Front desk receptionist is very rude and unlrofessional. A lot of patients that are going through the hardest times of their life go to places like this and get treated like shit. Will be reaching out to management to complain about a certain individual that has attitude problems and discriminates against minorities. read more

Had an appointment at 8am. Checked in from the garage online. No problems. Male technician took me back promptly, no pain. Very efficient. Also noticed bathroom, waiting room were clean and sanitizer available at front desk. read more

Appointments are encouraged or that's all that's allowed at certain locations, so had to wait about a month to find a time that worked for my fasting laboratory work in addition to my work schedule. Made an appointment, come to find out regardless of appointment or not, everyone has to wait in a line outside, as only 4 people are allowed inside at once. When you check in, it is on a kiosk. Overall waited about 20 min after my scheduled appt time to get into the waiting room. Not sure if all locations are like this due to covid protocols but it would be nice to know ahead of time. I could have walked in a long time ago and as early as possible seeing as appointments aren't even considered. read more

Labcorp doesn't release the report to patients even after a month for stool tests even if there are alerts

If I could give half a star, I would. I've had a lot of blood draws in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. They spelled my name wrong, and because their copy machine was printing stuff too dark they made me prove my own name by showing two forms of ID. The place is under construction which gave it bad vibes to begin with- you walk in and hear people crying and kids screaming. The room I had the blood draw in had two chairs and a bed, so absolutely zero privacy. The actual blood draw was explicitly awful. She didn't tell me when she was inserting the needle, then she had trouble keeping it straight because she couldn't put the new vial on. It was insanely painful and I cried the entire time. To top it off, she was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. At the end of the blood draw, she asked if WE had water!!! Like...what?? And then she was annoyed when we said we didn't and she went off to grab some. She comes back in, hands it to me, says nothing, and just walks out. I was bawling. It was a horribly traumatic experience and I will never go back here again. My arm is still in massive pain two days later. Photos for proof of the damage she did. read more

Very good experience! I went in this morning around 10:30 and walked right up and registered. There were very few patients in the room and everyone was masked and keeping their distance and there were 2 people at the window. I asked for Vera, because I had read several Yelp reviews saying the she was the best! Very gentle and a good experience for them. She said she was Vera! I told her she came highly recommended on Yelp and could she draw my blood? She said yes in 5 minutes! I told her I hated blood draws and she was so gentle I didn't even feel the needle or her filling 3 vials! It was over in seconds and when I got home there was no blood on the cotton or even a puncture wound and I'm on a blood thinner! I couldn't believe it. I told her I'd hug her but not during the pandemic. Instead I'd leave her a 5-star Yelp review! She laughed and thanked me. Very sweet lady! read more

Thanks Yelpers! Decided to drive here instead of Quest and I'm so glad I did! Everyone is so nice here! I had an appointment and was seen right away. I had my blood drawn and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. read more

I saw all the negative reviews on here and photos of bruised arms, but I thought people were exaggerating or being biased. The check in process was smoothe and the nurses were efficient in the reception area. However, when I got my blood drawn, my nurse (a heavy set filipina) wiggled around the needle trying to find a vein. I've never felt pain getting my blood drawn but as soon as she was done and pulled out the needle and it hurt like hell. Needless to say I came home with a souvenir from my own experience at this lab. Adding a photo to the collection of bruised arms read more

Literally lost my daughter's stool sample. Do you know how hard it is to get a stool sample let alone a tween's stool sample. I can see why though they don't seem to have any idea what's going on and didn't label the sample cup. What a joke!!! read more

Hello everyone! I am THE MOST SCARED person when it comes to bloodwork. I faint every single time. Not here. I had a lovely woman named Vera take my blood. I put on my headphones and jammed maybe 1 minute of music, and it was over. I legitimately didn't even know it was happening. Please. See Vera. She's incredible and a lovely woman! read more

It's my second time in this Labcorp , it's very clean place , Helen helping me she's very professional and I didn't felt when she took my blood exam. I highly recommend her. Thank you dear Helen . read more

I don't typically write reviews but the friendliness, cleanliness and speed were so impressive. Everyone is obviously wearing a mask and there were only a few other patients. I didn't have to wait at all (had an appt) and I didn't have to fill out any paperwork. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Parking is free and do note they are on the first floor (my doc's info said they were on the fifth). I would have liked to see hand sanitizers outside the doors. They are in the area where patients are treated, but you have to touch two door handles on the way out to the hallway. read more

I came same day without an appointment and was seen rather quickly. The check in process uses a machine, and the staff was decently friendly. The blood drawing isn't private, but it's fast. My technician wasn't able to get all the vials in the same arm so she had to use both arms, but her technique left me extremely bruised. I've never bruised like this before, and I have had blood drawn various times. It was a fine experience, professional enough and CLean and fast. I was in and out inn 30 minutes. read more

Garbage nothing more to say, don't know how to answer a simple phone call , I don't care how busy you are , anywhere else you get your phone answered maybe not right away but within 30 min, please close down terrible place. read more

the phlebotomist here was great, bedside manner was awesome and her skill level was way above average. however, i can't support their lack of reception. real people should be employed to answer phones and make appointments, not robots. there is no way to call this place and ask questions prior to showing up, and there is no functional way to make appointments. i felt insulted by the lack of real human employment - it was a reflection of how humans everywhere are being replaced by technology. i support human workers, and when i'm a customer, i want real human customer service and support. i want to make a phone call during the hours you are open and have you answer, answer basic questions so i can plan ahead, and be able to make appointments for real. read more

Helen was amazing!!! I am a huge blood fainter and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She put cool water on my forehead and neck, distracted me while she was drawing the blood, and was so helpful every step of the way. So caring. Truly one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. read more

Quick and easy. People usually have a hard time drawing blood for me, but Vera did it perfectly in the first try. Thanks, Vera!!!

I made an appt online and everything went really smoothly. All of the staff was very professional and the facility clean when I came in. I called to get pricing on everything and was given great information to get me the best pricing for my blood work (routine). After I checked in I barely had to wait at all and my phlebotomist "Vera" was EXCEPTIONAL! Such a sweet and caring person! So thankful I chose this labcorp location even though it was a bit further than the one that was closest to me. read more

The lack of professionalism and courtesy I received from MARIA was truly unbelievable. I handed her my lab order and she said, "hold up ya" and began to become aggressive towards me for no apparent reason. MARIA should not be working at LabCorp because she is extremely rude and lacks compassion for us patients. LabCorp needs to intervene and make MARIA accountable for her actions. read more

I don't know why there are bad reviews for this place nor why it has a low rating. I've been coming here for years to get my lab work done and have never experienced bad service. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I get called in quickly every time I go in and it's a very clean facility. To the people complaining about waiting too long...make an appointment!!! That is all. I've had bad experiences before at a previous doctor's clinic and developed a bit of a phobia with getting blood drawn. Helen is such a sweetheart!!! She was the phlebotomist who drew blood from me this time and the time I went in last. She's gentle and I felt no pain. I told her I've fainted before and she made sure to make me feel at ease and took necessary precautions to prevent me from fainting. She continued checking in on me to make sure I was okay even after I was done. If you're getting blood work done ask for Helen!! read more

Like many of the other 5 star reviews, I had Vera for my lab tech and she was terrific. It wasn't painless, but that wasn't her fault: I was dehydrated and not an easy draw. This was my first visit to this facility, but I'll be needing regular blood work done every other month for the next half year and will definitely be back. Most of the negative reviews I read were the fault of the customer: not making an appointment, showing up off the street at their busiest time and expecting prompt service. Anyone who goes through life like that in THIS city is in for a lifetime of frustration. We made an appointment for 7:30 AM and there was only one other person in the waiting room (which was surprisingly large and comfortable). If you must walk in without an appointment, go early. Parking was easy and cheap, the lab easy to find and the staff pleasant and professional. (Well, Vera was very sweet and outgoing; the only other tech on duty was a middle-aged man with a French accent, so I didn't expect friendliness from him and received the expected aloofness... but the woman that he drew didn't scream out in agony, so he knew what he was doing.) read more

Needed to go here for blood work, but did not have the orders in hand. Called and spoke to Tammy, who was really helpful and gave me their fax number so my doctors office could fax the orders over before I arrived. When I got there, they had the orders waiting for me. I have tiny veins, blood draws are always a nightmare for me, but Helen was fantastic. One nearly painless poke, and it was done. Seriously, the best/easiest blood draw I've ever had. There is a parking structure behind the building. They don't validate, but I was in and out of there so fast it was only $2. read more

Highly recommend this labcorp location if you need to get bloodwork done. I didn't have an appointment and even though they were quite busy I only waited about 30 minutes. I get a lot of anxiety about getting my blood drawn but the technician was really kind, attentive and fast! It overall was a very pleasant experience. Also to be noted that the whole facility was very clean and everyone (patients and techs) were all in masks. read more

I recommend this facility. I had my blood tests done there. I showed up for my appointment a bit earlier and was seen right away, with no waiting. All the personnel was very friendly and polite! The technician lady was kind and careful with me. Even though I felt good during the blood draw, I started to feel dizzy right after that and almost fainted there. They helped me and sat me on a chair and then even got me some treats (butter cookies) with hot tea, so I could feel better. They were so nice and kind! read more

I have been going to this location for about 8 months now as I am pregnant and have needed urinalysis and multiple blood draws. I have been lucky to see Vera every time and she is the absolute BEST phlebotomist I have ever seen! I am nervous about needles and need to lie down during blood draws and she is always so patient, kind, and fast! Sometimes I don't even feel the needle at all. The lab itself is clean, the staff is very friendly and efficient as well. Parking structure steps away from lab. If you come here, ask for Vera! She is fantastic. read more

Due yourself a favor. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I have been there 5 times. Everyone who works there is friendly. Especially Tanny! I was warned by my Dr. that I need to bring my paperwork. OMG. I forgot it. Tanny was kind and gentle and was able to look it up (lucky for me as not all Dr. orders can be looked up) the woman drawing my blood made me feel calm and the cute pictures of puppies and other baby animals set me at ease. Did I mention MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! read more

Been here too many times. I rather drive all the way to Arcadia but the doctor wants us to do it here. This one is extremely slow and as I'm writing this, they are just talking and talking to themselves. Extremely slow and long process. There are days when they are fast though, but 90% of the time they are as slow as it gets. Any other location is better. The reason that its two stars is because two of the employees here are an exception and I'm sorry they have to work in such a sorry place. read more

I wish to give a big shout-out to "Tammy", who went far beyond the "norm" in resolving the failure of my doctor's office in follow-up paperwork that was needed to complete my blood testing. In addition, I found the Glendale LabCorp facility staff very professional, and extending courtesy to all parties. Once the issues were resolved, the bloodwork was handled very smoothly (did not even feel a pinch) and I was on my way - this is my future choice for all needed bloodwork! read more

Worst experience! I have never had a problem here but since it was close to closing i sent my mom to take my kids. All their info is in their system but she was asking for more info that they have never asked me for i told them i have the medical card number and she said it was not enough! Ans while talking to me my daughter said she was banging on something all mad!! Your on payroll doesnt matter if its almost time to go you have to atleast pretend to be professional!!! I wanted to take the time to let you know that the phlebotomist named Helen Shahbazrand has outstanding skills. Her kindness and patience are exemplary. I am usually scared to go and do a blood draw because I have had experiences that people couldn't find my veins. About 3 years ago I went to the Lab Corp behind the Memorial Hospital in Glendale and this lady tried 3 times and still couldn't find my vein. She called VERA to help out and the experience I got with her was just so amazing!!! She was so caring and professional with what she was doing!!! (knowing I was already very nervous). That day I saved her name in my phone so I would come to her when I need to. Today I went there again and asked for her specifically and when I knew she works there I was so happy knowing that I am in great hands!!!! VERA you are the best!!! read more

Not like it's ever fun to go to a lab and give urine samples or blood work, but of the labs I've been to, this one was okay. The front desk seemed a bit dis-organized and for awhile I was wondering if my paperwork was even comprehended as they kept calling names of people who arrived well after me. The waiting area is nice though internet service was pretty slow if Sprint is your provider It took me ages to check in here on Yelp. They don't have any magazines or anything to look through that I saw as the waiting 'room' is actually in the hallway. The rooms they do the work are nice and it's always lovely to have the option of looking at tropical islands while they drain blood out of my arm. The folks doing the work were pleasant and helpful. I like that they have a bathroom to collect urine samples there instead of walking through a hallway to a public restroom on the floor like some LabCorp locations. Best of all, the parking structure I parked in had really nice sayings throughout and I liked that the levels are marked by different vegetables. I was on the broccoli floor. I'll come here next time I do lab work. read more
