This makes me question the purpose of making an appointment and feels unfair to those of us who make the effort to arrive on time and respect your clinic's schedule. I believe patients' time should be respected just as much as and staff's time. If there are going to be significant delays or if walk-in patients are routinely going to be seen before scheduled appointments, patients should be informed ahead of time. I hope the office will review its scheduling procedures and find a way to better respect appointment times and improve communication with patients. I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment.
