Arriving around 9:20am on a Friday morning, there were a decent number of people there. I quickly checked in at a self-serve kiosk, followed by the front desk calling me over to settle up my remaining out of pocket cost. I waited less than 5 minutes for my name to be called and was taken back to get blood drawn. The person working with me quickly found my veins and was able to draw blood in no time! My veins are hard to see, so often I have to get poked multiple times with the needle. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

Many people who get blood draws are dealing with serious illnesses, just received bad news, or just have anxiety about needles. They also ask for $150 in ADVANCE-that is irritating, but pales in comparison to Nurse Ratchett. Would it kill this woman to show a touch of compassion?? If I could leave zero stars I would. As he had to make an appointment with a new family provider that he couldn't get in to see for a month. When my son was little the guy doing the skin test at the Redmond office dipped the needle in the sample, wiped it on a paper towel. Then on to the next sample, etc. now I know that is horrible allergen cross contamination. No wonder he flagged having allergies to everything. They also used to always overbook. Super full waiting room. Had to wait at least an hour 1/2 to 2 hours every appointment. Do they still do that?

I've delt with many shitty doctors offices but these guys are great. loads of reminders on when appointments were easy scheduling and clear instructions and a solid interface, I will say that it took a long time to get an appointment but I assume that is out of there control. Out of the few dozen I had I can only think of ONE that was more challenging to work with but all the rest were spectacular. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything except my healing. The hospital doctor Dr. Katherine Min was STELLAR!!! Dr. Magnusson who did my surgery was STELLAR!!! So many amazing NACs and nurses who took such amazing care of me while I was so vulnerable. I needed an extension for 2 weeks and sent all of the information several times to that department, but was ignored for 1 month. I'm into my second week of no pay and am furious about it. My doctor's assistant tried to help. I had to escalate to the office manager, who has not returned my call. Unacceptable.
