Never saw myself five staring Quest Diagnostics... or really any diagnostic center. I have had some terrible experiences in the past but unfortunately have no choice as where exactly can one go their routine medical tests. This experience was actually pleasant. I came in today at 7:45 for an appointment I made online. I came in an quickly signed in through their electronic kiosk system.... super efficient and easy. I then paid for my lab tests and waiting to be called. What's interesting is that the tv actually tells you your place in line and an approximate amount of time you will wait. Wow that's good.... because now there is no question as to when you will be seen. When I went in I was quickly ushered into a seat and my phlebotomist drew out all the blood needed for the tests. I was amazed she got my vein on the first try and it actually didn't hurt. I have small veins and every time I have blood drawn, I get butchered.... constant stabs... pain.... it sucks. Then I have bruises on my arms for weeks. This phlebotomist kicked butt. If I need to do tests in the future I will return here. read more

This is my favorite Quest Diagnostic place I've gone. I never make an appointment because it takes so many days. I just show up before 6:30 AM they pass the appointment people first which I completely understand, but at that time there are no many people waiting so once I have signed in the kiosk it takes me 15 minutes to be done. All the phlebotomists I've seen are very profesional; of course some are more courteous and have nice personality than others, but at that time in the morning no many people smile I'll the time. read more

Go somewhere else!! Trust me. They need help. It's a mess, not organized. Rude workers. Just horrible, horrible. Save yourselves!

I would have given them the 5 stars just because of my phlebotomist, she was amazing! Not pain at all and she was super nice and very personable, I had a very good experience with her. The sad part was that I'm not very familiar with the area and the directions on the gps were bringing me to a building that if you don't have knowledge of what it is, or have been in here before, then it looks like another hotel, because is actually in between another two hotels. I was very concerned because I didn't want to miss my appointment, so I called the only number for Quest which is the call center, and the lady was so rude and so sarcastic because I didn't know how to get to the place, she said it was at the hospital and when I got there that was not true, a very nice cop lady told me where to go and I made it, but late. So when I finally found a spot and parked (because is completely packed) then I ran to find the place and as I was getting there, all of the windows had people in there and since I'm a very respectful person I didn't want to rush them nor be so close like I'm being intrusive, but then an old guy got there and signed up before me and even started getting his papers before me, I told the lady I was there first and I that I was already late because I was lost, she said (with a horrible attitude) "this is too much, wait a second", and I had to wait and wait until they decided that they were gonna take me after all (of course with an even worse attitude). The waiting wasn't bad at all, and like I said, my phlebotomist was amazing, but hearing the receptionist talking about the baby shower of one of them and not inviting one of the people working there because they all don't like her, and talking bad about other co-workers, I mean that is very unprofessional, and yes, I had to hear all of the conversation because there was no service at all on my phone, like in a bunker. A one is to high for them!!! I had an appointment for 7:15 am, was seen at 7:30 am, all good. Blood taken and signed for. Where it went after that is a good guess...........never seen again. But! They did bill my insurance company for the tests.............................. read more

I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I checked in and sat in the very crowded waiting room. After sitting in the waiting room for approximately 30 minutes, the lady called me to the front to inform me that they didn't have one of the tests I needed and they couldn't do my blood work because of it. It would have been nice if they could have told me prior or at least when I arrived. My doctor had sent the orders over and I had made my appointment days ago. I then asked the lady if she could reschedule me for an appointment that the test would be available. She told me I would have to do it all online. I asked her how would I know if they had the test for when I schedule my new appointment. She said I can look online for a 1-800 phone number to call. I asked her if it would be the number directly to the location I was that and she said no. She was very unhelpful and didn't appear to care. Disappointed and wasted time. read more
