Zero stars. I agree with the other reviews. I don't know how LabCorp can stay in business. The LabCorps I have been to have been terrible, so I tried this one. My daughter had two orders. I printed them out and the Pediatrician sent the orders to the lab. We discussed it when I checked in and agreed on what we were drawing. Three weeks went by and we did not have results for one of the labs. I learned that they completely messed up and didn't draw them. Then when I called, they had the audacity to tell me it was never ordered. I have the orders in my chart, I printed them out and brought them with me. Then we discussed this when I checked in. Instead of taking responsibility, they completely lied. It's very disappointing that I have to bring my daughter in again for another lab draw. read more

This was my 2nd visit to this office of Labcorp. I have never had a bad experience with any of their other locations until this one. My 1st visit last year and the visit today made me very angry and frustrated at how unprofessional a medical office can be. During both visits they could not find the fax that my doctor had sent over for the test. I had called multiple times for both visits and could not get thru..left messages and got no call backs to confirm they had my orders. The staff didn't express any concern or remore and just blamed the doctor and me for not calling. I went to UCHealth Labs as a walkin and they had me in and out in 5 minutes and the experience was so professional and I felt they cared. I thought the staff at Labcorp seemed like a lowclass medical office....just pushing people thru like cattle. I will NEVER go to this office again. It's like a "sh_tshow". read more

Honestly, how is LabCorp still in business? I don't care which facility you go to, it's clear that the staff cannot focus on their job because there are too few of them - I even had someone in the middle of a blood draw excuse herself to answer the phone once! About half the time they blow out my veins if they can even find them and I leave with bruises; and a couple of times when I've told them I have small veins and they might want a butterfly needle I've been snapped at because "they know what they're doing". But worst of all is the fact that recently, their website has just stopped working, and you can click a million links without getting a chance to make an appointment. Not that it matters in a way, since you're going to be waiting forever no matter what! They're pretty much the only game in town, so this is a great opportunity for someone to start a functional business that actually treats patients like they give a damn. It's inexcusable for any business to be this consistently bad, but especially when people rely on them for their health! read more

I was in and out. Granted I made an appointment online beforehand. The phlebotomist was kind, knowledgeable, clean, and professional. She stuck me once, for a large draw! (1 big vial and 4 smaller ones) Then office was packed, but clean, my room was clean, I had no negative consequences from the blood draw or any problems with the draw site. This location has definitely changed from the other comments on here. read more

Not only is the office terribly small and offers zero circulation, but it's extremely hot and could be a super spreader event! The front office is staffed by one person who asked our name 4 times even though we checked in!! We had a 330 appointment showed up at the recommended 3 PM time and did not get seen until 430 PM. My daughter had an appointment at 10:30. The office was either lacking staff or the staff were not trained. The experience was completely disorganized and frustrating. It is inappropriate to have sick and elderly people crammed into an office. It just bad medicine. Shame on you LabCorp. My 20-year-old son had a blood draw in the Harvard Ave. location in Denver, CO on May 23, 2024. He developed large hematomas at the left upper arm and forearm that still hurt him after 5 days despite icing it for the first 48 hours. He is a healthy college student with good veins. Labcorp is HORRIBLE. I have a standing order every month. Labcorp never has the information in their computer system even though I have given them the order every single month and have been going to Labcorp for 3 years . There is a lot of turnover and some of the phlebotomist's must have just completed their coursework because they are incapable of finding a vein. When I complained I was told to never come back . When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told she's not there. When I asked the receptionist her name she refused to give it to me. When I called corporate and complained they never returned my call. This company is highly unprofessional. read more

I have my blood drawn monthly so I consider myself somewhat of a reluctant expert on Denver's blood lab scene. The staff here is professional and courteous and the phlebotomist who drew me knew what she was doing and got the job done in one try. I was also happy that the building is easy to find and has easy parking. This is a busy Labcorps location and the waiting area is small so don't come without an appointment if you are in a hurry. read more

this company is an abomination as far as patient care and valuation. Their website is tricky to navigate as far as getting an appt. Nothing available at any location for 6 weeks. However "walk ins" are welcome. Until you actually go to the site to be a walk in. I went to the Sierra Bldg location at Parker Hospital 40" before they were to close but they had locked the doors to keep walk ins from entering. I could see people sitting inside. I tried calling on their phone but got caught in the endless loops of bad instructions to schedule an appointment on line. This company is awful. Stay away. Not worth the hassle. read more

Always hard to get in, always treated like cattle, always surly overworked employees. Never on time.

Firstly, your kiosk did not read my ID or insurance card. Nor was it working for anyone else. We had to manually input everything. An elderly man came in and looked confused. He asked the woman at the front receptionist desk if she could check him in and she refused. Told him he must use the kiosk. He was confused and didn't understand what she was saying. After a back and forth he tried using the machine. And like every single person ahead of him, he couldn't get it to work by reading his ID and insurance card. He went back to the receptionist and asked for assistance. She stated he must use the kiosk. He explained it was confusing and he could not get it to work. She reiterated he had to use the kiosk. He then said he had a time constraint to which your employee said "we all have time constraints. You need to check in on the kiosk." He gave up and left. Couple of things at play here: per the federal esign act you can not make anyone do business electronically and as such your employee just broke federal law. Doing business electronically would his include your kiosk, which I've seen better UX and UI from crayons. The gentleman had clear and easily identificable accessibility issues. Another violation of the ACA. And your employee treated him like shit. I am so disgusted by what I witnessed and the fact that your company is so lacking in empathy and care for your customers - why it's just absolutely mind boggling. read more

Sitting here in the waiting room as we speak - genuinely disappointed at how rude the gentleman at the front desk is. He has dark brown hair & wears glasses and despite the waiting room being busy, he gave me & everyone he talked to an attitude- seeming to be irritated at the entirety of his job. If you can't work in busy environments, if you can't handle a waiting room with people just wanting to get help/asking questions, don't work in customer service. It makes an already nerve wrecking waiting room so much more negative. Poor hiring decision, Labcorp. I hope you'll address this. read more

This place is always way over booked! There are 20 people in a waiting room for 8. So people standing and sitting on the floor. If you want to wait two hours for a procedure that takes ten minutes (even if you have a set appointment, this is the place for you! Personally I have better things to do than to be sitting on the floor of a clinic for two hours on my only day off. There are plenty of other places. read more

They're so rude at the one in my doctor's office. And I swear they make up charges. I always pay my bills on time but more than once I've been told I owe some amount from years past that they claim I never paid, and they won't take my blood until I pay it. Jerks! I have been trying to get blood work for weeks now. First time, I had an appt and they poked me 3 times to try to get blood and they were unable to get it. So we decided I'd come back. I couldn't make an appointment after that, so have tried walk in twice. Both times the location has been closed with no sign on the door. Get rid of the check in machines they're too hard for people to use the typing in it is very small you can't read it it holds up the line you need to let people check in at the counter like every doctor's office and not use a machine and the wait time is horrible you need to hire more people and speed the time up people are limited on their time they can't be sitting there for an hour waiting to give blood that's ridiculous. read more

I've been going to this location the last 4 years. I am a hard stick and have small veins. The staff at this location has never questioned whether I know my body when I ask for pediatric needles and to go through my hands so that I am only poked 1x and my vein doesn't blow. I'm in my 30 and have at times been poked 10+ times when trying to get a vein. I realized how great the staff at this location treats me when I had to go to another location not far away d/t availability. I left wanting to cry because of the way I was treated. Needless to say I will wait however long I need to next time to be seen at this location. read more

When you arrive for the "Express check," you are not told how long the wait will be or where you are in line. I asked in person after checking in. The computer system must have an order and list of the names of people who have checked in. You might wait 5 minutes or 5 hours, with the staff unwilling to tell you anything. read more

My doctor keeps having me go back to this ridiculous place. Total incompetence. The last time, they forgot to provide me with a kit requested by my doctor; I walked back in to get it -- they had me get back in the line. I gave up and left. One test they submitted had erroneous results (per my Dr.). People opted for them to be texted to come to the office when the technician is available, but no text appeared on their phones, and they lost their position. The technician I had was taking personal calls the whole time. Someone came in and got served right away when some had been waiting for a half hour or more. I could go on for 200 more words. First, their hours are NOT 8-5; they are 8-4. Second, they do not -- repeat, do NOT -- answer their phones, nor do they answer messages that are left on voicemail (I had left 3, to no avail). A supervisor told me this was due to staffing shortages, which I understand, as this is a problem happening everywhere. However, when I suggested they change their outgoing message to make it clear that they cannot answer their phones or messages due to these temporary staffing issues, I was told that Corporate will not allow that. Great call, Corporate! That said, every time I've been to this clinic the check-in process has gone smoothly, the staff is pleasant and the phlebotomists are all pros. And, to the comment left by another reviewer, you don't have to sit in a crowded waiting room after you've checked in; their system makes it very easy for you to provide your text number and wait elsewhere (i.e., your car, or downstairs in the lobby); they will alert you when it's your turn. read more

the phlebotomist blew my vein worse than i have ever experienced, and right before she stuck me (totally unprovoked/off topic) said "i think wearing a mask is completely political". not sure if she was just trying to get a rise out of me or what, but i just sat there silently as she mangled my arm and continued complaining about how many tests shes had to get for work and they're all negative, anyway etc. i wanted to ask her if maybe just maybe there was a correlation between a mandatory mask IN THE HEALTHCARE SPACE and all of her negative test results, but i just left it alone. anyway. i am on day 3 and can now bend my arm again. this lady needs more training on how to draw blood and leave politics out of the patient care space. read more
