Her smile, professionalism and personable nature immediately put me at ease. Daniel was my provider and he exceeded my expectations in every way. He explained each step before performing it, demonstrated exceptional bedside manners and clearly has a passion for both healthcare and patient care. He took his time with my treatment, never made me feel rushed and ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Although the circumstances that brought me to urgent care were less than ideal the kindness, compassion and positive attitudes of both Ebimi and Daniel made the entire experience so much better! What could have been a stressful and overwhelming visit turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for, supported and reassured. I walked in anxious and left smiling, relieved and incredibly grateful for the care I received. The level of care, compassion and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. 10/10 experience I highly recommend this team!

It didn't seem busy at all. When the desk attendant did show up, she said there a people ahead of you and I can't help you right now. No hello, how are you, nothing..... it was very dismissive. For an urgent care clinic this is unacceptable. She asked us to sit down and she'd be with us when she could. I expected to be able to sign in or at least fill out paperwork while we waited. My husband was so put off by the not so warm welcome we ended up leaving. Do not recommend.

She then started typing away and a few minutes later 'twas time to cough up the copay for today's proceedings. Seems like I'm coming down with bronchitis, BTW. Since I walked in at 2:45 pm, being taken into the back @2:56 pm not horrible Clinician on duty was/is Leighanne J. Before that the assistant (Rachael) came along, took me to exam room and did all the preliminary mumbo jumbo such as history, meds, allergies, etc. She lunches it all in her laptop and tells me the "provider" shall be in shortly. I was the only patient in the joint (one was leaving after I arrived) yet it took the "provider" another 16 minutes to show up after the PA and her laptop left me alone in "Exam Room 1." I suppose it's pretty good that I'm not urgently ill if this is supposed to be "Urgent Care." If I WERE urgently ill, I'd likely be headed to ER instead, but I digress. Leighanne was pleasant enough I suppose. She spent a few minutes listening to my lungs and looking into the dark abyss of my yapper. So long story short: I was right about bronchitis. She went off to go do more computer crap and before U know it I was prescribed a steroid, an inhaler and antibiotics. Then she came back with my discharge instructions (no time off work: CRAP!) and sent me on my way. Altogether I was in there roughly 32 minutes...I guess I can't complain too much since one often sits for much longer periods whenever one deals with the mysteries of medicine and its minions. BTW: they test for COVID also. So if you feel a little low and got nowhere else to go, uh: here you have it. "Get well soon!"

They truly take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure we feel comfortable and supported at every visit. After the hurricane devastated their previous office, we didn't think twice about following them to their new location. That's how much we trust and value the care they provide. Both Dr. Murray and Margie treat us like family, and we are so grateful to have them guiding our health. If you are looking for a doctor's office where you feel genuinely cared for, respected, and heard, look no further. We would give them more than five stars if we could!

Unfortunately, I ended up having a pretty severe allergic reaction to the oak pollen and found myself unable to breathe, with extremely severe congestion and my throat basically closing up anytime I tried to eat. I visited the Pasadena Urgent Care at 7217 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach, FL, where I saw Dr. Michael E. Murray. It was a few hours away from the time my flight back to Texas was scheduled, and Dr. Murray did a phenomenal job of quickly diagnosing me and sending my prescriptions to a local Publix that was on my route to the airport. They were out of injectable steroids in the office, so I was prescribed three meds. Diagnosis was quick, but I already knew what it was, so I appreciated how efficiently this office operated to ensure I was able to make my flight. I was absolutely miserable on my flight home, but after 24 hours on the meds, I'm already feeling remarkably better. They asked that I call in a few days to let them know how I'm feeling, and it really did seem like they genuinely were invested in me feeling better. Thank you so much! One thing to note - they do not accept insurance so you will need to separately submit. I paid $150 out of pocket, but they gave me all the paper to send to my insurance for reimbursement.
