There phlebotomist can't draw blood. They refuse to listen to the patients because they think they know it all. I will drive over 30 miles to have my blood drawn than to let them try, try because that is exactly what they are doing. Trying to find a vein. read more

I waited a few minutes. Not bad. Then Ariana did the blood draw. Perfect!!! No pain. Perfect blood draw. A very good experience. Thank you!!!! read more

I was more than a little nervous about the low reviews, but, labs had to be done. I went in, I was greeted by a young man named Calvin. He was friendly, charming and funny. He did my blood draw and was quick and efficient. He is an asset to Labcorp. He took my blood, but I left laughing because he was THAT nice. read more

I was not looking forward to my visit for a blood draw after I read recent reviews. I made an appt. online and scheduled it far enough ahead to get an early morning spot. I showed up 15 min. early, checked in at the kiosks (not totally obvious). Within 10 minutes I checked in and had my blood draw by a friendly phlebotomist. I was out of there by the time of my scheduled appt. There were people that were still waiting that had arrived before me. overall, an efficient procedure. read more

Their billing department is horrific. They sent the wrong information to my insurance, and then sent me a huge bill when it came back as not covered. They would do nothing to help. I had to get my doctor's office involved to help. This same thing happened two years in a row. read more

This place was recommended by the Walgreens location at Broadway in Highlands Ranch because that place is now permanently closed (which does not reflect as so on the webpage). I drive up to this spot only to find out .... It's PERMANENTLY CLOSED as well. I'm really frustrated with this company as a whole. I don't have time to run all around when I do have a job to get to and the hours are not conducive for this. Ridiculous! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! After checking in at the kiosk, I sat for more than an hour and a half. The front desk staff was running back and forth to the draw room. So in other words it was like a fry cook handling the phones, check ins, then run to the kitchen to cook your food!! It was very chaotic and many people just up and left without their blood draw!! People were over flowing in the hallway and some never bothered checking in. One woman told me she had gone to the LabCorp on balsam in Littleton and it was shut down in the middle of the day with no explanation so she had to travel across town to the south Broadway location. Labcorp is operating way over its capabilities!! I will never return!! read more

BEST LABCORP 2022! I'm just gonna shout out one phlebotomist that was pretty much running the front desk, did my labs, and told the others working with her what rooms to go to to draw labs. She's a boss. I didn't event feel a bee string! She also had great bedside manner considering it didn't really look like those around her wanted to "step up". That's just my opinion though, she maybe training new people for all I know. They were all nice. Some just shine and enjoy their job, or just have hard work ethic. Either way, good for this woman. She made my day after fasting and unable to get to 2 LapCorps because they're "open" on google, Apple Maps, whatever, yet upon arrival you then find out the location is closed. This is the place for south Denver LabCorp read more

appointment at 10:15, checked in on time and wasn't called back until 10:50 and then I sat in the room for an additional 10 minutes until someone finally came in. The tech didn't even ask the customary health/screening related questions. Office didn't have enough chairs for the people waiting and staff didn't provide any updates during the excessive wait. Staff didn't even say they were running behind when I checked in. read more

Went to get a regular blood draw, I have blood drawn every other month and 1 vein that works. The other veins are small, roll or collapse from 50+ years of knowledge. Today, Bobby Kanda would not listen and we got into a heated argument and I left. NEVER, EVER has a phlebotomist not accepted "this is the vein that works, please use it." I asked for another phlebotomist as things started to go sideways, his ego is bigger than the sky and wouldn't get another person. read more

I tried calling before my appointment to clear up a question I had about the tests I was ordered to have done. After 3 calls and no answer I left a voicemail following the prompt: "please leave us a voicemail and we'll get back to you." Then I called the 1800 number, and asked "what is considered proof of a doctors order?" She replied, "just bring the email from your doctor" so that's what I brought. My email listed one more test, which they didn't have in their system. After I confronted the clerk, Candi at the desk about their lack of attentiveness to their phone lines, she replied "oh we don't answer the phone when we have 100 patients in here" I looked around and there were 2 people waiting. Huh interesting. Then she proceeds to tell me that for future reference, that email was not sufficient because they needs the "codes" oh! Good to know! That's why I tried calling! Maybe you should change your voicemail to: "this phone is unattended in the event we have more than two patients in the waiting room, your calls and voicemails will be ignored" I had to fast all day to get my blood drawn. So it's 3pm, I haven't eaten all day and almost passed out after the nurse lost my vein and stabbed it back into my arm. I was in cold sweats, hyperventilating, and asked for a cup of water... Here's the kicker- they don't have cups. She gives me an empty pee cup filled with water and a wet paper towel. Are you kidding me? You draw people's blood all day long and you don't offer them a Dixie cup full of water?!? This place is quite the clown show. Karl was the only employee that I thought was a decent human being, I think he tried to help. He told me that because they already ran my card and I wouldn't have to pay for anything tomorrow... I'll be back tomorrow because they weren't able to get enough blood. No appointment necessary this time... I showed up again this morning so they could get a little bit more blood for me to complete the sample. The supervisor "Candi" told me that I needed to pay $140 again at which point I told her that's not what I was told yesterday... she claimed that the existing order that they ran the payment for yesterday was basically void because they weren't able to fulfill it, so they needed to run my card again... I had $700 on my card and still a pending transaction for $140 being held against my checking account... But I handed her my card anyway and said OK go ahead and run it... She claimed that she tried to run it three times and each time it didn't go through at which point I got Wells Fargo bank on the phone and they confirmed that no activity was seen on the card. There were no new transactions or attempts to speak of. She gave me a number for the billing department, I called the billing department and they said that they were unable to reverse the transaction from yesterday. Candi is the rudest, most unprofessional, inept, condescending, and incompetent person I have ever met. She should be fired immediately. It is appalling to me that someone like Candi Rocha is kept on staff when you have 2 dozen bad reviews online regarding her asinine behavior. She should not be supervising a medical facility, or any business for that matter. read more

Woman was so rude about a month ago. She had no people skills, acted like I was an inconvenience, said to me "I've just never seen someone's blood go this slow before". What did she want me to do? Yell at my blood? She had to poke me twice which is fine because I can be a hard stick but she was very upset by it I'm assuming because it took longer? I'm not sure but I will never be going here again read more

I have been here three times, the wait keeps getting longer, and the people just get nicer. You really need entertainment while waiting otherwise you will drown in boredom. It is clean, and after a lengthy wait they will take care of you. If you bring energy the staff will appreciate it, and if you ask they might even say you were their favorite patient of the day. read more

I came to the location in Littleton Adventist Hospital for some routine blood work. It was easy to find, plenty of parking and I was able to use the check-in computer when I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes in the front waiting room and was called back to have my blood drawn. The woman was very kind, immediately found a vein (mine are hard to locate) and I was out of there in 15 minutes total. It is a busy but efficient operation. I will definitely come here again as the Highlands Ranch Parkway Walgreens LabCorp does not seem to be operating at this time. read more

Was sent here from my OB's office to do a 3 hour glucose test because their lab tech was out for the day. I tried to check in with the lady at the front desk instead of using the kiosk because I could see there were a lot of people waiting, and the glucose test is a long test requiring a fasting blood draw, drinking a glucose drink, and then timed blood draws at exactly each hour for three hours, so I assumed there was a different process for that test. The front desk lady was very rude and seemed put out to have to be speaking to me in the first place. She told me I would still have to check in at the kiosk and wait in the queue before she would get to me to start the process. I had been fasting by this point for around 13 hours due to having to leave my doctors office and drive to Labcorp, etc. and the Labcorp website specifies fasting for no more than 14 hours for this test. Given the number of people waiting already I didn't bother even checking in and I left. (Not only could I not wait very long due to the fasting requirements, but I am very pregnant, and the waiting room was tiny, hot, stuffy and there was not a single open chair for me to sit in; in fact, there were many people waiting in the hallway, and I was not about to sit on the floor in the hallway to wait. Get more seating.) It is absurd to me that Labcorp wouldn't have a better process for starting a 3 hr glucose test for a pregnant woman than to just have her wait in a queue (possibly standing the whole time) behind a bunch of others before even starting the, again, very long and specifically timed test. At the very least, if you're in a patient-facing position, learn some customer service skills and don't act inconvenienced when you have to interact with someone. I will absolutely not return to this Labcorp for any reason. read more

arrived over an hour early w/an appt. NO line. I checked in. device offered me an earlier appt. I took it. I was called back 5 min later. Phlebotomist Derek was very gentle & expert. took my blood. I was out the door 5 min before my appt time! read more

Poorly managed and even if you have an appointment, you are going to wait. I can't rate this place low enough.

Have an appointment, but it doesn't seem to matter. Been waiting for 60 minutes and still nothing. Line is out the door. Avoid this place at all costs! Run!!! read more

Labcorp thinks all they need to do to be more profitable is to put more burden on you. They no longer have a phlebotomist at my doctor's office, and many of the locations that show up on google maps are actually closed for good. So my doctor wrote an order for blood to be drawn at the closest labcorp. That's a 15 minute drive, and time off from work to get this done. So I called first to see if they do drop ins. Yes, they do. I google mapped myself to the building complex. The road you need to turn on has no street sign. The sign that says which businesses are in the complex does not include labcorp. A nice woman in one building directed me to the right building and I found the office, which had a note taped on top of the office number and business name which I had to rip back a little to see. I waited ten minutes before anyone came to the front desk. She let me know that it probably be more than an hour before I would be seen. This was the first time I heard about their rolling lunch hour where only one person is on staff. When I mentioned how hard it was to find the office, this person told me she found it easily the first time with google maps. I guess that means if only I wasn't so stupid, I wouldn't have had issues. Then I'm supposed to let this person stick a needle in me. No way. Labcorp, how about paying people enough money so that you can staff you clinics? Labcorp had $16.1 billion in revenue last year. There are better options than Labcorp and I'm going to make sure my doctor hears about them. read more

Going to get blood drawn is never a fun experience but the people that work at this LabCorp make it such a pleasant experience. I have gone here a few times now and every time, every single person who I have encountered that works here is kind, courteous, professional, so caring and good at their jobs. Even during this last year with Covid and all the stress coming their way they do such a wonderful job. I couldn't ask for a better experience or for more kind and caring people. Thank you for all you do! read more

The lab Corp representative came into work 5 minutes after they were due to open. I had already been waiting 25 minutes because I needed to be first in line since I needed to go to work. We signed in in order of arrival however when it was time to be serviced the representative took the lady behind me, who arrived 15 minutes after me, before me. When I questioned her about it she indicated that the woman she took before me had an appointment. If I wanted better service I should have made an appointment as well. This location does not take appointments that early in the morning- the first 1/2 hour is first come, first served. I don't know if this lady took us out of order because of the color of my skin or the content of this woman's character. I'm pissed that she was late, took us out of order, and then lied about it. I won't be back! read more
