I am waiting one week after my blood draw for the results. I had it done on 1/10 for a doctor's appointment on 1/15 to schedule heart bypass surgery. Without the results I will likely have to wait another 3 months. When I spoke to a representative she said that they would be available in a week. I have never waited more than 48 hours for the results! Never again. read more

Impossible to make an appointment online, website malfunction. If you walk-in and go through all the kiosk sign nonsense (which should have your information stored from your last visit if it was worth a dime) they put you out another three hours. Why 1? No front desk staff for quick questions. Appointment scheduled online but over 45 minutes past my appointment time wait. Grossly understaffed. Once you're in, the people that are working are friendly but you can also tell that they are also overworked. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at Quest ever. This location is extremely understaffed and mismanaged. No front desk staff leaves folks that have legitimate questions wondering what the heck is going on, and confused. I had an appointment, checked in online, but still had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. No front desk staff is a frustrating experience not only for the patients, but also the Blood draw staff who is trying to draw blood and answer questions of folks when they open the door to grab the next patient. I saw multiple people with a similar experience to mine, and elderly people who didn't even have a cell phone left confused of what to do with the "Check-In" Kiosk. If you have a chance to select a Quest Diagnostics location other than this one, I would try that instead. read more

I have been a satisfied customer until this morning. The location that I normally go to was re-modeled and has lost all of my records. I have been coming here every 3 months for years and had to start over from scratch getting my doctors office to resend script, and of course when I call to reschedule I CAN'T SPEAK TO A HUMAN!! Nothing annoys me more than this!! I have to have blood work 1 week before my regular visit to my doctor and now have to re-schedule BOTH appointments! Do the online check appointment and then check in online via your phone. Speeds up the process especially when appointments are now taken ahead of walk-ins. This location does a better job of not hurting so I return here when needed. Parking is tough but they have a valet which I prefer to park myself but others may need. Also seating here is max 10 for distancing so you are safe. read more

Jenny was truly a superwoman in my eyes today at my blood draw. I have extremely small and rolling veins so getting blood drawn is always a stressful time for me. She listened to my concerns and had the perfect technique to draw my blood easily. It only took her one stick and she managed to have the vials filled in record time. We are all under the COVID 19 not just the people that work at this particular Quest. I have bloodwork done quite regularly but I have never been treated so rudely as today and it wasn't personal she did it with everyone that came through the door. She spoke harshly to the elderly in particular. I will remember never to come back to this location and to tell my friends , family or anyone that should ask. So many people are not feeling well or have not eaten anything and there is no compassion in this particular woman. One thing she does is when people are living she wishes them a good day ! I was given blood work from my doctor that required me to fast. All of the morning appointments fill up, so I had to schedule a week out. Quest then cancelled my appointment. I rescheduled and due to a traffic accident was 11 minutes late to my appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment. I waited to speak to someone to share my experience and see if they could see me, I was told that I was more than 10 minutes late and couldn't be seen. I replied, yeah but because I wasn't here, you took someone early, so your schedule shouldn't be messed up. Their reply was the check in tablet won't allow it. I was talking to a person, not a tablet. This same woman was walking in the back to assist another woman who had check in issues. So I was basically discarded. I use this location for my doctors as well which have been great. Just a shame that quest has never been a great place for customer service and this location is worse than most. read more

Parking is difficult here so I had to do "complimentary" valet and was thankful I had a few dollars in my wallet.for when I leave. I've been here 50 minutes and still not called back and just asked the individual at the desk if she could tell me how far back I was on the list and by her reaction you would have thought I was the most hateful person in the world. I don't think waiting 50 minutes before asking how long my wait would be is unreasonable! Update: Just called back after a 55 minute wait. Ridiculous. read more

If this were dancing with the stars, I'd give them a 10! Booked appt day before on-line. Walked in at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. Checked in at auto check-in and sat down. Within 25 seconds Tammy walked out and called my name. She was professional and friendly. I was out of there by 10: 59 a.m. before my appt time! Business is clean and orderly. read more

I was very disappointed after getting my blood drawn here. The phlebotomist did not allow for the alcohol on my arm to dry (waved it with her hand) which defeats the purpose of decontamination and also TOLD ME they REUSE their single use rubber tourniquets! This was very upsetting and I will not be returning. read more

Everyone was so helpful and very professional at the Largo location. My tech who drew my blood went over everything to be sure it was my blood going to the lab. Went in for routine blood test. It's COVID time, so naturally masks were required. I didn't know this. My appointment confirmation said nothing about needing a mask or facial covering. Nobody bothered to let me know I need it when I visit. Until I got there, checked in, and the lady said "by the way you need your mouth and nose covered". I get it and I'm happy to, but I wish someone told me ahead of time when I scheduled. It was a wasted trip and I took time off work for it, so I couldn't just "go to the drugstore, buy one, and come back". Communication is important. :/ Side note: my grandma routinely goes to Quest and they provided her with 5 complimentary masks last visit. I asked if they could spare me one and weren't even willing. Many might say she was provided one because she's older and more vulnerable, but I'm also immunocompromised. read more
