The technician even had to come out to ask where his patient was, which showed a lack of organization at the front. The technician was professional and efficient -- the procedure took less than 10 minutes. However, he mentioned the CD would be ready the next day, while the front desk told me it would take three days. The inconsistency and lack of communication made the process frustrating. This office has potential, but the front desk really needs better training and organization. With a bit more attention to patient service, it could be a much smoother experience.

I already got my yearly mammogram, and now I'm going to get a sleep study because I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The Sleep center is spectacular, very high end, state of the art! Queen beds, with comfort twill sheets ( like 5 stars hotels ) extremely clean, peaceful, flat TV, additional companion bed for my sister that came with me... The staff very Proffesional; a tech "Jaimie" with lots of experience explained everything and gave me a thermal blanket ! During the night she came twice to help me going to the restrooms ! For sure she is looking the cameras all the time because she knew everything and anything that happened when I woke up and needed it something ! In the morning, i had breakfast waiting for me ....Wow what else can I ask for ? I felt like staying in a 5 starts hotel ! I'm really impressed with their services and what they do with the patients. I went here…read moreafter an injury and paid for an MRI, only to be told later by the doctors that the images were some of the blurriest and lowest-quality scans he had ever seen. I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!
