Arriving around 9:20am on a Friday morning, there were a decent number of people there. I quickly checked in at a self-serve kiosk, followed by the front desk calling me over to settle up my remaining out of pocket cost. I waited less than 5 minutes for my name to be called and was taken back to get blood drawn. The person working with me quickly found my veins and was able to draw blood in no time! My veins are hard to see, so often I have to get poked multiple times with the needle. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

From the first moment entering the ER to discharge, then back again for severe tendinitis a week later... 16 days total in hospital care... absolutely AMAZING NURSES. Out of the few dozen I had I can only think of ONE that was more challenging to work with but all the rest were spectacular. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything except my healing. The hospital doctor Dr. Katherine Min was STELLAR!!! Dr. Magnusson who did my surgery was STELLAR!!! So many amazing NACs and nurses who took such amazing care of me while I was so vulnerable. Tamara was yelling over the phone that we had to pay them first before sending information to insurance, which didn't make sense. She refused multiple times to provide a statement to show us what the payment was for and yelled at us to wait for insurance for more information. Later we found out they overcharged us, but no one said anything until I called about it. Also, it took many calls over several months and speaking to more than 4 different people to try and sort this out and they all took us around and around in circles. I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting Tamara to answer the phone. Getting anyone to send us an itemized statement of all the charges was like squeezing water out of a rock. Sketchy billing practices. It took over 4 months to work this out and settle this with the insurance because of these incompetent morons.

I finally had to drive over to just get an appointment scheduled for an MRI. The patient portal needs an access code which can be obtained only from the front desk of the centre and as I mentioned they DO NOT pick calls up, so had to again go there to get that. They messed up scheduling my appointment, my Dr's office had told them that both my MRI's were approved, but they messed up and did not read that and confirm with the insurance agency, expected me to get only one MRI done that day and come back for another one again. This is just the worst ever experience, will never go back and would recommend other to never go there.
