Marianna handled a very difficult situation this morning like a champion. She was there all by herself short staffed and barely anyone had scheduled appointments. She methodically checked in with everyone the had us check in on the tablets and did our blood draws. She took care of us all with patience and professionalism. Also Tendri called yesterday and answered all of my questions and made recommendations on how to handle my pending lab orders. My doctor had called me earlier and said a lab order was placed and to go to LabCorp. At LabCorp I filled out the information required on the Ipad, and the display stated that I would receive a text message when it was my turn. I never received a text message, so after an hour I walked up to the counter and asked if I was next. The young lady stated that they had called my name twice. I never heard them call my name as they never came out to the waiting room. Then she said well anyway we don't have an order for you; and to call my doctor. I then called my doctor to see if they had placed the order and it was never placed. I waited another hour and went to the counter to see if they had received the order. The young lady stated that they never received an order. I decided to leave in order to maintain my sanity with the gross ineptitude and unprofessional actions of both my doctors office and LabCorp. read more

Labcorp billed the wrong insurance company for a routine service that was covered. I notified them through their official contact form on their website 6 TIMES!!! They continued to bill me and then referred me to collections! I told them 6 times they billed the wrong company and they simply ignored me and sent me to collections! Do not use labcorp, period! The accounting dept of Labcorp is undoubtedly the worst group ever. They have consistently screwed up Medicare claims and hounded me for payment of "outstanding" amounts when they have been paid by Medicare. I just got off the phone with someone who rarely if ever speaks English and continued to parrot the same thing over and over. They have used the wrong adjusted amount that Medicare has approved and paid. Don't use these services if you can help it. read more

They created the "No Suprise Billing" act to protect people from companies like Labcorp. I received a simple blood panel and the bill they are trying to make me pay is $1059!!!! for simple blood panel. Never in all my years have i ever seen such a grosss atempt to take advantage of a patient. If you also have this happening, you have the right to refuse the bill with the protection of the "No Surprise Billing Act" DO NOT let them bully you into paying. These people are theives, liars and snakes in the grass. Horrible company. They discounted down to $700 and i still refused, the by a miracle they then discounted again down to $400...they hope you don't ask questions. DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU. Had an appointment at 8:00 Am. Upon arriving there were 16 people in line they said it would take an hour. Waited an hour while they only saw 3 patients. Asked again and said there were 12 people still ahead of me. How do you expect people to wait 3-4 hours for an appointment that takes less than 5 minutes. read more

worst excuse for staff and lab I've ever worked in...2007-2008. interview in 2023....lab was total mess and benches sloppy and disorganized. Techs appeared drty as in no bath in cent days...my opinion based on smell and looks. Was turned down for a phlebotomist position despite 30 yrs experience and being an American and a Veteran. Was told by recruiter Dawn Moes and plebe director Chelsea Williams that DEI more important than skill, Edu., and experience. EEOC bought off but civil action in process. I do not understand all the negative reviews! I have been coming to this location every month since May 2024 and I have never had anything other than positive experiences. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and the phlebotomists are kind, skilled, and caring. The facility is clean, and my labs are always double-checked for my name and birthdate before I leave. That being said, I understand that many of the people waiting to be taken care of are likely doing routine lab work for serious medical conditions, and anxiety levels run high. Yes, the waiting area is small and can get crowded and there can be a bit of a wait. However, I can't recall a single doctor's appointment where I haven't had to wait to be seen (and I see many doctors)! The first time I was in and out very quickly as a walk in. This time was so slow. The lady saw many people in front of me. It was super frustrated she claimed it would be 45 min but I was here for over an hour waiting to get my blood drawn.Also I had to get pricked 3 times for them to actually get my blood drawn. I took several tests on 11/20/23 and have been chasing down Labcorp for almost 2 weeks. They finally sent over my results via email, and have mixed up my physician information and somehow associated my results with a doctor in Texas that I have never heard of when I am based in Denver, Colorado. I now don't know if I need to get retested, or why my data and possibly results, were mixed up with someone else's. No one has answers. read more

My physician sent two orders to Lab Corp located in St Anthony's in Lakewood. One of the tests is a test I have never had so I had questions. GOOD LUCK with that! I went in literal circles for over an hour and never talked to anyone but the customer service center in Westminster who told me they couldn't help me and I should call my doctor. **If you see a skywalk with the name ROSE MEDICAL CENTER, you're in the right place. **Also, they are currently doing some construction in the area, so if you are coming from Colorado Boulevard, just follow the detour signs. I had a very pleasant experience here. I arrived on a Tuesday, right before they opened (730am). I didn't make an appointment because I didn't see any early ones online (I wanted to get this done before work). Skipped breakfast (fasting required for 12 hours), chugged a bunch of water - I was ready. I was expecting a whole bunch of people but somehow, I was the first and only one there. I'm sure it gets messy when it's really busy. Easy check-in process. They have an automated machine that is very user friendly (i.e. I wasn't confused, lol). It clearly instructs you how to place your driver's license and insurance card in the slot (much better technology than the airport, if you ask me). Great staff. Nomy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was really friendly and helpful. She took care of me right away (I was trying to get to work). PARKING: I got lucky. I snagged a metered spot right outside the building (saw a few spots up the street as well). I would assume they have a parking garage of some sort but I didn't look into it. I did see a sign for free valet parking (which started at 8am, I believe). Paid metered parking also starts at 8am and it doesn't let you put in money until then. Luckily, I was done with the test by then so I actually didn't even have to pay. My suggestion is, if you're in a rush or have an appointment, arrive a little early to figure out the parking situation. I am certain that it gets much worse later in the day. read more

Would give less than one star if that was an option; this location at Rose is horrible. They had two staff members not show. I had an appointment at 9:30 the online check in doesn't work. The Check-in kiosk doesn't work either. Once in the office they tell you to sit and you are checked in. After 20 mins go to confirm they have me and they do not regardless that I made an appointment. I spent an hour going to their location in wheat ridge during traffic and they didn't have my order my dr sent digitally. came back to this location, called ahead to see if they had my info, and nobody picks up or calls me back. This lab facility is absolutely disgusting and I am surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. Let me start by saying I am a licensed health care professional and just walking into the filthy, dirty, crowded and small crowded waiting room. There were about 15 people standing, sitting on the floor all coughing, blowing their noses and one gentleman snoring loudly as he slept in chair. You could see the frustration on people's faces . The crowd and filth made me feel like walked into a bus terminal in New Delhi. I had trouble with the self check in Kiosk so I had to step over to the disheveled reception desk for assistance where I was ignored for a few minutes while the clerk shuffled paperwork . Finally my presence got acknowledged without a greeting or a smile ( I understand, it does not look like a fun environment at all) complaining about making her get up and move her arthritic body, when she had to get up to help me with the Kiosk After finally get checked in and realizing that the 4 people that came after me and were able to use the kiosk we're going to be processed before me - the filthy environment filled with sick people I decided if I waited I would end up sick- it appeared that it was going to be a good 45-60 minute wait I decided I was not going to wait. I returned to my providers office in the same building and requested I have my lab work drawn somewhere else that I felt unsafe in the LabCorp office. My paperwork was reprocessed and I went to another lab faculty (Quest) and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was home when I received a text message from Labcorp 90 minutes later saying that my turn was coming up. read more

I like this Labcorp location. I especially appreciate the free valet parking up front. You can setup an account online and schedule an appointment time. I have always done this and never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Even when their lobby is packed or they are short staffed, you will be seen at your scheduled time. I'm a hard stick and I've always had great luck here with the lab techs. Never left with more than one needle poke and never had bruising afterwards which had been common for me in the past with other labs. Everyone has been so friendly but they could use a raise or more staff. These folks hustle to try to take care of everyone so quickly. And they put up with a ton of crap from nasty people who show up without a lab order they should bring in or their Dr. forgot to fax it over or the wait is too long and they are on their lunch break. If your a walk in, yes you can expect to wait especially right when they open, 11:30-1pm and 3:30-6. Other times you just might get lucky. read more

Terrible. I came in for an AM/PM cortisol test and no one knew what they were doing. They tried to draw my PM test in the morning. I said "how can you get a reading for PM cortisol in the AM????" The front desk argued for a bit and then got the head manager/nurse whatever she is, who explained that I was right. Then they said I needed to be fasted. I said no I don't. How the hell am I supposed to fast until 4:00pm? Again with the blank looks. Finally got it sorted out, went to the back. I have HUGE veins by the way. The phlebotomist made a big deal out of my big huge veins, and then chose one of the smallest and tried to hit that one. Of course she went straight through it, and had to wiggle the needle back and forth trying to get blood flow. It started to really hurt and she wasn't getting any blood, so I told her to pull the needle out and hit one of the HUGE VEINS right on front of her face. She had to use my other arm because the original site she chose started to swell and hurt, badly. She said "oh that's just air in the vein" Well that ain't good! She also drew my PM cortisol in the AM, even after I just spent 15 minutes arguing with the front desk about it. Worst Lab Corp ever. It's terrifying that this place is attached to a hospital with such an incompetent staff. read more

If I can give negative stars, I would. If you can avoid this lab, do it, it's not worth going through the extra trouble when you're already sick. The CSU Health Network sends blood samples for testing to this lab for tests that they cannot do internally. Labcorp has LOST my blood specimen TWICE. I had to do re-draws for a lab test that takes weeks to prepare my body for (i.e. change medication, supplements etc). It is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Choose another lab! This lab is a joke. read more

What a horrible experience! The process (per the instructions) is to schedule an appointment. Once that is done, you receive an email confirming your appointment - sounds good and easy enough. Until you get the confirmation email with the scan bar to check in when you arrive (15 mins earlier than your appointment), that doesn't work per the response received. Now it gets better, you also receive a message that says you will get a text when its your turn but you must remain in your car. I arrived 15 mins early - 45 mins after my appointment time and no text, I went to the office that was filled with 6 patients waiting! Only to be rudely instructed to check in and wait my turn! I tried to explain I had already checked in and showed my confirmation. The rude lady pointed to a kiosk and said "check in"! I finally had a tech ask me what I wanted and I explained what happened and now 55 mins later, I hadn't received a text! She turns to another person and says 'does this thing work - "do we do this? Only to hear in dismay - NO!"as she rolls her eyes! I was getting labs done prior to my appointment next week - being pro-active. I called, I emailed, I called again - I received an email stating I would get an immediate response to my email - nothing - nada - crickets! It makes no sense why you are asked to go through these steps only to hear the staff had no clue what is on their website or the steps required! Once I was in the room - the door was kept open - I had to ask for it to be closed - who wants other patients and staff gawking in the room? I hope my blood work was handled correctly and I get my own results and not someone else's! What a terrible experience during such pandemic times!!! read more

A picture of incompetence and apathy! It's funny now after I read some of the responses to the one star reviews. They all say that Labcorp wants to offer "top notch" care to people!!! Hysterical! First visit, the receptionist was on hold with someone for half an hour. During that time, people were standing behind her transparent glass needing help. But since she had the phone to her year with no one on the other line, I guess she couldn't either see them or certainly couldn't ask them what they needed help for. I had a blood draw for multiple things which is essential for my doctor to treat me. After reading other reviews, I'll be totally shocked if my doc gets it. When I brought my 24 hour urine sample in to drop off they wouldn't accept it because I didn't have a paper they said I was given with it. I wasn't given it. They claimed that they couldn't look up the orders from my doctor that I originally gave them 4 days ago. Very curious? I wasn't at this place because I had nothing else to do. I have medical problems that need to be treated and unfortunately this is where I was sent. I am hurt, angry, frustrated, and wondering how Labcorp can still be in business when it doesn't have any care about those they supposedly serve. read more

Only issue was the text notification system was not working so I was never notified that they were ready for me after I checked in online. It all ended up working out. Worse experience, bad bad bad unprofessional attitude at this office. They weren't able to print my lab order, after I send it 5 times. Fist send it as file, they could not open, then they told me to send it as pic, that was not able to open again...send another pic and they said I have to send it as pdf file. When I asked them how can we find a solution, they did not even bother them self to try to help me, because they can just printed from my phone, but no. Nobody bother to tell me if they got the email or not, I have to go the the front desk and asked every 10 min. Just ridiculous!!! I waited there for 1h and 10 min with not be able to just print my lab order, then left because if they weren't able to print something simple like that, I don't know how they can do the blood work.
