On this day I arrived on an empty stomach for my lab work 20 minutes before their closing time, as advertised everywhere, which is 3 PM. Counting on the company's reputation and credibility, I trusted that they would be open at 2:40 PM. However, their advertised hours of operation is false. The check in kiosk was already closed and the door was locked. Having heard sounds inside the lab, I insisted and knocked on the door. While waiting for someone to open, a couple arrived behind me. They were shocked to find it closed, because they had been there exactly 20 minutes earlier and the phlebotomist had told them to return in 20 minutes, as they did. She opened the door and told the three of us that "they are instructed to close at 2:45 PM in order to clean the lab before closing." Then why did she instruct the couple to return in 20 minutes?? She stood her ground and turned us away. As a result, none of us will be going back to that nor to any other Labcorp lab. I do have a video, but prefer to share it only with Labcorp in order to protect the phlebotomist's and the couple's identities.

These people are thieves!!!! United Health Systems engages in deceptive business practices by…read moresubstituting products. They refuse to fulfill prescriptions as written by my doctor and as covered by my insurer Coventry. My doctor sent a prescription specifically for a RESmed S9 Autoset APAP. My doctor specifically prescribed this machine because of it's logging capability because I am scheduled to visit his office on a monthly basis so he can analyze the data logged. United Health Systems pulled a Bait & Switch and tried to have me take a S9 Escape which is not an APAP but a CPAP and does not log the data my doctor needs for my treatment plan. I did not take the machine and informed them it was not the right one. They said they would order the correct machine. I went a second time to pick up my prescription and again they had pulled a Bait & Switch and ordered a S9 Auto Escape which was an APAP but did not log data as required for my treatment. Again I did not take the machine. At this point they told me they would not fill the prescription as written unless I paid an extra $300 dollars as my insurance would not cover it. I called my insurer Coventry and learned that United Health Systems had already put in a claim for my prescription on 6/21/14 and Coventry had approved and paid it in full. Coventry informed me that United Health Systems was required to fill the prescription as written. I called United Health Systems and they still refused to deliver the equipment they had charged for. I spoke to Director Luis who hung on me and would not honor the prescription. He stated he knew more than my doctor and I had to take whatever machine they would give me. I have ask to speak to Mr. Dennis Anglin(Administrator)and Mrs Misty Anglin(President)and have gotten nowhere. I have asked for Director Luis last name and everybody I speak to refuses to give me his full name. I have now reported United Health Systems claim as fraudulent to Coventry's Fraud Investigative unit. BEWARE this is a fraudulent operation.

My experience at this location went reasonably well. After reviewing previous posts, I decided to…read moremake an appointment instead of walking in, which meant I was preregistered before arriving. Therefore, after preregistering, I received instructions. One set of instructions allowed me to enter the facility upon arrival, go to the kiosk, and scan the QR code provided to check in before sitting down and waiting. I opted for the second option: I could check in from my vehicle up to half an hour before my appointment time of 11:15 AM and wait in my car until I received a text instructing me to come upstairs to the facility. After checking in from my car, I received a text within a few minutes. When I took the elevator upstairs and entered the room, the attendant at the window was expecting me. She smiled and asked if I had just checked in by phone. I replied yes, and she told me to have a seat and that they would call me soon. There were about ten other people waiting, though not everyone was there for the same reason. I was there for a pre-employment drug screening exam. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM, but by 11:06 AM, my specimen had already been collected, my receipt was signed, and I was out the door while everyone else was still waiting. My experience was much better than the negative experiences others have shared, but I approached it differently. I made sure to read a substantial number of reviews before my visit, and I aimed to do the opposite of what those who complained did. It's important to note that everyone goes there for different reasons, so some people might have to wait longer than others. However, if you make an appointment and follow a similar approach to mine, you may have a better experience than a walk-in. If ten people had appointments for the same reason I was there, perhaps the wait would have been longer, so always prepare yourself for potential wait times at any appointment. Nonetheless, I believe having an appointment set up in advance worked in my favor because everything was ready upon my arrival. With just a push of a button on my cellphone, I checked in, and before my seat could even start warming up, I was already out the door. With that said, good luck and happy travels!
