On 1/19/26 I was waiting there for 1hr and they kicked me out at 4:31pm stating that they couldn't see no one else because it was closing time. On 1/21/26 I Waited 1 1/2 hr to been seen, only to be told that the request by the doctor wasn't clear to them. The doctor paperwork clearly stated what was needed. They dismissed me again without getting my blood work. The team are not professional and don't care for the patient. They are poorly trained and shouldn't be doing that job. I will give that clinic a negative five starts if I could!!! read more

Absolutely terrible This company does not care how long you wait! They closed down the other local office and crammed everyone into this location from the south Denver area and they still can't even staff this location properly. I come here 4 days a week because of severe health issues and it takes 3+ hours to get a simple blood draw. The people working here are incompetent and regularly miss my vein and hurt me. This place is complete trash and as far as I'm concerned should be shut down. Absolute trash! They don't care one bit about you as long as you keep paying them. It's disgusting read more

If there was a negative star, I would give it. Called to try to make an appointment and was told they can only take walk-ins. I arrange my schedule get off work early. The hassle of rearranging everything in my life to walk in only to be told we only take appointments. The girl at the front desk total attitude tells me you gotta go online to make an appointment. I said I called him to make an appointment and was told that walk-ins only at that point I was ignored. First, I've had good experience at this location before. Something has changed it seems. The website says they are open at 7:30. I showed up at 7:20. There were already 5 other people waiting to get in. 7:30 came and went. At around 7:45 one of the staff finally showed up. At this point there were 10 people waiting. She couldnt get in however (didnt have a key to get in?). About 5 mins later another staff member showed up. They did seem to have a key to get in. By this time there were 12 of us waiting. This staff person walked right through the crowd of people without a word. No apologies. Not even an acknowledgement that we were there. As it turns out apparently, one of their staff members didnt show up on time to open up the office. I would think that ALL OF THE STAFF should show up before 7:30 to get the office open and running BY 7:30!!! Before they even got the door open I had done the math and I figured they wouldnt even see the first patient until 8:15 or 8:30 which meant they wouldnt see me until close to 9 so I didnt stick around to see what happened after that as I had another appointment to be at by 9am. Their website says they close at 5. Arrived at 425 only to be told by the rude receptionist they weren't taking any more appointments and that they aren't open until 5. The hours aren't accurate but the 2 star rating is pretty close! read more

This location is never even close to being on time and receptionists are always rude to people. Today, we checked in online at 10:25 for a 10:30 appointment. We received a text message at 10:30 that they were ready for us. 30min later we were told "the system" put us in the walk-in category and they would have to work us in. That happened at 11:30. No apologies, no sense of responsibility. The attitude was "you should be grateful we are seeing you." I've given them plenty of chances to do better. We will not be back. read more

Despite the recent reviews, I thought my experience was great. There's always a line and the staff at any Labcorp always seem short staffed. But, somehow they are able to still smile, get you in, take care of you, and get you on your day. I do recommend always making an appointment. It may not be on your appointment time exactly, but they do try to push you towards the head of the line. read more

This location has NO monitoring screen so you can't see how far down you are on the list. Staff person couldn't even give me an estimate. ‍ One tech was so stressed she exploded at a patient. Why are those who draw blood also working the computers and scheduling?! To top it off, I had zero internet access in the waiting area --- it's in a basement. I waited 1 hour. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was friendly and had a good technique. She was a floater from the springs. read more

Woman wearing glasses working on 04/29 was extremely rude and talks to customers in a degrading way. Waiting in line is expected but she was very short with people asking nicely about ETA for their tests. She asked one individual who staff failed to check in correctly "Do you want to do my job for me?". All other staff members were nice and professional. read more

Horrible place, don't go here. I had a drug test scheduled only to show up and the office was closed. The sign on the window directed me to the Labcorp near Swedish. Drove all the way there - ALSO CLOSED. What a joke. Called the Labcorp customer service line to find an open testing site and the lady was so rude. I was on a very strict timeline to get this drug test done for a job offer I received and Labcorp screwed me over repeatedly. Turns out they did send an email late the night before telling everyone that the office was closed. But... they included everyone's email addresses -- and therefore names -- that had appointments at Labcorp that day! I can literally see everyone who had an appointment at Labcorp yesterday for bloodwork and drug testing... What an invasion of privacy! AND the worst part is, the email came from some sort of supervisor, Tanna Roten. Highly unprofessional to say the LEAST... I can't believe someone in management would blast out a bunch of patient's email addresses. Completely unacceptable. Seriously go ANYWHERE else for bloodwork and drug testing (I've never had issues with Quest). I will never use a Labcorp again, this is a complete joke of a company. read more

This used to be my favorite place to have labs drawn. The staff was always friendly and there was never a wait. Unfortunately due to all the other local Labcorp locations closing down now, EVERYONE comes to this one, and the stress of that shows. Staff are super short with you and and everyone there is cranky. So sad. The lab tech that took my daughter's blood was just downright rude to us. read more

EVERYTIME I come here my order has been lost and then I have to wait an additional 20-30min to get it sent again. Seems like if you have an appointment you are still waiting at least a hour past your scheduled time . The ppl who work here are friendly, but this is absolutely rude and incompetent to treat ppl and their personal orders like this. Doesn't seem to get any better at any other locations. Absolutely ridiculous. We waited for 3 hours and their system was terrible. They had a sign in sheet but didn't even follow it. I have never had to wait that long at other lab corps. They opened at 8am and didn't take the first person until 830am. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Front desk woman was so unprofessional and was sarcastic to customers. I waited 45 mins and had a big panel I needed drawn. I kept reminding the woman to double and triple check that she got each test drawn as I had a number of tests that needed to be done. Low and behold I go to my Dr. and not all the tests had been completed. Completely ridiculous. How is this level of shitty service keep happening over and over. This is the second time this has happened with Labcorp. read more

I came here on 10/14/2022 to have some labwork done for an upcoming annual follow-up appointment with my transplant center. I was severely unimpressed: -The waiting area was dirty -Urine deposits are made in paper coffee cups instead of sterile containers, which introduces the risk of contaminants that could throw off results -I had my blood drawn nearly an hour after my appointment time because the facility was severely understaffed (there were 2 employees when there should have been at least 4); I would have waited even longer had someone with a preceding appointment not walked out read more

Awful experience. My son showed up at 11:50am on a Saturday, Feb. 24th at the Highlands Ranch, Colorado location and told by the office person just how much she hated people who show up a minute before the office closes. He was there 10 minutes before the office closed. She was rude and refused to provide the critical testing he needs for his medical school requirements. I have spent no less than an hour trying to locate another place to provide this testing and cannot reach anyone, when I opt to speak to a live person, I am immediately disconnected. Hours are inconducive to any medical student or person who is unavailable during normal working hours. Weekends are not avail and they close at 3:30pm on weekdays. I would choose anyone but Labcorp. Terrible expereince with zero regard for the patient. read more

Despite being super busy on a Thursday morning, they saw to me very quickly. I was having trouble with checking in to the iPads (I was paying out of pocket for my own test, so I got confused), and they patiently helped me out at the front desk. There are few times where you encounter an employee who just has it all together, is friendly, thorough, direct, and efficient. I was helped by one such person here, Alexis. I had an appointment at 3pm and wasn't seen until 3:20pm. This place is dirty, the front desk lady was rude. There is a sign in the room that states that the room is disinfected after every person, it is not. I used an alcohol wipe to clean off the chair. The lady who drew my blood wiped her runny nose with a tissue and then touched me! I am so disgusted! Never going back to that site! read more

Most unprofessional, RUDE staff I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely terrible service today. I used to come here ALL of the time and all of the lovely employees who used to be here are gone. The last few times I have been here they have been extremely busy, and understaffed, which I completely understand-that is not their fault-they have still been pleasant. I was finally called up front and asked if I was doing blood for a doctor that I have never heard of-when I asked for the doctor's name again she sat there and stared at me and said "never mind." I could go on verbatim about the snappy conversation towards me but I will spare you-she then said I had a $12.00 ESTIMATED BALANCE and wanted a credit card on file. I told her I have never had to do that before, they always give you a choice to pay an ESTIMATED payment ahead or be billed once it actually goes through insurance. She pointed to a sign on the desk- I asked again to be billed and she rolled her eyes and stood up to go "ask." After hearing her and another employee talking and whispering about me, IN FRONT OF ANOTHER PATIENT, out comes another employee, grabs the plastic sign that was on the desk and slammed it down in front of me to read. I told her I have always been given a choice and she said it's their policy. I asked for my order back and went to a different LabCorp and they took my blood with no problem and no payment for an "estimate." The funny thing is, at the first LabCorp they took 2 patients back before me and they declined to pay their estimated balance, which was WAY larger than mine, and not one bat of an eye-if it is truly a 100% enforced policy all the way around, then enforce it for everyone, not just someone who you don't "like." I would say I will never go back to this location again, but....I would imagine neither one of the RUDE employees I dealt with today will last long. read more
