The majority of patients waiting look well over 70 years old, and when they ask for an update they were brushed off with a rude answer ask the employee walked away. The bedside manners I experienced were ridiculously bad. The place feels like a processing factory. The technician did not place the cover over my vital organs that are normally used to protect the patient from over exposure of radiation, when I asked for a cover, the x-ray technician told me I didn't need it since the radication exposure was minimal, yet he hid behind a lead wall prior to taking the X-rays. Good luck finding parking as well. Needless to say that I will never return to this place. Not do I recommend it.

Anyhow, I went today and typed in my confirmation number on the computer only to keep getting an error messages reading "appointment but found". I tried several times and nothing. I went to the Walgreen RX counter to see if they can help and they said that they are a different entity and I would have to talk to them. I waited for the physician (nurse practitioner) to come out and before she called her next patient I approached her and told her the issue I was having. She wasn't helpful at all. So I left!

I needed a shoulder MRI and I absolutely refused, Im claustrophobic. This facility was recommended…read moresince its open. Appointment was set and there I was. They have parking in the back. Registration was quick and before you know it I was in a gown with all jewelry off and ear plugs ready. The technician was patient with me as right away she could see I was starting to freak out a bit. She waited until I calmed myself placed me in the proper position, made sure I was comfortable and told me not to move. They give you a button to hold onto just in case you need a break or you have the urge to move, I cant lie, pressed it once. But after doing some breathing excercises it was over. While the procedure is going they have HGTV on so I tried to focus on that. So my advice is relax, focus on something that keeps you occupied and just try to relax. It'll be over before you know it.

Then when asked what to do, after seeing an emergency situation of strider on video she claims she can't give any advice because she's not a pulmonologist. If you're unhappy with the doctor, and request another, their policy is not to give you another. So obviously these doctors feel like they can say and do anything without realizing they are falsely "educating" a new mom.Her entitlement was very clear. I went with my nephew and have two children diagnosed with childhood asthma. I've seen a pulmonologist and got actual education from them and it worked wonders for my child. She actually gave many rude comments trying to argue with me like we were in high school. She claimed albuterol doesn't work. Mkay. We went at the end of the night. Definitely would not recommend this place anymore. I would recommend going to homestead hospital pediatric department because they have been amazing every time. Not once during the detailed consultation with him did I ever feel uncomfortable, rushed, or as if I were just a number or a statistic. Additionally, the office environment was warm and welcoming, and the friendliness of both the skilled medical staff and clerical staff was very much appreciated. Dr. Ribeiros was kind, personable, intelligent, attentive, and impressively thorough. His professionalism and "bedside manner" were exemplary, and I highly recommend him to anyone who has been struggling to find a physician who is both fully competent and genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients. In my humble opinion, Dr. Ribeiros is an outstanding asset to the renowned Baptist Health institution.

I don't have a primary care physician since I rarely get sick and I didn't want to go to an Urgent Care, so I called a few places and found this place close to my house and with availability immediately. I saw Dr. Lichtenberger and the experience couldn't have been any worse. He was not friendly at all, he kept asking me questions which were not related to my specific concern and visit. One of them being about my weight: specifically asking why I had gained so much weight since my jeans were clearly too tight!!!!!!!! IF he had read the report that the nurse practitioner put together it stated that I had just had a baby 2 months ago. I couldn't believe his question and was too sick and out of it to respond correctly- I only said I had a baby 2 months ago. Why would he need to know that or even make that comment. He had never met me before to be able to have a comparison in regards to my weight or figure. How extremely rude!!!! He is from Colombia so I don't know if culture had anything to do with his attitude or behavior. Regardless of everything else, I felt tremendous insulted and would not recommend this practice or this doctor to anyone.
