i went in today for a pre-employment drug screen. my hiring process with my new employer has been a sh*t show from star to finish. emails taking forever etc. i work weird hours at my current job and had no time to get in for my screen but today i went to lab corp on 39th & 66th where i was told they wouldn't help me and to go to this one instead. well i got there 20 ish mins till close and found out i never received a registration number from my employer so i had to sit in the phone for about 15 minutes with this awful screening company where i was given the run around and finally at 3pm i received my number. Lisa and the other nurse with short red-brown hair were so kind and patient and helpful and helped me at the last minute. their compassion was so appreciated and i'm so grateful that i ran into them. read more

I had an appointment at 1:30pm for an employment drug test. I arrived early and drank plenty of liquids so I would be ready but they didn't take me back until 1:45pm. It is extremely frustrating that I made an appointment and they were late. It also made me behind schedule for the other commitments of my day. I told the employee and she insisted she was on time in an argumentative fashion which was untrue and unprofessional. I hope their manager implements policies and procedures so they can be committed to the appointment times promised. read more

I went here today for a pre employment drug screen to reserve a spot at a job I accepted in June. When I walked in there was an Hispanic couple the front staff was being incredibly rude to I couldn't believe it. Then it was my turn. Ha! I showed the front staff the confirmation and one woman got an attitude and said I needed a registration number so I was frantic to get into my email to see if there was one... there was not. I showed the woman the other number which was an account number and this woman was like a spawn of satan... started screaming at me In front of other customers in insinuated that I don't have a job, I kept reassuring her that her behavior was absurd, unprofessional and I'd like to speak with her supervisor . She gladly declined to give me this information. In the email that I have it set account number in on the slip that she wanted me to write to the registration number it said account clearly, not only was she rude but extremely incompetent. And mind you I am employed and I made over $100,000 last year and I'm going to school to get my bachelors so how dare her. I am taking another opportunity if it is her business. Another woman came to take the specimen, and she was very apologetic for the other woman's behavior she gladly gave me the cell phone number to the supervisor which I called immediately. The supervisor was very responsive and very caring. I truly don't understand how these women are in the medical industry and don't even know how to treat human beings. And this woman being so glad and haughty that she has A job when there is much more qualified, kind, patient People with her same degree if not more education that could easily take her job. Get your shit together woman. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen read more

First off like some others have pointed out, it's in a sketchy area. The patient's entrance door is dirty and gross looking. Not to mention when I pulled up there was what seemed to be a homeless man standing right outside that reeked of alcohol, smoking a cigarette. Then I go inside (at 2:45 PM) and I stand at the counter waiting for someone to come help me. Then walks by another possibly homeless person who also reeked of alcohol. A woman greets me by asking if I have signed in. So I sign in and go sit down. Right after I sit down, she calls me back up and asks what I need. I told her the blood tests that my Doctor had ordered for me and gave her the papers with the referrals on them. She says out loud "Ugh, we are going to get in trouble again!" So I ask her why she said that and she tells me that the boss does not like it when they are there past 3 and my test would take about 30 mins. (I did not know they closed at 3 pm) So I told her that I have been trying to get this test done for a little while but I could come back another day. SHe basically made me feel bad because I wanted to know if I was healthy (unlike the drunks that just want their BAC tests??) So she tells me to follow her to the back and out loud asks the other lady working there if she wants to do 1 more draw. The lady answered with a loud "No". Then I sit in the chair where they do the draw and as the other woman is walking in she says out loud "I'm going to start going to restaurants 5 mins before they close and order everything on the menu" When the 1st lady told her to shush because I was in the room, she responded with "I don't care, this just ruins my night" I apologized several times and I was made to feel bad again by the second woman. Then the 2 woman went back and forth for a second about who was going to do the draw and who was going to do the paperwork for the end of the day. Finally, the second woman took my blood. She did a great job. Found the vein immediately with no pain at all. In the end, I apologized again, admitting that I did not know they close at 3. She responded by telling me it was okay. If they want to get upset that they have to do their job a little longer. They should put a sign outside that has their business hours and another that says no more walk-ins after 2:30. I am a 911 Operator... I can't tell you how many times I have had to stay over on a 12-hour shift to take that last call that ends up being 15+ mins long, or someone does not know where they are. Do I get upset and treat the caller badly? No. Because that is my job. And I am happy I could help that caller. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would... The worst labcorp in the whole United States. My employer needed to expedite background check and needed fingerprinting done ASAP. I scheduled an appointment online for Tuesday @ 1:30 ( they close @ 2 ... don't have a 1:30 option if you can't honor it ) & got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes for my appointment after driving 30 minutes to get here... The very rude receptionist told me there was ONLY one lady ( Ayesha )that does fingerprinting left for personal reasons and was supposed to call & follow up with 3 other patients to reschedule. Receptionist then told me I had to leave because they were closing and didn't have time to deal with me. I then scheduled another appointment for the next day at 11:30 am . I called 5 times prior to this rescheduled appointment to make sure Ayesha was there & got hung up on 5 times. Arrived after 30 minute commute & waited additional 10 minute to be called up by receptionist and proceeded to say SHE went to LUNCH & I would have to wait 30+ minutes for her to return mind you I had an appointment! Sitting in the lobby watching the receptionist for 40+ minutes being very rude and snappy with other clients coming in. The worst. read more

Chose this lab from list provided from my insurance. The experience was pleasant and only took up 15 minutes of my time. I went at 12:00 on a Friday, and I was the only one there. Check in was quick and easy (make your appointment online and give them all your info ahead of time). The tech was super nice and caring. Coming from someone that dreads having blood drawn, this was a good experience. Note: turn onto 114th Ave. to access the entrance.There is only one driveway and as soon as you pull in there is a labcorp sign with an arrow. If you go past 114th, you can't get into the parking lot and will have to U-turn at Bryan Dairy. read more
