Look for the crazy amount of lab boxes left of the hospital's main entrance.

Like everything else in Issaquah this place is located on Gilman. :) It is on the first floor of Issaquah Medical Center. They are open Monday thru Friday, are closed from noon to 1pm for lunch, stop doing drug tests at 3:30 and close at 4pm. All of this is posted on their company website. I was sent here for a pre-employment drug test today and I hope I never have to go back. PROS: - Plenty of FREE parking - Easy to find - Separate entrance from hospital so no need to wonder around. - Fast service CONS: - They NEVER answer the phone. I had a question and tried to call this location several times. No matter what time of day it was the phone rang 3-5 times and went to a recorded message. Which when you only have ONE person working there I can understand. There is such a thing as being Understaffed. - Lack of patient privacy. This maybe a personal quirk with me because of my employment in the healthcare field but the fact they have everyone sign in and check a box indicating why they are there is disturbing to me. At least use the forms like real medical offices do. My personal suggestion is the forms that have lines for the patient to write such private information on and then medical staff immediately peel the line off making it impossible for later clients to see. - Maggie, the one and only person working there today was VERY unpleasant to deal with. Regardless of why a person is there they should be treated with respect and not feel like a piece of crap. This place does everything from drug tests to labs for a person with some horrible disease like cancer. I can only hope she doesn't treat everyone like the way I was treated. LabCorp itself is a huge company and they seem to have as many locations as Starbucks. They need to remember when staffing an office that many times patients have the right to choose a different lab.

Sharon, the only person in the lab, called me in after about a 10-minute wait in the waiting room.

With limited resources and being asked to do a lot more then they can I sympathize with many medical physicians and thought that the doctors here were truly awesome. I got all of my testing done in one day got an amazing consult and thought that the office staff as well as the doctors were doing very well. I've delt with many shitty doctors offices but these guys are great. loads of reminders on when appointments were easy scheduling and clear instructions and a solid interface, I will say that it took a long time to get an appointment but I assume that is out of there control. Overall a very pleasant and professional place id recommend this place to people will kids or teens it's great.

Shortly after that he noticed his epipen was due to expire in two months. He called and left messages 4 times. Never a call back. His epipen was expired for a month!!! As he had to make an appointment with a new family provider that he couldn't get in to see for a month. When my son was little the guy doing the skin test at the Redmond office dipped the needle in the sample, wiped it on a paper towel. Then on to the next sample, etc. now I know that is horrible allergen cross contamination. No wonder he flagged having allergies to everything. They also used to always overbook. Super full waiting room. Had to wait at least an hour 1/2 to 2 hours every appointment. Do they still do that?

Tamara was yelling over the phone that we had to pay them first before sending information to insurance, which didn't make sense. She refused multiple times to provide a statement to show us what the payment was for and yelled at us to wait for insurance for more information. Later we found out they overcharged us, but no one said anything until I called about it. Also, it took many calls over several months and speaking to more than 4 different people to try and sort this out and they all took us around and around in circles. I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting Tamara to answer the phone. Getting anyone to send us an itemized statement of all the charges was like squeezing water out of a rock. Sketchy billing practices. It took over 4 months to work this out and settle this with the insurance because of these incompetent morons.

Where is the 10 star rating option because my rating of Brown Dental Lab of 5 stars is nowhere…read moreenough! Recently I had 6 veneers done on my upper teeth which were destroyed by grinding, age, etc. I didn't ever smile with an open, inviting smile due to my funky looking teeth. My dentist sent me to the experts at Brown and I'm soo glad he did! Craig and the other professionals at this family-owned dental lab are nothing less than artists. Artists who care about people and their smiles and who are extremely competent at their trade. I was able to consult with the smile designer who took all the time in the world for me to approve the shade, shape and all aspects of my new veneers. Craig gave me so much time, attention and constructive yet not forceful feedback. Let me over and over take my time, see options, ask questions. I was also able to phone consult several times with another team member who is very, very kind and honoring of me as a person and my needs/thoughts on the process. If I could take you by the hand and guide you through my positive experience with the members of this dental lab, I would! We vote with our dollars and happiness my friends, and Brown Dental Lab is getting my vote every time. And I can assure you, should be getting your vote as well. Be sure to ask your dentist if they use Brown Dental Lab in Issaquah. If that don't: reread my review and insist on the artists who will give you exactly what you want.
