Their nurse came to my home (twice now), drew my blood on the couch, and it took maybe 15 minutes. It costs $45 to have them come out, but it's well worth it to me, considering the hassle of going to the lab and the time lost from work. The nurses are warm and kind, highly skilled and efficient, and they didn't have a problem with my uncooperative veins. I hope they're around for a long time!

I appreciated this accommodation the first time I went there. Today, however, the voicemail box has been full all day long, preventing me from accessing the garage code info. With all of the construction going on in the area, street parking is not an option for me. In the past I have left a message and never received a callback. Also, the waiting area is so tight that there is no space for a wheelchair user to sit along the perimeter of the room. Imagine having to wait in the center of a full waiting room nearly touching the person seated behind you. It sucks.

The process is simple, you order and pay for tests online, make an appt or walk-in, check-in via the kiosk, wait to get your blood drawn, then go home and you'll receive the detailed results with 1-3 days. I waited for only a few minutes even though there were a few people before me. The Phlebotomist and I had a nice chat (Ashwaghanda) and I was out of there within minutes. The results started coming in the next morning, all within 24 hours. The best part is the very detailed information that comes with your results. Very educational and helpful. I am very impressed with the operation and very happy to have it. (My regular doctor would not order re-tests for items that flagged high. Quest/Ultra Labs helped me to help myself!) It's a win-win!
