasant a breeze.

I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to accommodate me. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently despite being busy. The staff was professional, courteous, and kept things moving smoothly, which seems to be a consistent theme you see in many of the reviews here. I especially want to give a shout-out to Heber. He was incredibly nice, efficient, and made the blood draw quick and painless -- honestly one of the easiest lab experiences I've had. He explained everything clearly, was calm and friendly, and you can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Five stars -- highly recommend.

They constantly overbook, causing patients, many of them quote ill, into long waits past their appointment times. This has not happened once, but many times. It's a pattern of born of greed resulting in a complete lack of respect for the people forced to submit to this laboratory company for medical testing. Most recently, I made a 9:30 appointment for a blood draw. I arrived at 9:10 and walking into an overflowing waiting room. I was the first patient listed for the 9:30 block time. At 9:30 there were still 14 patients ahead of me. From experience I know that is at least a 1 hour wait. I had to walk out, untested, because I had other appointments scheduled based upon the 9:30 appointment time. This shows a complete lack of respect for my time and for me as a person. In short, Quest sucks!

I underwent surgery performed by the renowned Dr. Vulcano, an outstanding physician whose expertise, dedication, and compassion inspire complete confidence. I placed my trust in his hands, and I am hopeful that, thanks to his remarkable work, I will make a full recovery from my fractures. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hospital staff. From the doctors and nurses to every member of the support team, everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. During one of the most challenging moments of my life, I found not only medical excellence but also humanity and compassion. "Dr" Kantrowitz was making his rounds with a very nice Dr. Dr Stanley Briol. When they came to room "5127" I was In a considerable amount of pain. I recently had my second neck surgery in 6 months and I'm dealing with a very high amount of nerve pain and overall physical pain. I brought up a type of medical procedure that was used on me during surgery to help my bones grow quicker "Bone Morphogenetic Proteins" this treatment can cause inflammation to bring proteins to areas in need to make the bone grow faster. I had also had an MRI done the day before which showed that I had high levels of inflammation in my neck. As soon as I brought up this treatment. Dr. Kantrowitz told me that he didn't care what I saw on chat gbt or the internet and I tried to ask him okay, Can you explain and he said you can't debate with me about this stuff. I went to MIT. I asked him who he was and he told me he was the chief neurosurgeon. He was very rude and off-putting. He was very dismissive even though I was in and am extreme amounts of pain. I asked him why are you being an asshole towards me?... He said and I quote "your the asshole, I've seen enough, let's go". He left the room without helping me at all even tho that is his job, and while I perhaps should not have said; "why are you being an asshole to me" . He definitely should not have said you're the asshole. That was highly unethical. Also highly inappropriate because all I was asking about was trying to get help with the amount of pain I am in. And to leave the room without addressing my dire need for help violates the moral code that doctors sign saying that they will do whatever it takes to help a patient.
