    Two different occasions.. same horrible experience.. 1st day MRI.. phlebotomist insisting on…read morewanting to put the iv in my hand.. proceeds to say. You need to make it easy for people.. I said no.. my veins on both arms are very much able to be seen.. proceeds to pinch me..can't find the vein.. moves the needle around to the point that I couldn't fully open my arm.. why is she taking out anyone's blood!? 2nd day.. ultra sound... made the trip over there..which is far from my home.. only to be told that it was cancelled.. they call you 60x for the copay.. but they can't call you to let you know it's cancelled!! Horrible service.. no quality care... no empathy.. Baptist has quickly deteriorated.. it's no wonder the majority of the doctors and nurses leave a lot to be desired.. avoid this hospital and its diagnostic centers at all cost

The staff provided outstanding personalized attention, making sure I was comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout the entire process. I would especially like to thank Kristin and Lisbeth for their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. They went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and smooth. Their compassion and dedication truly made a difference. The center is clean, well organized, and very efficient. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this radiology center to anyone looking for high-quality service with a personal touch. Thank you again, Kristin and Lisbeth, for such wonderful care!

When I entered, the reception area was nice and there were two women who greeted me. I filled out paperwork as a new patient. The wait time was short. I changed into a robe provided and had my first mammogram. The staff was thorough and made me feel comfortable. The following procedure was performed shortly after in a different exam room. The ultrasound technician explained everything clearly and was thorough. I was happy with my overall experience and will return for annual visits. I received my results back within three days.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit in May was a very different experience. When I arrived, I struggled to get in because the buzzer was not working properly. Despite there being no other customers waiting, the front desk staff appeared to ignore me as I stood outside trying to gain entry. They were sitting at the desk on their phones and made no effort to assist until I was finally able to get their attention. Once inside, the experience did not improve. The staff seemed uninterested and inconvenienced by having to help me, and the interaction felt far from welcoming. To top it off, no one acknowledged me or even said goodbye as I left. Additionally the facilities are a bit weathered, the bathroom has broken items, and generally the place does not have the same feel it once did. The experience was disappointing, especially given the consistently positive experiences I have had here over the years. I hope this was simply an isolated incident and that the level of customer service returns. I don't know what has happened, if management has changed or if it's just a bad apple situation either way I hope it is corrected soon! PS - Also never got my results, and my doctors office didn't either, even though I filled out the paperwork to have results sent to my doctor....

    I want to warn anyone considering this facility about my experience. Back in July, I was quoted…read more$200 for an MRI after they verified with my insurance. When I arrived for the appointment, I was only charged $20 upfront. Weeks later, I suddenly received a bill for $374. When I called to dispute this charge, I was told it was my deductible--even though this was never explained to me at the time and contradicted the original quote. The actual MRI experience was terrible. The staff attempted to insert the IV for contrast 10+ times, leaving me bruised and in pain. I was chastised for having "bad veins" rather than being treated with professionalism or care. I have photographic proof of the excessive needle marks I endured during this visit. When I escalated my concerns, I spoke directly with the CEO, Robert Diaz. Instead of addressing the clear lack of training and miscommunication from his staff, he was entirely unhelpful. Rather than accepting responsibility, he treated me as if I were at fault and made me feel like I was the problem for questioning their billing practices and poor care. This facility not only engages in misleading billing practices but also fails to provide compassionate, professional medical care. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and competent treatment--none of which I received here. I strongly recommend avoiding Advanced Health Imaging. I will be pursuing further action through insurance and the appropriate regulatory agencies. Quiero advertir a cualquier persona que esté considerando este centro sobre mi experiencia.
